As a natural, anything that I do, there was a price to pay with everything. I would either take away my energy and my focus from my studies and I'd apply it to dieting, or to my lifting program, or somehow somewhere around this, take my efforts and take it away from that and put it towards my physique. When I'm on Gear, do I do that? Yes, of course. But imagine this pool of energy is limitless.
I would have to constantly be thinking about my diet, about my workout program, how to actually apply and take action as well. It was just unrelentless. I mean, no matter what I was doing, the thing that really got me to it by the way as well was I had to think about it, no matter what. Wherever I would go, I would think about my next meal to be healthy, to be within my ketogenic diet or caloric restriction, whatever it was.
And then on top of that, I would have to constantly make sure I'm on time of the gym, I would have to make sure that everything is right on schedule, because as a natural, everything was just really hard, everything was really difficult. The entire journey back then, when I was a natural, the simple fact that no matter what I did, it was, it would never cease. Because if I miss a healthy meal, if I have a cheat day.
If I have a bad workout day, not just a week, but just one day of bad workout, the consequences was just huge. I would see it, and say for example, if I have to go out and have a drink with my friends on a Friday night, like a typical normal person, I would see the consequences the very next day, plus all the days on top of that, just from one cheat meal.
If I take a vacation, a short one, I'm not talking about a week, I'm talking about a weekend getaway as a natural back then, oh my God, everything was pushed back weeks after that. My entire workout would be gone, I wouldn't be able to enjoy my vacation, on top of it as well. So it's not only that I'm being punished for.
You know, my lack of efforts while I was not lifting on a vacation, and also just eating somewhat regular like how most people are, I would be punished for it. The consequences would be severe, and everything would just be so difficult on top of it. It's like I just could never enjoy life when I was a natural.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

The one thing that not a lot of people realize is the fact that I could enjoy life, man I could have a cheat meal, I could take a longer vacation and when I am there, I don't have to guilt myself into thinking I shouldn't have that pasta, I shouldn't have that one beer, I shouldn't have, you know, miss my day at the gym by going into the hotel gym instead.
So the entire time I'm actually be able to focus like a normal person doing all those things, while, because I know there's a lot of naturals who do that as well, like a lot of normies, a lot of pheasants who do that, they actually enjoy their vacation time and they cheat meals, but they would have to sacrifice what? Their physique. They would have to accept and lower their standards of you know what, I'm going to gain a whole bunch of weight, I'm going to look soft.
I'm gonna look terrible for the next couple of months or so. So that's why the Gear was so impactful for me, that not a lot of people realize, is that not only that I get to keep my high standards for my physique, I'm also able to enjoy life. That right there was huge to me. I could actually go on vacations, enjoy the people who I'm with, have a normal, because here's the thing too.
Like I said before, naturals, normies and pheasants do that a lot, they enjoy their food. That's why we have our obesity rate super high now. You know, a lot of people, they don't work out, and that's the reason why I we have that type of problem. But here's the thing, not only that I can enjoy my cheat meals and my vacation time, on top of that, man, I could keep my high status of my physique as well.
I could have and keep my big arms and my big chest and looking good the entire time. As a natural, I just couldn't do it. The other part of it too, it's like I don't have to worry about it anymore. Literally imagine being constantly worried of every single meal, be constantly worried, like oh my God, what do I need to change it within my day to make sure I'm able to work out every single day of this week?
I don't have to do that anymore. If I work out at least three or four times a week, that's more than enough, because of the Gear that I'm on. That's how impactful Gear is to me, is not just, you know, the image that that I get of it. It's the simple fact that I can enjoy life without lowering my standards and without having to accept any consequence. It's pretty much what Tyler said when we were talking about this.

Now, speaking is a natural too, when I would go into the hypothetical here, right, imagine if you have a lot of responsibility as a natural. You have your wife to take care of,, the marriage of the relationship, your kids, your business, your job, your physical health, your mental spirituality, your other social responsibilities as well, like your friends, for example, having all of that, while still trying to keep a high standards of our physique, it's just, it's near impossible.
I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's damn near impossible. Because again, that's a lot of bandwidth to do already. So we either as a natural, lower our standards for our physique, and accept dadbod practically, or put all of our efforts to our physique, but abandon everything else. But who here in the right minds would be like, whoa, babe, I love you, but you know, this marriage isn't really working out because I gotta concentrate on my physique?
Well, you could just take care of the kids, I'm fine with my business going down a little bit. No, nobody's going to accept that. As a masculine person, we want to have both. But again, as a natural though, we just can't, at least from my point of view, we can't, something has to give. We either put in our efforts towards our physique, but this part of our lives goes down, or we lower our standards on our physique, and then everything else is easily maintained as well.
That's the beauty about being on Gear, man. That's the beauty about being on testosterone, you can have both. without so much effort. I don't have to think about it, I don't have to kill myself over it. I'm not guilted into oh great, I had a frickin Calzone Friday night, I'm now paying for it the very next day, plus the week on top of that as well. That's what really changed me as a person, because having that break of not being so focused and so worried about lowering my standards for my physique, I honestly believe it matured me as a person.
I'd so much more time now to do everything else that I wanted to do, explore other parts of life, it's freaking awesome. And this is, honestly, this is what I love to talk about. I want us as a community to think about more than just arms and abs. Because that's how impactful Gear is.
