I've trained a lot of guys all around the world. In fact, I have trained 1000s of guys all around the world when it comes to anabolic Gear cycles and dialing their hormones the right way. Now, some of those guys, they just want to go from, you know, their average looking physique to a good fit looking physique, going from dadbod or average physique, average body, to at least going to a decent shape. Now, there are a good amount of guys though, to where they want to go from that Natty look to that roided out, monstrous, insane type of look.

So in this video right here, right now, I'm going to go over their journey of going from that Natty look to the roided out look. What's going on brother?

So for the most part, a lot of guys, majority of the guys, they just want a simple, fit looking physique.


But you know, we all have different taste here, we all have different lifestyle, we all seek different passions, different hobbies as well. When it comes to the Gear lifestyle, because that's pretty much what I do, there are a good amount of guys out there who really just want to dial in their physique, to where they look way above, not the Natties, not the pheasants, they look way above even for the guys who are on TRT or even doing a regular blast cycle.

I mean, they want to have that huge traps, huge chest, huge arms to where when they go anywhere, they are literally stared at because they look freakin phenomenal. They look monstrous, they have the cap shoulders, just insane, huge body parts. Now personally, myself, I try to have a good balance, I try to go a little bit into the monstrous look, but not to the point to where it's just like I can't fit.


Because I'm already starting to have that problem where it's hard for me to really find certain clothes that fit, where I need an extra large for my shirts, but yeah, I got to tailor it to where it would fit my 30 inch waist. It's really hard to find that. The other part of it too, man, I have, you know, other things that I do, I have other passions as well that I do within my life, that pulls away from the whole bodybuilding scene. 

Now for the guys who wants to go from the Natty to the monsters look, their goal, which is freakin awesome too man, it's commendable, they're not looking to compete, but they want to have that competition look, so they can keep going with their career, but at the same exact time, they just admire the whole Arnold Schwarzenegger era, the Ronnie Coleman era, the Brandon Curry era, and now the Big Ramy era, they want to have an achievement, at least get close to the IFBB pro look. 

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So when it comes to their journey, starting from square one, starting from their first cycle, I'm going to give you a play by play right now. Going from Natty, pheasant, not even doing TRT, their very first cycle is pretty decent. 

I have to really explain to them though, that they're not gonna have the Ronnie Coleman look, it doesn't happen within their first cycle. But here's what's exciting though, they get to adapt within their first cycle in a nice healthy way, nice, comfortable way, and at the same exact time, they do get a good change. Going from 15 to 20 pounds within their first cycle is phenomenal. That is a huge amount of muscle.


But because from their starting point, though, they're not going to get that roided out look just yet from their first cycle. Now, can some of these guys, because I've trained some guys who have really done the research into dieting down, really eating as much as they can and training hard, can they achieve that monstrous look within their first cycle? Yeah, because they've already trained so hard to the point where they just needed an extra push, when it comes to their hormonal levels. 


They just need the extra push from the DBol or the Sustanon or the Tren, whatever it is for the first cycle to really dial that in. Now, when it comes to their first cycle, they get a good amount of gains, but, you know, for most people, again, they don't have that monstrous look. But the whole point of a first cycle is just to gain a good 10 to 15 pounds, maybe 20, but to also adapt to these hormones in a nice comfortable way. 


Because anytime we start going to intermediate and advanced cycles, we expect certain sides to happen. Sweating, core temperature happening right away, a little bit hotter than normal, even if it's freezing outside, we start sweating like crazy, going to the gym sweating like crazy, our appetite is out of control. That's the, from my point of view, those are the expected sides that I get.


So that's where once the second cycle starts, second cycle and on, man, that's when you get to see the vision, you get to see the vision of that monstrous look. The biggest giveaway from that monstrous look that a lot of guys are searching for is the vascularity. Dude, the moment you have the vascularity popping out of your biceps, out of the triceps, out of the deltoids, and you see that line coming out, it's starting to happen. 


And that's from my point of view, that's where it starts to get really addicting in terms of trying to push in more, trying to push in more as much as they can, what else can I do? How bigger can I get? I thought I wanted to weigh in at, say 200 pounds, but now I want to see how I look at 215, 220 even. So the real journey of going from Natty to the monstrous look begins on the second cycle, because by then they already know how their body reacts. 


They've tuned in and dialed in their E2 levels, they know how they react to certain amounts of testosterone, they know how much they need to push. I help dial them in, for sure, absolutely. They have my guidance and all that, but that's when I start to see the magic. And I've seen this process, literally, like I said before, 1000s of times over and over again.


And it's usually the same amount. There are a few exceptions out there to where again, like I said before, some guys, they do one cycle, the very first one, boom, monsters look achieved pretty much right away. But the majority of the guys, it starts within their second cycle.

The moment they do that, dude, the moment I see their veiny arms and their capped shoulders, that's it, that's when I know for sure these guys are ecstatic, and they want to do more, they want to do more advanced cycles, how much more can they grow when it comes to their chest or their deltoids or their raised up traps. 


That's when the monstrous look starts. And from every single cycle from then on out, it's just exaggerated more and more and more. And that's when they start to really explore certain compounds, high amounts, DHB, certain things to where, you know, for the guy who wants to go from the Natty look to just a good fit looking body, healthy body, it's not for them. That's when it happens for them.


They usually get that achieved within their first cycle or their second cycle, and they want to maintain. But for the guys who wants to go from the Natty to the monstrous roided out look, man, these guys are freaking hooked for life, they love it. Of course they're dialing everything in the healthy way, they're getting their blood tested, checked, all that stuff, to be sure that they're safe. 


But the lifestyle of wanting to get bigger and bigger and bigger starts right then and there, to where they feel like they're just not big enough. And man, there's nothing wrong with that. As long as every other pillar within their lives, their career, their social lives, their loved ones, everything is also progressing, yeah, there's no harm at all into also progressing and really honing in into the arms and abs type of lifestyle, going for that IFBB look. 


So yeah, it literally starts if you want a definitive part or point of their lives to where they start to get that roided out look, second cycle and on, capped shoulders happen, veiny arms, pretty much the moment they hit 17 and a half inch arms or bigger, that's when the journey starts, that's where roided out look begins, initiated, locked in and ready to go.
