It literally felt like burning acid on my skin that got inside my muscles. That thing was so painful, and I was stuck because I didn't know what to do, I was like, oh my God, do I leave it out? I was just stuck there frozen in motion because I didn't know what to do. It was so painful. It felt like my skin was literally on fire. That's pretty much how it felt like.

So this is the protocol now that I do personally to guarantee my success every single time, and importantly, I don't have to think about it anymore.

What's going on brother? Kai here, and if you're new to my channel, make sure you hit that subscribe button, because I am gonna be releasing a video on a day to day basis. Protocols are there to make sure I don't mess anything up, to where I could do the same thing over and over again, because if I have a certain protocol.

I don't have to think about it anymore. It makes it so much easier for me to follow because I'm going to be doing the same thing over and over again. Unlike when I first started, I had no protocols, especially when it comes to pinning. I had no protocols, I had no idea what to do.

So of course, I didn't really know what to do back then. And the biggest moment that I realized I need something because that shit was painful. When I pinned and I forgot to dry, where I used a sterility pad for my injection site, which was actually on my glutes.

If I want to know what real pain is like, it's when I leave that spot where I inject completely wet from the alcohol pepper that I used, pinned. The feeling that I got...This is the protocol now that I do personally to guarantee my success every single time.

And importantly, I don't have to think about it anymore. So usually I take a shower first, because I usually pin in the morning or right before I go to bed and I always take a shower three times a day.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Now, if I somehow find myself to where I don't take a shower because I'm in the middle of the day or something like that, then there's no problem either, that's just, you know, a little bit of snippet into my day to day basis when I do pin.

So first I shower, I do four pillars when it comes to my pinning part. So the first part is the organization, sterile process, the drawing and the pinning, and then the cleaning up process. That's the best way for me to go through every single time I pin, to where I don't have to think about it anymore.

Now the organization part is I make sure I have everything there, because I don't want to keep getting up, oh, I need the pinning needle or I need the drawing needle, oh, I need to do this. I make sure everything is there. So first part of the organization is I have my oils, my syringes, my pins, my needles.

Right next to it is I have all my orals, and then right next to that is I have my paper towels to clean anything up afterwards. The very first step that I take when it comes to all this stuff is I do the cleaning part first, I grab my alcohol prep pad, or my antibacterial wipes, and I clean myself first.

Why? Because it gives me enough time to where I do that first. By the time I pin, it's completely dry, I don't have to go through that burning sensation part ever again. So that's my first part, I clean the site, chest, deltoids, traps, glutes, quads, that's the very first thing that I do.

Then after that, I draw out the oil, I draw out the oil, whatever it is, it could be one or two or three different compounds, whatever it is, I draw out the oil, one by one. And then after that... During the sterility process, by the way when I clean myself, I'm also cleaning the rubber tub, just to let you know, because that is part of the cleaning process.

So after that I draw out the oils, three different compounds or two different compounds, whatever I'm using that day, I draw it out, I switch it up to the pinning needle and then I remove any air bubble that is inside the syringe.

That right there, I do that no matter what. If I'm in a rush, if I have all the time in the world, I try to stick to the same protocols over and over again, to make sure that in the future, I go through with it just through motion. I don't want to think about it anymore.

I just want to make sure I'm doing the exact thing over and over again, so I cannot mess it up. Now, when I'm done pushing out the air bubble that's stuck inside the syringe, even though I can get most of it, if there's a little bit of part of it, there is no worries about that, nothing bad is going to happen.

Any of those fear mongering myths out there to where oh, you got to get rid of every single air bubble - that's not true at all. Even if there's a little bit of air pocket in there or air bubble in there, it won't hurt me at all. That little thing is not going to do anything to me.

Now, I cap it back up, and then I grab my hair dryer. I heat that up for a very good while just to guarantee, especially around now, man, it's a little bit colder, I want to make sure that it's close to the body temperature that I have to avoid any type of PIP whatsoever.

Hypothetically, if I was pinning, say my chest for example, I get into a certain position to where I'm not moving around. Most PIP that is caused out there is guys just constantly adjusting. When I was coaching somebody in person, this guy was like moving around and constantly tapping, so I was like dude, what are you doing?

Any type of movement out there, it can cause PIP. Now is it a guarantee? No, of course not. But we want to make sure though, we're not moving around so much to lessen any type of PIP. So once I pin, I stay in there, I don't move whatsoever.

Once I know it's in there, I didn't hit any nerves whatsoever, then I start to push in the oil, nice and slow, to guarantee no PIP again, the entire time. If I need to stop because my hand is starting to hurt a little bit, because I am taking my time, I pause enough, go back in there and I start pushing in a little bit more.

This part right here where I'm pushing the oil into my body, this is where I take the most time, because I want to take my time, it's going to be a nice slow, even though it's very quick, because I timed it before, it's like 40 seconds the most.

But that 40 seconds does take long or it feels long, because I'm really taking my time. If I need to take a break 20 seconds in, shake my hand a little bit, go back into it again, then I do to guarantee success.

Then when I'm done, pull it out, sometimes a little bit of oil will come out or a little bit of blood will come up, no harm done. This is where the cleaning process will happen after that. I don't clean it right away though, because I still have something sharp in my hand. I prioritize that first.

I cap it, wrap everything up, and then I clean myself. And then when I'm done, I put everything into the sharps container. But just the plastic stuff, because the sharp contents, they're not that big, so I'm not going to be throwing in my paper towels or anything like that in there. I just toss that out in the garbage.

But I do all of that first before I even clean myself, just to make sure I don't accidentally poke myself, because I did that once as well. Like any of the bad stuff that could happen, pretty much happened, because I was either in a rush or anything like that.

Imagine getting a 25 gauge needle stuck in my pointing finger because I was distracted, I was watching something, I was on YouTube, something like that, I was just ok, let me just... - when I poked myself, oh my God, I never knew how much nerve endings we have in our fingers until I poked myself.

Dude, it was like Kill Bill, I was like squirting everywhere, I am like oh, that's neat. So I want to avoid these type of things. So when I'm done, everything's good, put everything away, put right back to where I have everything in my closet, because I want to keep all my oils away from direct sunlight and I want to keep it room temperature.

So that's my protocol right there, when it comes to pinning with success every single time. And I do this day in day out, same exact procedure to make sure that I'm doing it right every single time and not have to think about it so much. That is my protocol when I pin.
