Leg day boys, easy, no extensions at all, this is my main three workouts that I do when it comes to leg day, to guarantee my legs are actually going to be able to match my upper body.

So the main first is gonna be obvious, let's do some squats boys. Here we go. Next one boys, this is absolutely crucial in order for us to do this, so remember, when we're doing lunges, let's squeeze our ass in order for us to get into that movement as well. 


And at the same exact time, when you do lunges, for the love of God, use dumbbells, don't be that guy taking up so much space because you wanted to use the barbell. 

Use dumbbells at the gym, be a little bit more courteous, don't take up so much space, use dumbbells when it comes to your lunches.


Here we go. Just remember boys, when you do lunges, be very careful, do not smash your knee all the way down to the ground.

Because that's where a lot of bad stuff will happen. Make sure you do this in a consistent tempo as well.   

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.
