When it comes to being new within this lifestyle, either even cruising or TRT in the first place, certain things are just going to come. For example, virgin muscle PIP, simply because our muscles are just getting used to the compounds that I'm going to be taking. So what I'm going to talk to you about today is how to relief those new virgin muscles from pinning. What's going on brother?
You click on that link, it takes you to a website, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my proton mail. So the very first time I were to pin, right now, I'm going to experience virgin muscle PIP, meaning just a new muscle PIP. It's not because the Gear is bad, it has nothing to do with the concentration of it or anything like that.
It's because I'm pinning something into my muscle that's super new to my body, so of course, I'm going to get some kind of discomfort. Real PIP by the way, is to where I won't be able to use that certain muscle for a good bit, I'm talking about two to three days. That's what real PIP is. So we can't get confused by new muscle PIP compared to real actual PIP from, you know, terrible Gear, from premades or anything like that.
So virgin muscle PIP is to where my muscle is new to that certain compound. Now, certain things though, we have to tolerate. But if I am getting really bad virgin muscle PIP, there are things that I can do about it right now, certain procedures that I want to do, just to avoid that really weird, awkward, but somewhat terrible pain. And remember, I'm only going to do this if the pain is that intolerable.
I'm not talking about well, I feel kind of something, ok, let me do this procedure now, right? I'm only going to use this procedure specifically if I literally cannot tolerate the new muscle PIP. So for example, if I were to pin, say, on my chest... No, you won't pin on your chest if it is your first time. Alright, let's take a common pin spot, my deltoid for example. If I were to pin here, I get new muscle PIP, from a TRT place that I'm getting.
The first thing I'm going to do before I were to pin, it was I would heat up my syringe by using hairdryer. Warming up that oil to where I'm going to try to match it with the temperature of my body, relief so much pain out of it. It's amazing how just simple heat from a hairdryer, not from water, I have seen some idiots do that before on other YouTube channels, I would never actually do that.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Fish oil has a lot of good anti-inflammatory properties. So if I were to use fish oil, I would say about 5000 to 6000 milligrams out of it, oh my God, the relief I get is pretty phenomenal just from fish oil alone. And I already take fish oil by the end of day to day basis, at least 2000 milligrams every single day. But if I were to get that new muscle PIP, I'm going to slap at least six to seven pills into my body, and it gives me a good anti-inflammatory effects.
It's freaking awesome. Now, this last one, I'm only going to reserve this if I truly badly need it. I am not talking about I feel something, it kind of hurts a little bit. No. If I were to experience a certain type of PIP, I know it's like, oh my God, I can't sleep at night, it's terrible, it's lasting for the next two days or so, I can't even move.
Say if I were to pin my deltoid I can't move my arm, it's that bad of a new muscle PIP, then I'm going to use Ibuprofen or Tylenol, any one of those things would actually work a good amount of it. Now, for the amount, it's completely user dependent.
But from my point of view, I would just take a few milligrams here and there, just to make sure. The sweet spot for everybody is completely different, so I can't tell a certain individual what that person should be taking. So from my perspective, I take about two to three tabs of ibuprofen. boom, done, ready to go.
The only reason why I wouldn't use this every single time is because I feel weird on it, the very next day I still feel that muscle relaxing anti inflammatory feeling all throughout the next day. I'm only going to use that if I were to, say I pin too much of it in one spot, or it's just really bad and I'm experiencing a good amount of PIP to where I can't go to sleep at night, that I'm definitely to use Ibuprofen. But that's my method right there.
Hairdryer, omega fish oil, and then of course if I really badly need to, then I'm going to pop some Ibuprofen or some Tylenol just to get rid of that pain.
