So a lot of us right now are doing a bulking cycle, because winter is coming up, it's bulking season. And when it comes to any good bulking cycle, it's absolutely going to include NPP. Now I'm going to show you the best way to take advantage of NPP for my bicep workout.
Nice, heavy, awesome sets. So first thing first, barbell, four set, heavyweights, get it done. Oh first, before I start, since we're doing heavy by the way, my forearms are going to give out right away because even though I'm on NPP.
This thing is still way weaker than my arm, so I'm going to go grab my wrist straps right now. The next one I am gonna do to add even more mass out of my biceps is single arm dumbbell curls. Remember, we're on NPP, we're on nandrolone phenylpropionate.
We're on Gear, so we got to take advantage of the strength that I'm going to get out of NPP. Here we go, bicep curls boys. Now the next exercise I'm going to do is hammer curls.
As anybody know, this is part of the bread and butter as well when it comes to your biceps, because everything else is more like a peak for my bicep, but the rest of it.
When it comes to hammer curls, is to elongate the bicep to make sure it looks full of my entire arm, and not just doing the peak.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

And one of the best ones to do that would be incline dumbbell curls, because this one, it takes a full range of motion, I can't cheat on it by using swinging motions or anything like that. It's straight up painful, but we got to do it. So here we go.
That right there is my entire biceps workout while I'm on NPP. Everything that I do when it comes to my workouts there, when I'm on a bulking cycle, I got to take advantage of the huge amount of strength I'm gonna get out of it. On top of that, everything has to be heavy, way heavier than my cutting cycles.
