Jesus Christ, thank you Kai for making that deep tissue massage reminder, my life will never be the same after going through what I went through after a few minutes. I had no idea someone that tiny, let's see here, could exert so much force through her little fingers. Normally I don't say anything that what's happening inside the fraternity here, especially in the Facebook group.

But this is a good reminder for all of us. Look, everything just opened up, the same thing with massage places. Now for a lot of guys, we've been amping up, we've been ready to I can't wait for the gyms to open up, I'm gonna go in there tackle everything in.


But here's the thing, part of this, part of growth, this isn't just for recovery, part of growth, and I know, I know i'm going to sound like Joe Rogan, him talking about his cold shock and hot shock protein and going into the sauna, I feel like my thing is gonna be deep tissue massages, but that's how much I believe in it. Deep tissue massages is so beneficial for us.

And I know there's a lot of you guys out there who's never done it before. You probably see it as wait, wait, you're telling me I gotta pay like $60 for somebody to move my muscles a little bit on my back? Dude, it is so beneficial.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

And the main reason why a lot of guys don't think it's worth the investment, is because they just think it's injury prevention.

They just think it's some kind of maintenance. No, it's much bigger than that. Dude, fascia, stretch, more room for growth, more room for muscle tissue, more room for everything, more nutrients. I'm telling you right now exactly like what Andrew said, deep tissue massage is where it's at. There's no excuses now, it's all opened up.


And if you really want to do, you know, the rebirth of your new physique, your new routine, your new whatever, your new pathway to working out, start off with this, go get a deep tissue massage. Now when it comes to me getting a deep tissue massage, the best way I do this, this is my personal thing, I call in, I do a reservation, and I ask for the biggest, fattest girl that they have, because I'm not going for light luxury massages here. 


I want their elbow to be right on my bicep, I need that girl to be putting her knee on my back, on my glutes. If I could have that girl jump on my back over and over again, I probably would, bottom think, you know, the whole liability thing, right? But that's what we would want. 


Now, if they don't have a really big girl, then just ask for the strongest person that they have, because that's what we want. We want those lactic acid to be ringed out of our muscle tissue. We need all of that.

I'd find another massage place, because that's just gonna get weird. So that's my personal preference. You know what I mean? We need that to be, it is a luxury, but when we're in there, we're not getting that luxury feeling, we're getting in there to get shit done, to get the fascia stretched out, to get all that lactic acid ringed out, because it's for both, injury prevention and also for muscle growth as well. 


Now, how do I know that not a lot of guys are getting it done? Because every time I go to any massage places, it's always girls, it's always girls, is never guys, barely guys get it. But you see all the freaking time, you see an undisputed UFC documentaries, Olympic athletes getting it, you see them literally getting massages. 


But for us, for us normal guys, we think it's not applicable. We think it's like, you know, oh, don't worry about it, it's not really for us. Dude, I will tell you right now, one of the best decisions I've ever made when it comes to my entire a athletic journey is definitely getting into the deep tissue massage. But again man, I know, I feel like I'm gonna get railed out for this shit, but again, it's awesome, I need everybody to do this.


And I do want to give a shout out to Andrew, Andrew, thank you so much for reminding all the guys, even myself man. I've only had one deep tissue massage ever since they opened up, I'm due for another one. In terms of frequency, I try to get at least once a month, right? For the times that it's really really hard on a cycle that I do, say if it's a really heavy bulking cycle. 

And I'm developing a whole lot of muscle tissue, I'm gaining about 20 to 25 pounds of lean muscle within a cycle, I definitely need a deep tissue massage, at least once every other week.
