Between a pheasant physique or an elevated physique, which one is actually harder to maintain? What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email. Now you can easily find that link in the description, you click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, and any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my proton mail.

So when it comes to our output, our power output, our strength, our endurance, and even our speed and agility, when it comes to doing all that, we need higher maintenance.

Here's the thing too, the moment I jump on Gear, the more I'm able to perform, right? So if I'm already here in terms of maintenance, and I'm going to use analog Gear, guess what, the maintenance also needs to go up as well. So the moment I jumped on using analog Gear, right, the moment I jumped on using lifestyle cycling, I'm not a pheasant anymore.

So I can't have the same type of pheasant mindset or normie mindset and go on about their ways, because here's the thing, I'm going to need a lot higher maintenance, just to make sure that I'm actually healthy, because the bigger I am, the more muscle structure I have, the less body fat I have. And on top of that as well, more output I'm going to have within my physique, I'm going to need way more maintenance than ever before.

I can't just do the same type of, you know, essential supplements then before, I can just drink the same amount of water than before when I was a pheasant back then, I got to have a much higher maintenance. Take for example, let's just talk about water, basic water intake, how much do normies really need? Quarter of a gallon, half a gallon the most at best, they're gonna be fine with that.

But dude, if I were to be taking Anavar, Proviron, or even the harsher compounds like DBol or Anadrol, half a gallon isn't going to do anything for me either. Even one gallon is not going to be enough. So that's where I need to take my liver support as well, my liver and organ, because one gallon of water is going to be enough if I was taking my liver and organ support. So I can't just live my life like a normie anymore.

All of my daily maintenance I need to be, it needs to be a lot more. For example, right, let's take our hygiene. It's gonna sound gross, but at the same exact time, it's part of it. The moment I jump on Gear, lifestyle cycling, using anabolics, even for a basic TRT, I'm going to be sweating a lot more. That's just the way it is, because my core temperature is going to be a lot higher.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

I'm going to produce a lot more protein oils that are just going to be sitting in my skin. So like most normies out there showering once a day, that's their lifestyle.

For me dude, I sweat so much throughout the day, sometimes I got to take two or three showers, just to make sure that I'm clean, just to make sure I avoid acne, just to avoid that protein oil that could be sitting on my skin, that could possibly give me an acne breakout. And another one, let's break down the protein macros for example.

So in order for me to maintain my physique right now, my macros for my protein intake is at least 250 grams every single day. Now, when I was waiting around 140, 135 at best, do I need that much protein? No. I wasn't even using Gear back then either. So yeah, that would have been fine for me to just have, you know, a 100 grams of protein, maybe 150 the most here and there.

But if I'm using testosterone, just testosterone by itself, my metabolism is working towards optimal rate, I'm going to be having a heavier physique as well.

So I'm going to need to eat way more food now than ever before. So that's how we have to think, the moment I jumped into the cycle, it's not just all about fun and games either. In order for me to stay within those fun, and games and for me to look this physique, everything else has to go up as well. So anytime I do this type of lifestyle cycling, I can't just think of all the fun stuff.

I also have to think of the responsibilities that I need to do to keep with this physique. Remember boys, we are not average people anymore, we are Gods amongst men. We are superior, we are better than everybody else all around us. And I wish I was just exaggerating that. But can we all agree, the moment I jump on Gear, I'm better than normal people, right? So why wouldn't that apply to my maintenance?

Why wouldn't that apply to my food intake? Why wouldn't that apply to my demands or my responsibilities, just to keep up with this type of lifestyle? So of course, in order for me to stay superior, I need to keep up with everything I need to do within my personal responsibilities. So for the pheasants, you know, they don't need much for say, liver support, right? They could take their milk thistle, that's fine for them. But for me, that's not going to be good enough even for Anavar.

I got to take away something stronger than just milk thistle. I am gonna leave that for the GNC people and the pheasants out there. For me, when it comes to this lifestyle, I need way better on everything. Anyways brother, the link to my email is right in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
