MY ACCUTANE Protocol - The Last Resort for Steroid Acne

Kai Palikiko has had over 10 years personal experience with Anabolics. His Personal Training Techniques have been responsible for thousands of men achieving their personal and professional goals, and you are getting access to the copy n paste steps to replicate them.

I've made a video about this previously as in if I have to do anything, I would totally avoid as much as I can, when it comes to using Accutane. That has to be the last barrier, the last resort, the last thing that I would use. But again, if it is the last resort, and nothing works, nothing is working at all, changing esters, changing protocols, changing carrier oil, changing everything, and they're still getting a little bit of acne here and there.

So we have no choice now, but to use Accutane with some of the guys that I train. But just because we're using Accutane, that doesn't mean that everything's gonna be hunky dory either.

There are certain protocols that I have to do with them in order for them to really use Accutane properly, and to make sure they are not getting really bad or weird side from it either. What's going on brother?

My name is Kai and if you're trying to get a hold of me, the best way to do that it's my email, right below this video. The main one, staying away from the sun. That's the main one right there man. It's like can I do it?

Absolutely, of course. But even with sunblock, which is highly recommended, they have to stay away from the sun, mainly because of this. What Accutane will do, it will dry out their skin, it will dry out my skin, ok?

So the main important thing is stay away from the sun, especially when I'm using even the lowest amount of Accutane per day, they have to stay away from the sun. That is the main one.

Second one is exactly what you heard from me, sunblock. It doesn't matter if I think I'm good, I might be, I might be indoors a little bit, I might be indoors, I might be in the shade. Sometimes I'll be good, you think I'm good right here?

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

No, you can't. I have to use sunblock no matter where I go. And it's not just as simple as using any sunblock either, right? My basic 40, 50 SPF, cool, awesome, that's good for my body.

But I can't use any sunblock on my face either, because if I block the pores on my skin, especially on my face, because that's a little bit more sensitive, guess what? I will break out as well. So this is the reason why it has to be the last barrier, because it does come with a lot of maintenance.

So different types of SPF for my body, different type of SPF for my face, it has to be sunblock specifically made for my face.  So with the basic protocol of just that, staying away from the sun, using sunblock, of course our skin is literally going to turn super white, it's gonna be super albino.

Nobody wants that, right? We want a good healthy looking skin. And in order for us to do that, our way around it is by using spray tan. Is spray tan dangerous? Absolutely not man. This is mainly for aesthetic, but at the same time, if our skin looks terrible, guess what, it's going to play into our insecurities as well.

So when it comes to the spray tan, we have to find the right color and we got to learn how to use it properly as well, we need to learn how to blend it within our skin, or else we'll we're gonna look weird, we are gonna have blotches all over our faces, all over our bodies, stuff like that.

The next part, of course, is hydration. If I'm going to be on Accutane, I have, it's not an option, I have to drink at least, at least one gallon a day. My personal recommendation is 1.5, 1.5, because I'm going to be on Gear already.

I'm going to be using Accutane already, I'm going to be eating a lot of food already. That's gonna be a lot of stuff going through my system, so I definitely need to drink a little bit more water than normal.

So the threshold to meet that is at least one gallon a day. I have to moisturize my body at least twice a day, because we're going to be taking a shower at least twice a day, right? Right? I hope we're doing that, taking a shower at least twice a day, because we're not dirty people.

I've heard people showering once a day and I think it's just gross. It's like somehow showering in the morning. we don't develop protein... Shower twice a day, moisturize your body twice a day as well on top of that.

Now the last one, now the last necessity is lip balm. You don't want to be walking around looking weird with your lips either, ok, because this right here is probably one of the most sensitive parts in our body within our skin. This can easily crack when we're on our Gear.

We're overly sensitive with the skin, already because of the Accutane, this will crack constantly if we are using Accutane. So any lip balm will do, but what I personally recommend is more of the organic route, because for some odd reason, I don't know if it's just me, if I use regular chapstick.

For some reason, if I'm not constantly using chapstick, it dries out my lips even more. So an organic, an organic lip balm would be much more preferred, if I have to use a lip balm, not every day, not once every few hours. If I'm on Accutane, I literally have to use that lip balm at least once every other hour or so, I'm constantly having to take it out over and over again.

Now you see why I try to get away from Accutane? Do you see why I'm going to do everything I can first before I jump into Accutane, because that's how serious it is. It does come with a plethora of maintenance that I have to personally do.

If I have no choice, if my guys that I train have no choice and we actually have to use Accutane, that is the protocol that I personally do and they have to personally do in order to make Accutane work.

Other than that boys, hit that subscribe button, right next to that hit that notification bell. And if you are trying to get ahold of me, my email is right below this video.

You click on that, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, and any questions you have, I'm gonna personally answer them myself. Kai here, out. Take care. That was awesome.
