What's going on boys? Kai here, Formula Secrets. And I'm gonna dive into a topic right now, that is going to give you that Eureka, that lightning strike in your mind. I wish I had this a long time ago. So strap in, not strap on, strap in, get ready and let's do this.
In terms of maintaining things, I really want you to think about this - which is the harder journey, when you were actually leading up to the physique that you have now, or maintaining the physique that you currently have? Another good example, what was harder, getting to meet your wife, or maintaining that relationship that you have now?
Here is a another good example, when it comes to your business that you own, or the academics that you have, or the workplace that you have now - what was harder, to lead up to where you are now, or actually maintaining what you have? And that's exactly what I'm talking about right now.
Maintenance, it's so much harder than anything else that you and I do, especially the journey that you and I are taking with anabolics.
Take, for example, my journey when it comes to my fitness career now, where I have my fitness now, going up to it, it wasn't as difficult as it was, compared to what I have now.
Maintaining my physique now is so much harder than my journey leading up to the physique that I have. Here's why. In my journey up to the physique that I have now, the only thing I was worried about, was getting to my goal, getting my abs, getting my chest, getting my back, getting my shoulders, pretty much getting the aesthetics that I truly wanted.
But because of that success that I've had, I was inviting more positive stuff, more progressive stuff, I was inviting more girls, my academics started going up, my business start doing better, because I actually achieved the physique that I wanted, it came with a whole bunch of awesome stuff. But what does that come with as well?
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

On top of that, I have to maintain the physique that I have. On top of that I have to maintain the business that I have, and the social circles and the girls and hanging out with the guys, and on top of it too, literally having the same exact physique, while adding on more stuff on top of my social responsibilities.
So maintenance is actually the hardest part that I have to do within the physique that I have. Between both, the reason why I have it so easy, right now, when it comes to maintenance, simply because of Test enanthate. That is the basic thing out of this. That's the really underrated thing that I take when it comes to being on Gear.
Because leading up to the journey, the physique that I have, honestly, it was easy, because I didn't have the responsibilities that I have now. But the moment I actually received everything that I wanted, I was like, oh shit, this is actually a lot more difficult. What it could be if I wasn't being on Test enanthate right now?
Because the thing that really reminds me on a day to day basis is this, and I asked myself this question, at least once or twice a week. The lifestyle that I have now, the girls that I have, the business that I have, the meetings that I need to go to, can I keep up with everything that I want to do as a natural? Can I really do everything that I have right now, as a natural?
Can I stay focused as a natural? And that's an easy answer. No, not even fucking close, it's not even close. Having to go to the gym, maintaining my diet, maintaining my workout program, just my fitness pillar alone, I'm not even talking about my meditative state, going to my other responsibilities, my social circle. Let's just take the fitness pillar by itself.
Getting into my mastermind meeting with Tyler, dude, I would be brain dead, I would be sitting there, oh you know, we could, we could do stuff. What kind of stuff? You know, stuff that will make progress. What? That is my entire point.
Maintenance, when it comes to the physique that you and I want is so much more difficult because of all the rewards that we have been given.And that's where Test enanthate comes in to play with me, maintaining my physique, getting my fitness pillar erected and keeping it there the entire time.
Because once I've reached that goal, right, all the positive things that's coming towards me is because of the physique that I have. If this drops, so is everything else, if this lowers so is everything else. So there is no way I could keep the lifestyle that I have now, simply because of Test enanthate.
There is no way, everything would be gone, everything that I worked hard for will be gone, because I cannot keep up with this lifestyle. Waking up at 4:30 in the morning, 5 o'clock in the morning to go to the gym.
There is no way I could do that now, that is a physical impossibility, let alone, come back home, eat my breakfast, have everything done, jump into my first meeting of the day, going into film set, going into this, going into that, having my mastermind meeting with Tyler, do more things. By the time two o'clock comes I would be burnt out.
That's the next part of this. So hypothetically, if I were to able to get to my physique as a Natty, which there's no way I could, but let's say I could get my physique that I have now as a Natty. How long can I keep up that type of mental fortitude?
How long can I keep up that type of discipline and willpower? Now, some might say that, you know, maybe, maybe I could do it, maybe I could do it, right, maybe I can keep up. There's no way. There's no way. Somebody could probably do it for a month, maybe even two months.
But in reality, we are limited with the bandwidth or the energy that we have. I'm going to get nerdy here for a second. Imagine we were playing a computer game, or a video game in general, anybody who's played video games out there, you are limited to a certain amount of points, right?
Do you want to put some of your points into strength? Do you want to put some of your points into agility, to endurance, to your skill set up a shield and a sword? Where do you want to put your experience points? I can't put all my points into the gym, because that's going to take away from my social circle.
I can't put all my points into the gym, that's going to take away all of my focus towards the business that I have. There is no way I could be that simple and say I can do everything I want, because you can't, I can't it's impossible for me to do so.
Same exact thing with our lives. For somebody to state I'm doing a 100% on their fitness pillar, of their business, on their social circle, they are straight up lying, because there's no way that you can do that. One of the biggest example that I could give you right now, right, one of the most powerful person that you and I know.
Elon Musk, right, the guy's freaking innovative, he is revolutionizing the world through tech, through everything that he's doing. What is the one field where he's sacrificing right now? Really think about that. What is the one field, because he's concentrating on his business, his physical health.
Because the guy looks good, his mental health, and of course, all of this innovative things that he's doing. What's the one area that he's suffering right now? His love life, his social life. Going through a divorce, can't find a date, can't find a good girl to be with him. And this is Elon Musk that we're talking about. So that's what I'm talking about with bandwidth.
So this is where, when it comes to my lifestyle, Test enanthate really helps, because here's my fitness pillar, I'm erecting it, good, done, solid. Now I'm going to keep up by putting my Test enanthate in there, hold that on, so I can concentrate on everything else that I do want. I don't have to concentrate so much in the fitness pillar.
Go to gym six days a week, seven days a week and be mediocre in all the other parts of my life. I'm not gonna want that, I'm going to want more. I don't just want to be a gym slave. I want to make sure I'm also progressing into other parts of my life.
So do I want to be a gym slave? Working so hard, having that much mental fortitude to where everything else is being sacrificed? To me that's not worth it.
To me all the time that's worth it is if I could easily keep my fitness pillar up, so then I could concentrate on everything else as well. That is where Test enanthate is being so underrated, that not a lot of guys realize.
I know the lightning strike that I was talking about earlier, I know it just hit you. So really think about that. For the guys right now. who's actually benefiting out of Test E, what is your life like now and can you actually maintain that lifestyle without Test E?
