I don't want to go in eight cycles later and then my coach would ask me ok, so what's your sweet spot for this cycle for my AI? What? I didn't want to do it, because to me man, that's embarrassing, I don't want to waste his time either.
And there was no way I'll be able to know that if are too busy on oh man, what would happen if I were to add insulin? What would happen if I added Anavar? What would happen if, you know what, what would happen if I were to switch esters towards the end?
And that would be my only second cycle. What's going on brother? My name is Kai and if you are new to my channel hit that subscribe button because I guarantee that you are going to get my videos on a day to day basis.
The thing that I did to really cut my learning curve when it comes to learning this entire lifestyle of Gear, because I mean, look, this thing is confusing, this entire thing, there's so much information. And to be fair, I did have my mentor for sure, yes, but the other thing that I personally did is this - when it comes to every single cycle that I did, right, I didn't overwhelm myself.
I didn't try to do everything all at once, meaning this - I concentrated on one goal at a time. Now this may sound ridiculous to some of you guys, but when it comes to me learning a subject, me learning a new hobby, me learning into getting into a new sport, whatever it may be, the best way for me to learn personally, is by concentrating on one thing at a time. n top of my opponent. That's it.
Take for example, Jujitsu, ok, this is the best way I can describe it. When I went into Jujitsu, the only thing I really tried to learn, honestly was the basics, my top game, that's it, I only concentrating on whatever I could do while I'm o
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Two, three months after that, I started learning whatever I could on the bottom game, I started learning about half guard, I started learning about how to sweep from half guard, I started learning about lockdown, I started learning about rubber guard, whatever I can do, just from that. You know why I did that?
So I don't have to take steps back. I don't need to relearn about what my half guard should look like or what I should do in order to sweep to get more points at a tournament. What I need to do when a guy has me in side control and how to escape that. I did that one goal at a time and I drilled it over and over again. And that is exactly what I did when it comes to this Gear lifestyle.
I wasn't trying to concentrate on getting my abs and then vascularity and then the pump, then I need to see what angle the mirror I'm gonna look good at, or I need to start researching on Tren and insulin and HGH, I did one thing at a time. It was something as ridiculous as this - one of my very first goal, how do I draw the exact amount of oil that I want to be precise with it every single time?
I drilled that, so now I don't have to let me, the light, let me just make sure... I did that over and over again, so that I don't have to relearn that lesson five cycles in. So I really just focused on drawing the oil. That was it. What was my next step after that?
My pin schedule. That's the only thing I wanted to do. I want to make sure that I'm able to do it Monday and Thursday, without deviating from my schedule. Next cycle after that, let me concentrate on how my Test is converting into estrogen, how do I feel if I take this certain amount of AI? How do I feel if I were to bump it up a little bit?
I really hyper focused on that, I wanted to make sure that I'm very familiar with how I react to a certain amount, to a certain amount with my AI as well. That was the best thing that I ever did personally when it comes to learning all this. I don't want to go in eight cycles later and then my coach would ask me ok, so what's your sweet spot for this cycle for my AI? What? I didn't want to do this, because to me man, that's embarrassing.
I don't want to waste his time either. I want to give him a straight up answer ok, because I did my homework on finding out what my sweet spot is for this amount of testosterone that I need for my AI, either my Proviron or my Anasatrozole, I was able to give an answer like that. And there was no way I'll be able to know that I was too busy on oh man, what would happen if I were to add insulin? What would happen if I add an Anavar?
What would happened if - you know what, what would happen if I were to switch esters towards the end? And that would be my only second cycle. How am I able to learn the esters, my sweet spot, the timing, the cramps that I may or may not get? There's so many things I need to learn when it comes to this stuff here, I need to start from square one, learn everything about square one, and then move on. And honestly, that's how I got good with jujitsu.
That's how I cut my learning curve when it comes to striking, because man, that shit was confusing. You know, I didn't want to overwhelm myself by oh shit, do you guys see the flying triangle that that guy did? I'm gonna start learning that now. I have no room to learn anything about flying anything, when I don't know the basics of Gable grip, if I don't know the basics of an ankle pick, if I don't know the basics of sweeping.
You know what I mean? So for me to learn this, it is - don't get me wrong though, ok, I did fall for some of it, because when it comes to this Gear lifestyle, dude, it's exciting man, it really is, like holy crap, I'm gonna get jacked and look good, what else can I do? I get it. But in a sense of learning experience of being a good student, let me do this, let me not get carried away, one thing at a time, one by one, and then towards the end oh crap, I actually do know everything I need to know about testosterone and how I react to it.
So that's the message that I'm trying to get to you man. When it comes to any, and this can be applied for anything. If you're learning about your pistol for the very first time, going to the gun range for the first time... That's what I did too by the way, just to let you know, the very first time I bought my rifle, I wasn't trying to be that like let me concentrate on hitting and really going into the sights.
No, I just wanted to learn how to put the fricking nine millimeter bullets into my clip, because I didn't want to go in there, why is that guy taking forever? Or what most guys do and I've seen a lot guys do this, putting their clip, not locking it properly, and then when they're about to fire down the range, their clip falls off. Do you know how embarrassing that is as a guy?
And I'm sure plenty of guys have done that, but they don't want to admit it either. You know what I mean? So that's the thing that I apply to everything in life, learn one thing at a time, so I don't have to, five years later, three months later oh yeah, that's right, I don't know how to put bullets into my own clip. One thing at a time.
My email, the link to that is right below this video, click on that, name, email, any questions you have for me and get really detailed with it by the way, because I am gonna be answering it. Other than that Kai here, out. Take care.
