Because if I honestly don't do my homework, I just go in there thinking everything's gonna be all good, I'm actually gonna get turned away, they're actually gonna deny me from actually donating blood, which what I need to do, but they can deny me, if I don't do the protocols that I have. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you're trying to hold of me by the way, the best way to do is in my email right below in description. You click on that, it takes you to my site, you put in your name, your email, and any questions you have for me, it's gonna go directly to my proton mail.
And one of the main ones that I do is to donate blood. It's literally part of my yearly thing and I don't just do it once a year. I do it multiple times throughout the year. Either way, it doesn't matter if I'm doing a basic beginner cycle, a super advanced bulking cycle, a cutting cycle, whatever it is, donating blood is absolutely a must for me to keep up with this lifestyle, it goes right back down to safety and health protocols.
Many of you guys may know the main reason why I donate blood is to make sure that my RBC count doesn't get too high, my hematocrit levels are repulsing new blood, making sure my blood pressure is good as well, just to be sure, even though if I get my blood tested and everything looks good, just replenish my blood is such a good thing to do, just to give me that peace of mind.
It's not about just me looking good, looking jacked or anything like that. I just want to be able to fall asleep at night knowing that not only I'm able to have fun, I don't have that burden on my back, like I'm squatting frickin 405, thinking of all these bad sides that could happen, because I do my protocols to make sure that I'm safe the entire time.
Now when it comes to donate blood, this is absolutely a must, especially when I start diving into really advanced exotics, you know Halo, Superdrol, high ends of DBol, Primobolin even. And some of these things, I pretty much would consider an exotic outside of testosterone and especially you guys knowing that I absolutely love my Tren, and I don't want that to be taken away from me.
Because I'm not doing my homework of doing the health and safety protocols. Now when it comes to me donating blood, it's not as simple as getting into my car, opening it up, getting inside, turn it on, let me just drive around. Usually I tend to find them at, you know, movie theaters, they usually tend to be over there, finding a big red truck, just going in and donating, and that's it.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

I know it's like the Red Cross or whatever. But anyway, it's not as simple as me calling in and scheduling up an appointment to donate blood, and then say exactly walking in there and getting it done. It's not as simple as that. Now because of the certain lifestyle that I have, the diet that I have, the stuff that I eat and I put in my body.
Not just the anabolics, there are certain things that I need to do before I could actually just go in and donate blood. Now the biggest reason that I would get denied if I didn't do my protocols is if my iron levels are way too high, which is ironic, because the only way for me to lower my iron levels drastically right away, is by donating blood.
But I can't go in there with extreme high levels either, because they will literally just turn me away, they would literally just like, you know what, nope, you can't do it, your iron levels are too high. So I have to make sure I do my protocols to guarantee that I can donate blood by making sure my iron levels are not too high.
This is my personal protocol that I do to make sure that my iron levels are not too high, two weeks before I actually drive around and look for that red bus or before I actually call in. So I do this two weeks prior. No red meat because it holds high amounts of iron, no vitamin C because that also increases the absorption of iron.
The other one too, it sounds obvious, but some of my guys that I train, they tend to forget this - avoiding multivitamins that actually has iron in it. You know, what I mean? It sounds obvious, I know it sounds whatever. But you know, some of us were really busy in a lifestyle that we tend to forget.
Oh, by the way, yeah, this multivitamin has iron in it. I can't figure out why my iron levels are going high right now. So yes, little things like that I have to look out for. Another one too is, you guys know how much I love sushi. You know what I mean? It's awesome.
It's a cheap date to do, girls love that stuff. But when it comes to me guaranteeing to be able to donate, unfortunately, I have to avoid any type of raw fish, especially, you know, sashimi and tuna and salmon and pretty much any sushi place I can't go two weeks before I actually go to donate.
When it comes to physically doing something other than just avoiding certain foods, I do cardio, nothing like I am sprinting like crazy or doing hours and hours on end, running around. No, I just do a simple 20, 25 minutes of walking, four times a week, two weeks prior before that, and then the big one too.
This is just a guarantee, especially when I absolutely need to donate, I go into full complete ketogenic diet two weeks before I actually go find that red bus, to guarantee I could easily go in there, donate, no harm, nothing at all to worry about.
During this entire time of avoiding iron like foods, lowering my iron levels and make sure I'm doing my cardio, during this entire time, even though I am going to be donating blood, that doesn't mean I have to stop my cycle either.
I could absolutely keep going the entire time. I don't have to worry about oh man, I got to go on a cruise now, I have to do my post cycle therapy, I have to end my cycle. No, I could absolutely keep going with whatever cycle I am on, even if it's with really advanced compounds.
Now when I do all of this, this entire process of making sure my iron levels are not too high, this is how I guarantee myself that I could actually donate blood to get the benefits that I mentioned before, you know, lowering RBC count, blood pressure, iron levels in the first place, and replenishing new blood.
This is the process that I do to guarantee I can actually donate blood. If you have any questions, my email right in the description. Kai here, out. Take care.
