Really, about all that water, all the extra food for extra wind, I guess, that's all I'm getting, that's all I'm getting. I'm not even getting rain. I'm just getting a whole bunch of wind, that's it.
Now for some of us, we don't have access to Cabergoline. Completely understandable for some of us, we don't really have access to that. The other part of this as well, it is kind of hard to get. So first off, let me start off with this, it's awesome, don't get me wrong. It does his job. It makes sure that my prolactin levels does not spike up.
Which causes Gyno like symptoms. Now, I could dive more deeper into this, but I am just going to give a quick summary of this. The difference between estrogen and prolactin is that estrogen is caused more by testosterone and prolactin levels is caused more by 19 nors. We need to keep our prolactin levels controlled, just like how we do with estrogen levels.
Now, we can't just use Anastrozole or Aromasin, or Letrozole or Novadex, to control our prolactin levels, because it doesn't work that way. We have to use a different compound to keep our prolactin levels low. So that's where P5P comes into play. It's easy to get, I could literally grab it on Amazon, it's really inexpensive as well. And I could pop it all day every day to make sure my prolactin levels does not spike.
Now the one thing that not a lot of people talk about are the drawbacks of P5P and how to go around it. Most people out there who are - they're not even initiated, they just read the Wikipedia page and oh, look, this is what it does, so this is what you use it for. But they don't really know the field report, the actual field experience of actually using some of these compounds.
So this is where I'm going to give you a good insight of what P5P is, and at same time how to go around the drawbacks. P5P is there to control our prolactin levels, ok. The slight difference between raised estrogen levels and raised prolactin levels, by the way, with the raised estrogen levels we will get puffy, Gyno like symptoms, right?
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

So that's why we have to have some kind of prolactin level controlling when it comes to being on a 19 nor, P5P or Cabergoline. Now back to the subject at hand. It works amazing. It does his job, as long as I take it on a day to day basis.
Now majority of us though, that not a lot of people know about P5P can cause sickness, nausea, feeling like you're kind of motion sickness as well. I've taken high dosages of P5P before, and I rarely get this but I do get it once in a while where I feel sick, I feel like I'm not oriented to where I am. For some reason it just feels weird.
The way I go about this is I take it right before I go to bed, that is the best way to take it. There was one guy I was talking to and he didn't know what was wrong. He thought that it was the Gear, because that's most people's mentality, right?
They've never done Gear before, they're quick to blame the Gear, it's the Gear's fault, it was the testosterone, which is understandable. Now, when he was describing his symptoms, he was like, I feel disoriented, I felt seasick, I felt like I couldn't gain my grounds and I was eating during lunch time and I felt dizzy. I am like cool, what are you taking?
That's the suspect right there, the P5P was causing him to feel a lot more sick then normal. I felt that way, but not to that extreme degree. Everybody reacts in different degrees in terms of the type of compounds, but for some of us here, this guy reacted pretty much to the extreme point, where he felt puking, he felt nauseous, he felt sick.
So the best way to go around about that, because it does make you feel sleepy too for some guys, it's just to take it right before you go to bed. And this is if we have no other choice but to take P5P.
Now, in terms of my level of importance, obviously the best thing for anti-prolactin would be Caber. Right next to that if we cannot have access to Caber, it would be P5P. And the very last one, I mean, somebody would have to literally force me to take it, it's pramipexole.
Because that thing got me feeling so depressed - dude, I felt like jumping off a cliff, literally when I took that stuff. I was so depressed, I felt terrible. It was like literally depression on a pill. That's the reason why if I have to take it, I would have to be lactating out of my nipples, pretty much to the point to where it was desperation.
But anyways P5P, that's how I would take it. Even if we're not prone to feeling motion sickness, feeling, you know, weird depressive type of state. Just to guarantee we're having a good time the entire time, I would take it right before I go to bed. No harm done, right? Because when I'm sleeping, I'm not going to feel any of that.
I'm not going to be opening up my eyes, feeling motion sickness or anything like that. So the best way I'll take P5P is right before I go to bed. There's no timing necessary. I can take it in the afternoon, I can take my dosages in the morning, but to guarantee no type of sickness for P5P, that majority of us won't feel, is right before going to bed.
So if anybody is suffering out there right now and they can't figure out why, the main suspect is the P5P, which we need, don't get me wrong, we have to keep taking it to control our prolactin levels. But the best way to take it is right before you go to bed. Boom, done, nice, easy to go. Kai here, Formula Secrets here, out. Take care.
