What's going on boys? Kai here from Formula Secrets and I am finally back stateside. If you're completely brand new to my channel, this is the channel, the only channel that's going to show you everything about gear guys, how to use it, how to use it properly, how to be safe with it, the homebrew part and most of all guys, how to do it for your own personal goals.
When it comes to this stuff guys, one of the main things that you need to add to your arsenal of Gear to make sure that you have your striking game, your grappling game, your wrestling game and your endurance is testosterone. That it's one of the main things that you need to have, that is your main foundation in your steroids cycle, especially for mixed martial arts.
Why do we use testosterone? Mainly because for recovery, muscle growth and at the same time guys it also adds endurance. So when it comes to this stuff right here, I want you guys to start taking testosterone long ester, so you could use sustanon, enanthate, cypionate, any one of those would be perfectly fine in terms of making sure that the testosterone is completely flowing into your system.
Who are the guys that are using testosterone right now, and it's absolutely proved guaranteed because they got popped for it, because they don't know how to work around the system? Anderson Silva, Alistair Overeem, Brock Lesnar, all those guys and John Jones himself, all those guys have testosterone flowing in their system guys.
Do not get stuck in the whole Disneyland mindset things that professional sports is natural. Make sure that you're actually within the know. The reason why, I'm just a little bit touching this stuff guys, the reason why some of these guys are popping for Gear and they don't know how to go over the system is because they're just completely brand new as well guys.
You have to think UFC, mixed martial arts, they are completely brand new to steroids, right? As compared to say, the Olympic sports, where everybody's on Gear, they know how to use it. Right now guys, they're still in the amateur stages of learning how to use Gear. Take, for example, John Jones, the reason why he got popped for TBol, because he didn't know how to make it, he didn't have the proper coach.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Now to get back to what we're gonna be talking about today, is the cycles you can do as an amateur who is trying to get up into the whole thing of mixed martial arts, as you trying to actually get better from it. So one of the main things that you need to take is testosterone. It doesn't matter what it is, but I would suggest the long esters, so you're not pinning yourself on a daily basis.
So testosterone sustanon, or cypionate or enanthate, any one of those, I would measure that at 500 milligrams per week. The next one would be one of the biggest, if not the most necessity thing that you need to add to your arsenal, which is Equipoise or EQ. Why? Because here's the thing about testosterone, it's definitely going to give you the power that you're looking for, absolutely, it's going to make you guys knock them out.
It's going to make sure that you're able to slam them, and make sure that you have the power. Now, the thing about endurance sports like say mixed martial arts is your endurance itself. One of the only, only steroid compound that you could actually use to up your endurance game is Equipoise guys, Imagine being able to run miles at a time, sprint, grapple without getting tired guys.
Imagine rolling with somebody in jujitsu or grappling itself while you are doing your striking at the same time, right, because we know how exhausting it is, right? I was training with a school that I'm not going to mention for a very long time when it comes to mixed martial arts. I loved it. But one of the things, it doesn't matter how much power you have, if you gas out, that is it. It doesn't matter if you can knock out somebody.
When you gas out, you can't even think. The only thing you're doing is gasping for air. So when it comes to your steroid compound on top of your testosterone, definitely, definitely add EQ to your arsenal. I would measure that between 6 to 700 milligrams per week of EQ into your system. That takes a little bit of a while for it to build up into your system, but once it's in there guys.
Imagine rolling, doing jujitsu, grappling, striking for a long periods of time without gassing out. Three minute rounds, no problem, five minute rounds, no problem. That's how these guys are doing it. Now on top of your testosterone, Equipoise, one of the best thing you can do especially when it comes to endurance sports like these, and at the same time, pretty much physically taxing type of sport is your recovery.
And the best thing to use that for is hands down growth hormone. There is nothing else like it guys. Imagine waking up, going a hard day, right, striking you are getting pummeled left and right, even though you're respecting your grappling partner or your sparring partner, you are still going to get bruised up, you're still going to be exhausted, and you completely are going to destroy your entire systems muscle tissue.
When it comes to that, one of the best thing you can do for recovery is growth hormone guys. I don't care if it's IGF1, I don't care if it's growth hormone, I don't care if it's the most generic one. Once you have growth hormone into your system, I would measure that about between four to six IUs on a daily basis, which does get a little bit taxing guys, but remember, what we're trying to do here is we're trying to elevate your striking game.
Your grappling game, your wrestling game and your endurance on top of that. So when it comes to this stuff, yeah, testosterone is absolutely going to make sure that you're not sore. But the difference between testosterone and HGH when it comes to the recovery part, HGH is going to completely heal you to the point where you have like Wolverine like powers guys. Imagine being able to go full hard three times a day.
