What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and we're just gonna dive right into this. So what I want to talk to you about today is if I could do my entire anabolic lifestyle all over again, I have to think about certain things before just diving right into a cycle, especially with the knowledge that I have now, I would completely do everything differently.

The first thing that I would do, first of all, is, you know, I need to back up a little bit, right? I'm not going to do the whole is Tren good for my first cycle, is DBol good, is Anavar good?

Should I do testosterone? What should I do? I need to really dial it back, and before I take action, I need to really sit down and plan everything out. The first thing I need to think about is this - I know when it comes to using anabolics, I am going to grow, I'm going to get huge, I'm going to get jacked. Am I ready for that type of attention?

Am I ready for people to constantly come up to me and not just give me compliments, not just give me the validation, but to actually ask for a guide? Am I socially ready to do that as well? Am I might charismatic enough to give them some kind of guide and to talk to them, because man, the amount of attention that I get now it is insane. I'm not even here to boast about it.

But it does get overwhelming, especially when you're about to sit there do a set of deadlifts or dumbbells, whatever, right, people are going to come up to me on a day to day basis, even at the gym. Am I socially ready for that, because that is a lot of responsibility?

The other part of it is this too man, when it comes to the social responsibility that I get, look, when you have a certain look, when you have a certain physique, when you have a certain dominant alpha male image that, you know, people would see, they are going to expect a certain type of behavior out of me, they're gonna look at me like ok, cool. 

So it's Friday night, dude, what's the plan? They're gonna ask me and I look for me before they plan, because that's what dominant alpha males will do, especially when they have that look, they're going to see, especially the girls that I'm with, my family members, my social circle, they're going to look to me and ask and look for a guide and ask and look for a direction, they expect me to lead. 

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

That's what I would actually have to think, because, man when I did all this, it really caught up to me out of nowhere, it's like, wait, I gotta plan out my weekend? I don't... 

Because again, I had that mentality of the 135 pound version of myself. But my first cycle 175, 185, already looking much bigger in terms of my physique, so they're gonna look at me and treat me like I am this dominant alpha male. That's one of the things that really caught me off guard. It literally punched me in the face out of nowhere, because I was not expecting that at all. Now, the next part of it is this.

Am I ready to really schedule out my life, when it comes to making sure I'm on time with my orals? Am I going to be able to be on time when it comes to pinning my Gear? That's one of those things that again, I was not fully ready for, because I was still in school, I was doing a lot of stuff, I had a lot of social responsibilities, and I honestly didn't see that coming. It's like, that's the reason why my very first cycle, did I have acne a little bit? 

Yes. Because my pins were late, my orals were late, my AIs, I wasn't sure what to do with it because I didn't really have a guide. But at the same time though, I know for sure that I needed to pin my injectables right on time. I didn't do any of that. I was like oh, Monday,  I'll do it, you know, later this afternoon. You know, that next week, I'll do it in the morning. 

And of course, because my blood was so unstable, guess what happened? I broke out a little bit on my chest, a little bit on my back. It wasn't a big deal, I got rid of it by cleaning myself, making sure my hygiene were good, my food intake was good. And of course, the main one, making sure that I was actually pinning myself on time.

These are the things that, you know, I didn't think about and I'm sure a lot of guys do the same exact thing. I was too concerned about the reward and the abs and the chest and the girls that were coming... That to dude, Jesus Christ, that too caught me off guard. You know, in terms of what mainstream media would have us believe about personality is the most important thing. 

I'm going to tell you this right now, that is just straight up bullshit, because going from the 135 pound version of myself to do my very first cycle, the amount of girls that were just coming up to me, it was so freakin easy. And to be honest with you, in terms of personality, was I a better person? No, I'll be straight up with you right now. I was a bigger douchebag after my first cycle, because of it. And I still garnished way more attention towards women.

Now was I ready for that? Was I ready to entertain all this new women in my life? Was I ready to start approaching, was i ready to be charismatic at all times? Some of it I was ready for, to be direct with you, but some of it man, mentally it was taxing. It's like dude, the way, check this out, the way I would go through my phone.

The way I would go through my phone. I was not ready to go in the morning. Oh, I got, I got 18 girls to entertain this this weekend. So good morning, hello, enjoy your day. Next, good morning, hello, enjoy your day. Next. Dude, it was exhausting. Because normally, like an average guy, I would have one girl a month to take care of. 18, 18. 

And because they opened up to me, it's my social responsibility to do so, to follow up with that. You know what I mean? I don't want to be that flaky guy. So I had to go through it, I had to be ready for it, mentally it was taxing, I had to step up my game to it. Now again, if I had to do all of it differently, I would have a different mindset. 

I would have to be more responsible, my schedules, be organized, making sure that I am not going to sway away from my gym time, my pin schedule, my orals, just to make sure everything there is on time. Those are one of those things that I would actually physically write down as well. I honestly wish I started off with an organizer and a scheduler before I even pinned in the first place.

Now when I'm done scheduling everything and organizing everything before I even do my pin, the next one, what do I really want to accomplish within that first cycle? Am I looking to bilk? Am I looking to cut? Am I looking to perform better in the certain sport that I'm playing at? I got to make sure I know exactly what I want. I can just go in there, I'm looking to, you know, get some abs and... 

I have to be sure, because if I were to take gear for the very first time, I am going to accomplish something, but at the same time, if I'm going to put all that effort, all that time, and back then I was using pre mades, so that shit was expensive as hell, I wasn't homebrewing back then, I gotta make sure I know exactly what I want out of that cycle. 

Because it's not just a financial investment on the Gear, it's the food, it's the diet, what I'm going to spend time cooking, the meal preps and all that stuff. That's one of those things. So I'd really need to make sure what do I want to concentrate on. Do I want to get bigger? Do I want to get more shredded, because I was doing the same mistake as what most people do.

I want to get big and shredded at the same time, while I'm playing this sport, and I'm also going to do this, but at the same time I want to do that, and also I want to do for nootropic effects. Like, I got to stick with one goal, I got to make sure I do that. That is the thing that I really needed, and I missed back then because I was all over the place with my goals. And honestly, that's the thing that I would focus on. 

What is my actual goal within this cycle, I need to pick, so make sure that when I do that, I'm actually going to hit that bulking cycle that I want to do or that cutting cycle that I want to do, or that I want to get better when it comes to my endurance for grappling or MMA that I was doing at the time as well. That's the thing that I would really concentrate on.
