I want to explain to Matt why a Dbol only, Anavar only, Turinabol only or Winstrol tab only cycle is just a terrible idea.Let me tell you a story about Matt. This guy, I coached him, I started coaching him about three, three and a half months ago, roughly give or take. Now, interestingly enough, he had the same question like a lot of you guys out there.

This is probably the most questions that I get in terms of the emails that I received on a day to day basis, which is this.

Matt came in, he was all excited, he's ready to do the goals that he wanted to accomplish, for the cycles, whatever he needed. First question, hey, Kai, I'm ready to go, let's do this, can I do a DBol only cycle? It's like, wow wow, I thought you told me you knew what you're doing.

For you to ask me that, clearly, we need to go back more to the fundamentals. And I had to explain to him why an oral only cycle, because it doesn't have to be DBol either, right... Giving you shout out Matt, I don't mean to call you out, but everyone is gonna learn from you, which is always a good thing.

But anyways, I had to explain to him why doing an oral only cycle is not only a waste of a time, it is also extremely dangerous for him to do.

Let's take example of what he's trying to do. I understand why he wanted to do a DBol only cycle, I totally get that. I get the desires of not wanting to pin. A lot of guys out there are afraid to literally fix their depression, fix their erectile dysfunction, only because they're afraid to pin.

That is the very first step that we actually need to go over. Because if we don't get over that, we're never going to fix our low testosterone problem, let alone going into a nice Gear cycle to accomplish the goals that you and I are trying to accomplish.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So with him, he wanted to do a lean bulking cycle, and he thought he could achieve, even though his first rebuttal is I don't care if it takes me forever, I don't I don't mind doing a DBol only cycle if it takes me a very long time.

I am like Matt, it's not about taking our time. Dude, I do the safety protocols as a priority. It's not about taking our time with it. It's more about the safety behind doing a DBol only cycle, I had explained to him, look, the half life of DBol is extremely short, and letting him know that if we take oral only cycles, our hormonal levels are going to be fluctuating so much that it is dangerous. Why?

Because he's gonna be feeling up and down like crazy all day, every single day. He's gonna feel the highs on DBol, but then at the same time he's going to get the crashed feeling because it's not in his system anymore. That's where the consistency of Test needs to be in his system.

Let alone, I'm not going to dive into how dangerous it is to do DBol only because of all that stuff going through his liver, going through his kidney. It's a necessity for me, it's a necessity for Matt just to pin.

I would rather do extreme high dosages, extreme high measurements of Test, rather than doing a DBol only cycle, because here's the thing - even if I were to do that type of cycle, even myself, and I know what I'm doing, I'm not going to get anything out of it.

My livers gonna be shot, my kidneys are gonna be crying and then at the end of the day, I'm not gonna get or keep any of the results.

Now, within the first couple of weeks can I see some gains? Absolutely, it's DBol, oh my God, it's freaking amazing. But two weeks after I'm done taking all my tabs, completely gone. It's not going to be there for me to keep, it's never going to be there for me to stay.

And then the depression will set in, the ED will set in, all the bad stuff will come in and start setting in, let alone getting any of the gains out of it. So after I finally explained to him and educated Matt on all this stuff, he finally completely changed his mindset, he was like you know what, could I just do Test then?

Do I have to do an oral? No, no, I told him I would rather you do that man, I would rather have Matt do Test only because it's a lot safer, it's easier to maintain, he doesn't have to go through the hormonal fluctuation that he would have to go through, which can induce acne, emotional instability, depression, all that bad stuff.

Three months later, he looked good, he looked jacked, no problems whatsoever. So I get the whole desire of wanting to do an oral only cycle, so we think it's safer. .It's actually not. And then he got to do DBol after that, with his Test, because he actually did the right thing by following it up by using Test E or Test Cypt with it.

I can't remember which one you wanted to do, but either way, by combining the two then he got his desired result. So pretty much to sum it up, a DBol only cycle is just as bad as going to this GNC store right behind me. Don't do it. Bad idea. I know as men we probably think that our current situation is different, it's like maybe I can take Anavar only.
