There's a reason why I only do incline movements, because from my perspective, I'm not trying to make my chest look saggy. From my perspective, there's no reason why I need to build up the mid part of my chest or even the lower part. I only build this up here.
So it gives us that illusion to where our chest is up the entire time. It doesn't give us that saggy boobs, saggy tits type of look. So this is all of the incline movies that I do during chest day. First set of movements, incline bench press. When it comes to my bench pressing technique.
By the way, I know you wanted me to do the suicide grip, just know, I do not do that at the heavier weights. I only do for warm ups. For beginners, I do not recommend to do the suicide grip, because a lot of bad stuff can happen, the bar could roll off.
Just know that I've been using it for a very long time, I'm also on Gear, and on top of that, I only do it for the light weights.Just remember though, anytime I do in between sets, especially when I'm working out, it doesn't matter if it's chest or arms or legs, I'm going to constantly stretched in between the set.
And here is the reason why, I just took my Anavar this morning, on top of my Proviron, I also pin as well. Now, anytime I'm taking that much Gear, the blood pump going through my chest is absolutely going to be ridiculous.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Remember, I'm not going to do any type of flat or decline movements because I want to make sure my chest is constantly going to be perky. That is the only way I could put it.
Let's do another set. Here we go. Next movement now is going to be my single arm incline dumbbell press. And when it comes to the last one, I always leave this for last, just to make sure all of the muscles are fatigue, is my incline dumbbell press. Yup.
And that right there is my incline movements that I do to make sure my chest stays up, it doesn't get saggy and that's the reason why I don't do any type of flat or decline movements for chest.
