So really good basic fundamental question came in the other day, and I have to share it with you guys. So this guy asked, do I still need to bulk if I'm on Gear? Like why do I still need to bulk if:
What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me by the way, the best way to reach me is the link to my email, and you can easily find that link right in the description. You click on that link, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my proton mail.
When it comes to that good fundamental basic question, I do want to answer it with you. So when it comes to that type of mentality, of course I absolutely understand it. I would think, you know, if I'm going to be on test and DBol, why do I need to bulk up? Why can't I just do a cutting diet and actually be on Gear because I'm going to blow up anyway?
That's not how Gear works, right? Gear is absolutely important, when it comes to me reaching a certain physique, I have to take Gear in order for me to actually get the physique that I want in a very fast manner. Now, when it comes to basic physics, though, it still applies, right? That energy needs to come from somewhere, it can't just be out of nowhere, I can't just take Gear and not eat, or I can't just take Gear and somehow magically get enough energy for me to blow up.
Something has to come from somewhere. So when it comes to that, even if I'm on high amounts of tests, high amounts of insulin, NPP, Deca, it doesn't matter, my body needs to be able to feed on something. It can't just be somehow me eating a regular food diet, be in the maintenance and magically I'm going to start blowing up. It doesn't work that way.
I wish, I wish that was the case, but in terms of Gear it is very powerful, but it also needs energy. When I say energy, by the way, I mean food, food needs to be there, I still need to eat up my macros, I still need to be able to do that. Now when it comes to actually gaining amount of mass, I still have to bulk up as well.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Now, where Gear comes in, what makes it easy is the fact that it will make my metabolism a lot more efficient. I'm actually gonna be able to absorb all that food that I'm eating, or at least the majority of it, compared to say a nattie or a normie, they're not able to do that. But still the same principle goes, even if I'm on high amounts of whatever, high amounts of testosterone even, I still need to bulk up.
I still need to be at least on a plus 500 calories on a day to day basis. More importantly, I need to hit my macros of my protein to be at least 200 plus grams every single day. Like I can't cheat physics, there's just no way in order for me to grow, be on a deficit, it doesn't work that way, Gear needs something to help it out.
So that's why I'm going to take advantage of it as well because the good thing about Gear, it helps my metabolism, meaning that I'm going to be a lot more hungry than normal, I'm going to be wanting more food and more importantly, the moment I'm done eating, an hour and a half later, two hours later, and some of you guys who are already initiated, you guys feel this as well, I'm going to be starving.
I'm going to want to eat, especially after a workout. Half of the reason why I am, sometimes I cut my workout short is because I am just starving, I need to eat some kind of foods, some kind of nutrients in order for me to just stay awake. Like when I'm done, I'm exhausted, I feel tired, I feel a little bit cranky sometimes. And then when I eat, it's like ok, cool. I feel a whole lot better now.
So in order for me to actually gain some kind of weight, even if it's a small amount, like say, I just want to recap a little bit, I still need to eat food, I still need to be there for the calories that I need to hit. And that goes for any type of either lean bulking or bulking. Obviously, the more food I eat, the more I'm going to gain. I also have to find balance too, like I can't just eat whatever I want in a big amount of surplus.
Or else I'm going to get some extra body fat that I'm not going to want, no matter how powerful the Gear is, unless of course I'm on Tren and DNP and ephedra, then that's a little different. But I'm just talking about straight safety type of introductory type of cycles, I still need to be on some kind of surplus or a bulking diet in order for me to get some kind of gains. It can't happen from nowhere.
Like the calories or the energy doesn't come from testosterone. It comes from the food that I'm actually eating. So when it comes to this stuff, I hope this really clears it up, even though I know for sure somebody else is gonna ask this question again a week later. I just hope you find this video to be helpful.
And this one's going to be shared to other people who are thinking, do I need to bulk while I'm on gear? Do I need to be on a surplus while I'm on Gear? And the answer to that is yes, I absolutely do. Anyways, my email is right in the description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
