What's going on guys? Kai here from Formula Secrets, and what I want to talk to you guys about today would have to be, because I get this question a lot - can you drink while you are on cycle?

So, in terms of that guys, it doesn't matter if you're already taking oil, orals at the same time, right, you have to think your liver is very resilient, your kidney is very resilient. Just because you're on cycle it doesn't mean you have to stay away from these drinks.

So it doesn't matter if you take DBol, Anavar, Anadrol, whatever it may be, yes, you can absolutely have a drink over the weekend. When I say you can have drink, it doesn't mean you have a drink every single day. It means that you can have it as part of your cheat meal, like say for me today is Sunday, this is going to be part of my cheat meal.

So that doesn't mean you have to completely abstain from having to drink. You could absolutely have a drink, you could have whatever drink you want, as long as it fits your diet, if you are looking for that. For me that's going to be more like a lifestyle, right? So I've stated this previously before, I'm not competing anymore, I'm not doing any more bodybuilding shows.

I'm just doing this because I like the image, I like the look, I like looking better than everybody else, but at the same time guys I wanted to make it more realistic towards my lifestyle, I want to make sure that I'm able to do this at the same time. So that's the beauty about this all.

So to answer your question directly, yes, you can absolutely have a drinkAnother side note that I want to talk to you guys about would be if you do want to stay within your diet at the same time while on cycle.

And at the same time you want a drink as well, there are plenty of drinks you can absolutely have. You don't have to go straight for regular beer, you could absolutely have light beer, or what people like to say a mixed drink, you can go with Grey Goose and a Diet Coke.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

There's plenty of ketogenic friendly drinks that you could absolutely have without staying off away from diet.

You can stay without having any carbs to keep all the Tren side effects away, all the DNP side effects away, whilst still able to have a drink. Plenty of stuff there. I'm going to list all the drinks you can have bellow, that is ketogenic friendly. So you guys could have a drink, have a social life, at the same time while staying within your fitness goals as well.

So that's the biggest part of this guys. I want to make sure that you guys are still doing exactly what you need to do on cycle, while you're on Gear, and at the same time making sure that you are socially responsible as well, like not staying indoors, staying away from your friends. At same time we have to be able to go out as well. So again, yes, you can have a drink while you are on Gear, right? Just remember, your liver is very resilient, ok?

That doesn't mean you could have a drink every single day, because yeah, that's how you fuck your shit up, but at the same time guys, you can absolutely have one once a week, once or twice a week, you're more than welcome to have so.

And again if you are on a diet as well, like say you are on a carb free diet, you can also have carb friendly drinks as well. There's numerous drinks out there you can absolutely have.

Anyways, like, follow, subscribe, I'll see you guys next week. Kai here, Formula Secrets here, out. Take care, guys.
