You and I, we're going to be eating a lot, right, bulking diet, cutting diet, whatever it may be, we're going to be eating a lot of food throughout the day, 7, 8, 9 meals a day.

Now, I know for the most part, everybody here is getting a deep tissue massage, especially for the fact that we need to recover a lot faster, injury prevention and on top of that as well we are growing so rapidly.

Seriously, not only that I want you to massage your jaw line at least once a day. 

The next time you go and go ahead and get yourself a deep tissue massage, I also want you to ask them not to just work on your back, your shoulders, your chest, your quads, I also want you to remind them to massage this area as well. 

Because again, it is a muscle and muscle that needs to be released with all the tightness. So we have to make sure, because they're not going to know, most people that they treat, they're not on Gear, most people that they treat, they are just on some kind of luxury massage. 

What you and I are trying to do is something different, we are more in the performance side, I want you to treat yourself as an athlete. This is part of our daily use, our jaw line. This needs to be massaged, I'm talking about grab your knuckle and dig in there. If you need to buy a tool, like a wooden piece of tool to massage that as well, do so.

And on top of that when you go ahead and go get your deep tissue massage, go and ask them to do that as well, because again, it's not part of their routine.

Anytime you go and get a deep tissue massage, you have to be a lot more demanding than most people, because most people aren't athletes, most people don't lift, most people barely have a workout, mediocre average life.

We're on steroids boys, we try to treat ourselves a lot better than most people do. So we have to do our due diligence to make sure not just for performance, but for maintenance. This right here is part of the maintenance, this right here we have to massage our way out.

This right here is we got to make sure if this is compromised, how are you gonna eat five meals in a day, 6, 7, 8 meals a day? We can't, it's impossible, unless you're going to be having, I don't know, broccoli and cheddar soup all day. You know what I mean?

Just make sure you are aware of this, because not a lot of people are, not a lot of people are. It's still a muscle, it's still a muscle that we need to stretch, it's still a muscle we need to massage, it's still a muscle we need to relieve the tension up.

Whatever you need to do, make this part of your routine, both sides, before you got to sleep, you starting your day, whatever it may be, make sure you add this into your routine, into your regimen to make sure we don't suffer from TMJ or develop that type of symptoms. 

So again, be demanding when you go in, because you're paying what, $60, $70 every single time to go get a massage, get the most of it. Get everything out of it, do everything you can to make sure that you're also repairing yourself as well.

Because again, steak isn't easy to chew. All the food you eat isn't easy to chew. So make sure you do everything you can to guarantee injury prevention. That's part of it as well, make this part of your routine, make sure and be aware of it as well.
