So what I want to talk to you about today is some of my guys that I train right now are starting to get into the intermediate advanced section, especially when it comes to the diet that they're doing.

Now, one of the more trendy new diets to start doing now is doing intermittent fasting. So one of the main questions that I get from them, you know, periodically, is the fact that am I able to do some kind of fasting diet or some kind of intermittent fasting diet while I am on Gear?

Would it be a waste? Can I actually do it? What are the bad sides if there comes any? So that's what I'm addressing right now, can I personally do or can my guys that I train right now, can they actually do the intermittent diet in the first place?

So when it comes to that, just to give you a good basic understanding of what that is, I'm sure you already know this, but I just want to make sure that we're on the same page. Intermittent fasting is pretty much when you eat all of your meals, all within one sitting, right?

So you're practically starving yourself all throughout the day, and you pick a specific timeframe to where you eat majority of your macros or your calories, all within one setting. And that's it, the rest of the day, before we're not eating anything at all, except for like water, you know what I mean?

And then a couple of hours after I eat nothing at all, either, except for again, water. So with that being stated on a day to day basis, where I'm not eating any other calories.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

How To Homebrew and Pin Your Own Gear To Get 21" Arms Plus A Six Pack WITHOUT Risking Gyno or Spending $897 A Cycle!

I am not hitting any other macros, except for the timeframe that I am going to sit down to eat, can I actually do a cycle and actually make it work, not just make it work, can I actually make it successful?

Because that's the whole point of doing all this, to make sure that we're doing an optimal type of cycle, and at the same time to make sure that whatever lifestyle I'm gonna choose, maybe a diet, a certain calorie thing, can I actually make it work with Gear. What I say to that?

Absofreakinlutely, simply because of this - when you think about it, and this is where I feel bad about natties, the natties and the pheasants trying to do intermittent fasting, when I am doing intermittent fasting, ok, even though I am going to hit the calories at the end of the day, I'm hitting my macros at the end of the day.

I am going to risk a lot of going through muscle catabolism, meaning that my body will use my muscle tissue as energy. Now for the guys who are in an office work, for the guys who aren't really doing a lot of strenuous activity, for their career for their job, they're not too high of a risk when it comes to that.

Because they don't need much energy when they're just sitting there, clicking around with their mouse. But say we are in construction, we are doing a lot of movements, firefighter guys out there, can I do intermittent fasting? I mean, I don't know, I'm gonna risk a lot of muscle metabolism.

Before I continue, I just want to let you know the link to get a hold of me it's right below this video, you click on that, it's going to take you to my site, you put in your name, your email, and any questions that you do have, I'm going to be reading it personally myself.

So the one thing that I can use to combat muscle metabolism is actually being on Gear. So does it work with it? Oh, my God, absofreakinluteley. Here is the thing, if I'm going to do intermittent fasting, I would not do that diet unless I am on some kind of Gear.

Because I am going to risk muscle catabolism, even if I am going to hit my macros and the calories at the end of the day, because some of these guys would think well, you know, 3000 calories at the end of the day is the same thing as 3000 calories throughout the day, which technically they're right, technically they're right.

But those times in between when we are not eating, what energy am I using? Again, it's one different thing if I am just sitting down all day, but if I'm running around, if I'm doing stuff, if I have a really hard job, my body is gonna need some kind of energy, and what energy will be the first thing that they're going to use and grab?

It's not my fat tissue, it's always going to be my muscle tissue. So absolutely, intermittent fasting and Gear, honestly, from my point of view, it's extremely synergistic.

Now, the reason why, and here's just my personal take on it, this intermittent fasting diet, does it work by itself? Absolutely. But here's the thing about that. The type of the results that I would get, if I was trying to do it natural, you'd be mediocre at best.

The reason why some of these guys who are doing intermittent fasting look good, is because were going from obesity to skinny fat, so it looks like oh my God, this guy has got good results, or were going from obesity to a normal physique. So from my point, are those good results?

Yes, of course. But is that really progressing? I'm going from negative to zero, right, going back to neutral zone, negative to zero. Now for some people, is that a good improvement? Of course, of course. I am never going to knock on anybody who is trying to improve their lives.

But in terms of progression, can I go from obesity, to actually progressing and making gains, while doing intermittent fasting? No, not even close. I need calories, I need macros, I need food in order for me to build lean muscle tissue. So from my point of view.

Man, again, this is just my personal opinion on it, there is no way I could grow muscle tissue while being on intermittent fasting diet. That is literally and strictly just for fat loss, and absolutely a high risk of muscle loss as well. But the one thing that I can make it work with is if I'm on a simple testosterone cycle.

If I jump on testosterone right now, and maybe a little bit of Anavar, sprinkling on there, can I make intermittent fasting work? And not just go from negative to neutral, but from negative to actually progressing? Oh, abssofreakinlutely. And that's what I love about Gear man. The way people view Gear, they view it in many ways.

One of the features that I actually want to state what it does, it simply preserves muscle tissue. It is insane how much of a caloric deficit I could be on say intermittent fasting, and I don't lose any muscle tissue at all. It is insane, I feel like I'm cheating on it. Is it cheating? Sure, maybe, I don't care.

It's still awesome, the fact that I can preserve muscle tissue while being in a caloric deficit. So any fasting diet out there, intermittent fasting even, can I actually make that work?

Absolutely as long as I am on Gear. Now for the natties out there who is doing intermittent fasting and trying to look good with it, good luck. Take care boys.
