Kai here, Formula Secrets, and welcome to another episode of Simplified. This is where you and I talk about certain Gear compounds, to where I keep it interesting, insightful, and completely leave out all the unnecessary bullshit that you and I do not need to talk or even learn about. And in this week's episode of Simplified - DBol edition.
90 pounds top of look, to where they go from that, and because they use DBol in their medical use of it - phenomenal. I have never seen anything like that whatsoever. I mean, could you imagine seeing some guy within three months going from 90 pounds to about 150, 160, 175 pounds.
This is for you, by the way, Cody. So yeah, go from that to that, completely amazing type of chemical compound to where it really does have a real life effect when it comes to the medical use of it. Absolutely amazing.
Now when it comes to DBol though, I'm going to talk to you about my personal experience when it comes to this as well. So this is the way I use DBol every time I'm doing a lean bulk, or overall bulk type of cycle, because again.
When it comes to all the oils I've ever taken, this is by hands down the bread and butter, the bench press of oils when it comes to bulking in general. I am always going to use, I am never going to start any type of bulking cycle from here on out.
Without DBol, mainly because the thing about DBol is this - out of the strength gains, out of the lean aesthetic that I'm going to get or the bulking aesthetics I'm going to get, nothing even compares. I could talk about how Anadrol is amazing.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Because again, now if I was competing in power lifting, if I was doing some kind of strength gains, stuff like that, sure, I might use a different compound. But when it comes to the aesthetics of bulking, hands down, nothing compares, DBol is absolutely amazing.
So let me talk about the good side effects out of Dianabol as well. When it comes to this stuff, the strength gains is there, but in terms of the lean muscle tissue that I'm getting, holy crap, I remember the first video I made about Dianabol.
Where I would gain 20 pounds within about the first two to three weeks. I still stand by that. Yes, oh, what about the water weight? It doesn't matter. I'm still gaining 20 to 25 pounds within the first two to three weeks. So even though some of it could be water weight, majority of it is actually lean muscle tissue.
Bring on the hate, that is my experience when it comes to Dianabol, is absolutely amazing. So somebody could say that it might be water weight, it might be bloat. But again, the lean muscle tissue that I get to keep out of Dianabol is real, it's true and it's there, and I have used it for many years at a time.
And hands down again, the best oral here that I can ever take when it comes to bulking. The other good side of it is the strength gains. Again, I don't really care for that stuff, because I'm doing this for aesthetics. But the strength gain is there. It's one of those things to where, again, I have stopped even recording in my mind of how much weight I should put on.
Because by then I don't know anymore and I even don't care. It's like, ok, how much do I bench press this week? I don't, let me just stop on three plates. How much do I deadlift this week? I don't, I don't know, let me just keep stacking until I actually get tired of dead lifting. Same thing with my overhead presses as well.
It's one of those Gears that it makes my experience fun, because the entire time I'm looking good, I'm gaining gains on a daily basis. And I see the actual effects of it at the gym as well. The pumps by the way, it's one of those things to where... Ok, I want to say it's awesome, but sometimes, some days it gets too much.
I'll be honest with you, that's one of the slight drawbacks when it comes to the pump. I'll get to the drawbacks of it later on, but when it comes to the good and the bad, the pump is amazing, but at the same time, Jesus fucking Christ you guys, I have taken Taurine, I have taken Gatorade, I've taken salt water, I've taken any type of electrolytes.
The pump sometimes just gets way too massive from my point of view. So this is one of those things to where the day so I know for sure I'm going to get a really bad pump because it gets too much, I split my dosages in half, half of it before I workout, half of it after the workout.
But it's one of those things to where I love it for my arm days, I love it for my shoulder days, I love it for my chest days, but when it comes to my back and legs, I can't do it. I can't do it, because the pump is just so much, to where if I do a couple of sets of deadlifts, that's it, I'm done for the day, mainly because the pump is there.
And it's so excruciating, it feels like my skin is just about to peel off of it. And at the same time, once the pump is there, it doesn't go back at all, no matter how long I wait, no matter how much I stretch, no matter, I just sit there like an idiot, it's like, ok, it's been about 15 minutes now, the pump is still there, and it's pulsating the entire time, especially on my lower back.
The same thing with my quads and my glutes and my hamstrings as well. The pump just gets way too much at a point to where it's not enjoyable anymore, except for my biceps, my triceps, my chest, my shoulder, stuff like that.
It does get fun, because it's not to point to where it's excruciating. That's where I love the pump there. Except for again, my lower back and my legs, I can't do it, it just gets way too much.
Now, the bad side effects of DBol, because I have actually seen my blood work to it. If I do not take TUDCA, if I do not take NAC, if I'm not drinking two gallons of water, my liver enzyme levels actually will skyrocket like crazy.
And I do feel a little bit of a pain on my kidneys as well, because again, it's one of those Gear it is actually harsh for my body if I do not stop it at the end of week five, and I'm going to make sure I'm disciplined about that stuff.
And again, the water instinct is the biggest one, right? If I do not have the discipline to drink two gallons of water while I'm on Dianabol, I won't do it, because again, I could take all TUDCA, I could take all the NAC, I could take all the N2Guard, I could take all the liver support that is available right now.
None of that matters, unless of course I am drinking enough water to help me actually take away all that toxicity as well. So I actually need to take water and prioritize that than anything else. That's the reason why the old school bodybuilders back then were drinking and carrying around gallons of jugs of water while they go to the gym.
But now kids treat it like it's a cool thing, look oh, I have my jugs of water, I'm like Arnold to you guys. No, there's a reason why I drink a gallon of water wherever I go, because of that, because it can get harsh and toxic within my liver.
So that's why I have my protocol, no matter what it is, no matter how much fun I'm having, at the end of week five our completely stop my DBol and I will be my oils for the rest of my cycle. That would be it, mainly because again, I'm going to prioritize my health and my safety over the gains.
Because the gains, they are going to come, I don't need to rush on that, I don't need to feel like I need to sprint towards that, because it's going to come regardless. I'm going to make sure my health and my safety protocols take priority, because the gains are going to come anyways.
So let me summarize my entire experience of DBol. It's fun, it's amazing, the pump is good and bad at the same time, it is the only anabolic compound that's orally taken that I will always use when it comes to any of my bulking cycle or even my lean bulking cycle as well.
So I hope that really clears out any questions you have or anybody has when it comes to Dianabol, medical uses of it, my personal use of it as well. And just again, my bread and butter when it comes to any bulking compounds from here on out.
Especially when it comes to the oil stuff. As long as I follow the proper protocols when it comes to using DBol, I am always going to use it as long as I do the proper manners of actually following the protocols when it comes to Dianabol as well.
