Newly Initiated Workouts | Avoid Over Training on Gear

So one of my friends just got initiated into this type of lifestyle, lifestyle cycling, and he asked a really good question.

So he was thinking, ok, so I'm on Gear, do I change my workout? Do I do anything differently? Do I stay the same?

What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me by the way, the best way to reach me would be the link to my email. Now, you can easily find that link into the description. You click on that link, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it is going to go directly to my proton mail.

First off, I just want to get this out of my chest. There's no such thing as over training, especially when we're not specifically training for a particular sport, or just a regular guy going to the gym. There is no such thing as over training. Now, I know that's probably going to trigger a couple of guys here and there, what about muscle soreness and over training and not being able to recover?

No, that's not what's called overtraining. And that's just working out really hard and we get a little bit of muscle soreness here and there. That's not overtraining, overtraining would have to be because it's going to hinder my performance. And the other part of it too man, it really is hard to over train, especially when I'm on Gear, especially when my macros are spot on.

And at the same exact time too man, the amount of protein I am eating every single day, it really is hard. I can't tell you the last time I felt sore because I was on Gear, I really can't. But anyways, back to my main point. So when it comes to my friend, he just got initiated, he's doing his very first lean bulking cycle, very beginner friendly, test, DBol and AI, Anastrozole.

And he's thinking, ok, I'm about to do our first cycle, do I change my workouts? The first thing I told him, just for the sake of safety, I told the first week, week and a half into his cycle, pull back on everything, simply because his soft tissues, his ligaments, it's not ready for that type of explosive movement yet.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

And it's super tempting to really push your physique when he's gonna feel DBol on day one, it's not a joke. He's gonna be like, oh my God, I feel the energy, I feel like I'm ready to go, I feel like I could do a PR right now.

But the one thing that's not ready for him is the soft tissues and his ligaments to where he could easily get injured if he were to push himself. So him, before he's about to start this lifestyle cycling, he was a pheasant, he was in Natty, he was a basic, normal, average guy. So he had to look out for things like muscle soreness, giving himself enough time to recover, and literally being able to be strategic.

Like there's no way he could do six days a week type of a workout. He just can't, there's no way. Even though he could technically do it, because there's going to be something out there, well, I do that now. Are they able to go 100% every single day? No, they just can't because there's always going to be a limiting factor when it comes to being a normie, and that's just basic facts. We can't argue on that one, that's basic truth.

So since he now has the superman type of recovery, no muscle soreness, insane amount of strength, insane amount of endurance, because he's on test and DBol - dude, if I was in that position for the very first time, I'm gonna take advantage of that. I'm not gonna work out like a basic average Natty. I'm not gonna do my basic type of repetitions, basic type of weights. Why?

Because I want to take full advantage of that type of power pretty much, that type of strength, that type of endurance. When I'm in there. I'm gonna have a different mindset. Of course, after that week that I was talking about, the down week, the adaptation week, after that, I'm going to push myself. I'm going to increase the intensity, I'm going to increase the endurance, I'm going to increase the repetitions, the volume, and of course the strength as well, because again, dude, I'm on Gear, right?

That's what I am telling him, like, dude, you're on Gear, stop working like the rest of these pheasants out there. Take advantage of it. And then on top of that as well, I told him I know that you do, because this was the split back then, Monday Tuesday would be, I think he did legs and back. He would take a day off on Wednesday because he'd be very sore, and he can't work out that day, and that he'd work out back again on Thursday, doing upper body stuff. I told him that day on Wednesday, you don't have to take that break anymore. You could continue. Why?

Because I can, and I can't wait for him to feel it because he's about to start this week, he's gonna feel, on Wednesday he's gonna be like, I don't, I don't feel sore. And he's gonna start doubts as well. He's gonna start having that self doubt, do I go to the gym? I'm not really sore. Because here's the one weird thing about that too. Just because he's on Gear, he is still gonna have that limited type of mindset because that's what he's used to.

He's used to taking that day off on Wednesday. But the one thing he has to overcome is really truly believe he is frickin Superman, he is going to be able to recover so that day that's needed if he was a pheasant, of course he has to take a day off on Wednesday. But when that DBol kicks in, when the testosterone kicks in, oh my God. I'm gonna be expecting a text, watch, and he'd be like I worked out on Wednesday and oh my God, dude, I don't feel sore at all, I think I could do legs twice in one day.

And he can, that is the beauty about this. So that's my main point of all this, right? If I were to use a tool, and I have these new abilities, these new superpowers, because that's what it is, having that Wolverine type of recovery, having that type of strength, having the type of aggression in my mind, why wouldn't I take advantage of it? Why would I still work out like the rest of these pheasants out here? Of course not, I'm gonna take advantage of it. To top all this off, do I have to change my workout?

Yes, yes, I would have to absolutely change my workout because I want to take advantage of the test and the DBol, or the test and the Tren, or the test and the Anavar. So yes, the answer is yes, he would have to change his workout into something a little bit more intense to take advantage of these tools.

Anyways, if you have any questions, my email is in the description. That's where you are gonna be able to find the link to my proton mail. Other than that boys, Kai here, out, cheers. Take care.