Say you have your grappling session in the morning, your striking section in the afternoon, and then your wrestling session later on that night, and the next day you're able to do it again, because not only that you're recovering quickly from the testosterone, you also have your growth hormone on top of that. So imagine combining testosterone, growth hormone and EQ, for your endurance, you're going to be able to fight exactly like these guys, right?
So do not think that you can go on by hopes and dreams and your Disneyland mindset of trying to do exactly what these guys are doing. Look, here's the thing, here's the bottom line of it. If you want to fight like Brock Lesnar, John Jones, Alistair Overeem, Anderson Silva, back then before they got all popped for it, because they don't know what they're doing at the moment, or they don't know how to hire the right coaches guys.
They were amazing at it, they're able to produce so much power to knock somebody out, at the same time, go full five rounds, because that is exhausting. So when you jump on this stuff right here, that's when you able to fight like these guys.
So that is my recommendation for you guys when it comes to your mixed martial arts steroids cycle, testosterone, growth hormone and EQ. And of course guys just to make sure your estrogen is not elevated, absolutely jump on some kind of anti estrogen. My recommendation is Anastrozole, I would take that into about 0.5 milligrams per week, just once a week because at the same time guys.
When you are taking anti estrogen, if you go way overboard over that, like some guys do, just for the sake of safety, when you take too much anti estrogen, you are going to shut down your own body's estrogen, which actually helps you grow muscle as well. Some guys have already experienced it. You take too much anti estrogen, you're not growing.
Yeah, sure, you're going to stay shredded, but at the same time, you are just going to look flat, deflated, no endurance, no type of power because you have shut down your estrogen. Guys, I want you to think, estrogen is not your enemy. Yeah, you need to control this so you're not getting Gyno, yeah, you need to control it so you're not getting bloated, but at the same time.
Don't shut down your estrogen guys, don't have that paranoid thinking, oh my God, I'm gonna get Gyno any day now, so I need to do a milligram of Anastrozole on a daily basis. You are going to shut down your estrogen levels. So I would take it in terms of just looking at the mirror, seeing how you are feeling. If you're getting overly emotional, if you're getting a little too bloated and your nipples are starting to get sore, fix it by doing anti estrogen, but in a controlled manner.
Don't just go ok, I'm feeling a little bit bloated, I'm a little bit more emotional than normal, and you start taking it every single day. No, guys, do it one step at a time guys, start off with 0.5 milligrams of Anastrozole per week. If that doesn't do it, then do it twice a week. There's no need for you guys to do it on a daily basis. So when it comes to this category right here, when it comes to the steroids in sports for mixed martial arts, again, testosterone, growth hormone EQ, and your anti estrogen.
Now for the guys who really want to take it to the next level, here's the biggest one. This is gonna be a little harder stuff to get, it's exactly what John Jones was taking, he got popped for TBol. But that's not exactly what he was taking. Again, the reason why he got popped for it is because one, either his coach did not know what he's doing, two, in terms of this stuff, guys, he probably didn't homebrew it as well.
That's the reason why he got popper for TBol. That is one of the things that nobody wants to take when you are doing mixed martial arts. Why? Because the only thing that's really main for the function of TBol is for power movements, guys. If you're an Olympic weightlifter, if you're a power lifter, yeah, absolutely. But does that help with mixed martial arts and endurance? No.
What he was trying to take is exactly this, he was trying to take Mibolerone, not TBol. Now, when it comes to this stuff, what Mibolerone does is focus and aggression. So imagine being able to stay focused for a long period of time, and at the same time guys, the aggression, so imagine not being tired as well. Because when you're that aggressive for that long period of time, your endurance, you feeling tired, you're not going to feel that, you're going to be focusing more on trying to destroy your opponent.
And the best thing about Mibolerone again, that I've mentioned earlier before guys, the half life of that is two hours. So I want you guys to start getting more familiar on this kind of stuff. Now I'm going to cover it on the next topic when it comes to how to bypass these tests that the UFC is doing, or if you are in some sport that if they are trying to check on you for making sure that you're not anything, if these guys are able to get away with it.
If the Olympic weightlifting guys or just Olympic sports overall, if they're able to get away with it, I promise you so can you. I'm going to show you that on a later video. But for now, what we're going to be talking about or what I'm talking about right now is exactly what you need to take. So again, testosterone, growth hormone, EQ and if you can absolutely get your hands on it, Mibolerone.
That right there, that combination, you are going to destroy anybody that's in front of you. I don't care if it's a grappling tournament, a wrestling tournament or a straight up MMA guys, you are going to be amazing at your craft. Especially when you have the power, the endurance and the recovery. If you want to fight at least two or three times per month with this stack, you can absolutely do it.
