The biggest mistake that a lot of men make is thinking that they do not have low testosterone. And I understand, simply because we think that, you know, we're born, we're gifted with so much testosterone, we are good.

But that is literally the biggest mistake that a lot of men make.

Nobody's gonna tell you you have low testosterone, even yourself, you don't even know that you may have low testosterone. Because here's the most frustrating part. When it comes to the sides, you will think it's pretty damn apparent - lethargic, erectile dysfunction, feeling depressed, low energy, can't even go to the gym to have enough drive and enthusiasm for it. The other part of it is this, you probably think that it's your fault as well.

That you can't get any results. You've been dieting down, you've been doing everything you can, but you're not getting results. Here's the weird part about that. Because you've been living that life for so long, you think that's your genuine self, you think that that's actually you. You're thinking, well, you know, I'm 42 years old, maybe I might suppose to have erectile dysfunction.

Maybe I might suppose to be this lazy asshole that can't do anything or anything when it comes to the dieting and the gym part. When it comes to having low testosterone, it's so difficult to identify, not because of the apparent sides, it's because you've been living this life for such a long time, you think that is you, you think you are the lethargic, you think you are lazy, you think that you have no idea what to do when it comes to the gym stuff. 

When it comes to all this, it's so easy, if we were able to identify having low testosterone. It's like the whole slow boiling analogy, right? It's the whole thing if we're sitting in a pot, and if I were to dial it at one, I wouldn't feel anything, just a little bit warm, that's fine. Dial at two, slowly, dial at three, slowly, dial at four, slowly. By time I get to 10. it doesn't seem like I have done anything at all or any changes. Why?

Because I've been sitting there, I've been living in that type of lifestyle for such a long time, I didn't even know somebody was cooking me to death.

The same exact analogy. If you've been living this life for such a long time, how would you know? How would you really know? If are to crank that water to boiling hot already, then oh, there's something weird, it's really hot. You are going to jump out, you're going to know, oh, there is something wrong, there is something wrong.

Because I guarantee you, if one day, you didn't feel depressed at all whatsoever, and the very next day, I'm not supposed to feel this way. But year one of you feeling depressed, ah, not so bad. Year two, year three, year 10, oh, maybe I'm supposed to be just this cranky old man. Maybe I'm supposed to be just depressed person who's negative and toxic that nobody wants to be around.

And you have now taken upon that identity. I truly believe every single guy out there wants progress, wants results, wants to be happy, wants to be loved as well. So stop thinking that this depressed, negative, toxic is you, you're not that at all. I promise you that. So here's the thing that we all need to do. It doesn't matter what age either, because a lot of guys always think, oh, low testosterone? 

Dude, I'm like 22 I don't have that. ED, I don't have that. And the funniest part about all of this, some of us and I absolutely understand, some of us, we have too much pride, thinking that I don't need to get checked. I feel young, I feel healthy, it's for the old guys. Dude, do you know how many guys I've met, 19, 20, 21 years old, it is insane how low their testosterone was.

And the sucky part about that too is for them to really find that out, they wouldn't have known because who, why in your right mind would you think a young 20 year old would think they would have low testosterone? Nobody would know. So do you know what the one thing is to know for sure? It's not about, you know, self-check up and see how I really feel, am I really depressed? Am I not? Do I have ED? Am I really depressed? Am I lethargic? 

No, there's only one way to absolutely know for sure, 100% - this right here, actually getting it tested, actually going to your doctor, a TRT clinic, anywhere, I don't care where you get it. You can grab it online, it doesn't matter. Go get checked. This is so important for our health. This is so important for your quality of life. This is something to where it's like ah, it's a luxury. 

And that's the thing I hate about this too, man like oh my God, it drives me absolutely insane. It's like dude, this is what's preventing you from hitting all of your goals. What are you doing? Oh, you know, it's for, you know, it's for celebrity guys, I am good. I mean, I guess if you want a low quality life, you would be good, you wouldn't need to do a thing. That's fine, not everyone is meant for greatness. Not everyone is meant to be winners.

For us to be winners, there's got to be losers. You got to pick which side you want to be in. So if you want to be winners, go get tested boys. And when it comes to TRT, and getting tested, just do it. It doesn't need to be this thorough with the nice little colorful graphs. It could just be basic numbers, and those numbers are going to tell you, hey, guess what, subpar quality of life, that's where you're at. or you're ok, not too bad. 

And there are some guys who are out there who are absolutely gifted to where they're sitting at 1200, which is awesome. So now when it comes to the actual thing of what actually happens, it's a blood test.

They can't just go up there and feel your pulse, they actually have to put on and draw out small vials of blood. It's an actual hormonal blood test, it is not, the doctor is like well, I don't think... And by the way, because some doctors will do this, I don't think you have it, you don't need to get tested. How would they know? This drives me nuts, because I hear that all the time.

Oh, my God, Billy, you're like 28, don't worry about it, don't worry about that. No, the only way for me to find out is to really have them pull, pull blood out of my arms, or sometimes they do it, you know, wherever they find the veins. They even did it to my hands before. They actually have to physically pull blood out of your system. No matter how prideful we are, how much we think we're good, I am awesome, the bloods do not lie. 

If you have low testosterone, it is literally going to tell you, you have low testosterone or you're into average range. And it's not that difficult either. There's plenty of ways to do it. Go to your doctor, ask for total testosterone, free testosterone, your estrogen levels, your human growth hormone level, stuff like that. And of course, since you're already there, you might as well do the basic checkup, cholesterol, PSA, your liver levels, all of that fun stuff. 

But the big one that you absolutely have to ask, because if you just go there for a regular blood panel test, they're going to do the basics. You need to the hormonal panel test. Be thorough with it, it doesn't matter what it is. If they say no, you don't need it because you're 28, you're 27 you're 25, you're 32, you're 37, go to a different doctor, this is a must for every single guy out there.

It doesn't matter if you feel masculine, you have hair growing all over your chest. A certain age in terms of your genetics, you might be living right now with low testosterone. And I'd hate to say, man, I really hate this phrase, but when it comes to not hitting your full potential, there are a lot of guys out there right now who could be doing way better, and the only thing that is holding them back is their test levels.

That is it. Because when it comes to your hormones, I really hope you know this, it's what dictates your drive, your aggression towards your goals.
