Guys, if you apply this right now into your daily life, I am talking about right now, about being decisive, it's going to improve your quality of life overall.

Because here's why. Ok, so let's talk about say your habit of going to a gym for example, right, especially beginners.

When you are still completely brand new to going to the gym, building a habit of that, you are stressing yourself out in terms of should you go to the gym or not, should you just stay home, you're tired. Whatever you are trying to do, guys, I need you to be a lot more decisive about it.

Either if you're going to go to the gym or not, because you're wasting a lot more brainpower and being stressed out about whether if you want to go or not. You want to build a skill, you want to build a habit in terms of being decisive right away. You don't want to take your time being stressed out about it, thinking, oh my gosh, you to go to the gym.

Should I not go to the gym, should I have my cheat meal, should I not have my cheat meal? Whatever decision you are going to make be a lot more quick with it. Why? Because you're just wasting brainpower being stressed out over nothing, mainly because here's the thing - if you're going to go to the gym, you're going to go gym anyways, right?

If you're going to skip out in the gym, you are going to skip out of the gym anyways. You being stressed out about it, it does not help anybody, not even for your own cause, for your own goal. I would rather you guys completely skip out of the gym, not go and not be stressed out about it. Because here's the thing, overall, as people we are going to be looking to improve our lives anyway.

The one thing you can eliminate right now is stress, and at the same time guys, your brain power of being decisive. So if you just make a quick decision right now, either having a pizza, having that burger you're not supposed to have

Whether you're supposed to have it or not, whatever decision you make, just make a quick decision about it and just forget about all that stress. Just decide one way or another. Don't worry about oh my God, I shouldn't be having this.

Guys, have your burger anyways or not. Whichever decision you make, just make a quick decision about it and just keep going about with your day, be a lot more decisive with your life. Now, how does this relate into every other part of your life as well? If you're a lot more decisive with everything you do, everything is going to come a lot easier.

It's like a domino effect guys, hypothetically, say, you saw cute girl down at the grocery store, right? It's sort of like, oh, well, maybe I should approach maybe I shouldn't. Here's the thing. When you build the set, you're not going to be thinking about that anymore. You're going to be quick to decide, either you're going to approach or you don't. You're going to break that habit in terms of being indecisive guys. 

So it's more like a domino effect. The more you work on yourself about being decisive, the easier life will be, either cleaning your room for example, if you don't feel like cleaning your room, make that decision right now and don't do it. If you don't feel like doing your homework or whatever your school stuff that you are trying to do, don't do it. 

Whatever decision you're making, though, be quick about it, be a lot more decisive. It's going to be a lot better for you, for your life or whatever you are trying to do. Now in terms of every other aspects of life guys, this is the answer to everything else. Because I've seen so many people just drag their feet around all day in their daily lives, not making a quick decision.

Should I go out? Should I stay in? Be decisive guys, be quick about it. Another example would be you want to go out with your wife or your girlfriend for a restaurant, right? That right there guys, being decisive, completely eliminate the whole decision of babe where do you want to go? Should we go here? Should we have tacos? 

Should we go have steaks? Should we have this? Should we have that? Nothing will make you more attractive when you are that quick to make a decision. And then if she doesn't like it, then she will tell you, it's like, alright, I want to go get steak right now, done easy, it makes it a lot easier for her to make a decision if she wants to or not.

But that puts you in a power position, that puts you to the place to where you are the decision maker. So if she really wants to object, then let her object and then change your mind later when you're on the way. But at least you guys have a pathway to go off of, at least you have a direction to go off of, at least you have the ability to again, be decisive guy.

So whatever you are trying to do in life right now, be a lot more quick with your decisions. Do not lay around and drag your feet about whatever you're trying to do, either if you want to do something or you don't. The whole thing about procrastination does not exist if you are being decisive. Hypothetically say you're supposed to wake up at five o'clock in the morning, so you could go to work on time, or say you could go to school on time. 

If you want to hit the snooze button, do it with conviction, do it with intention, you know you feel like if you really need to hit that snooze button, you know you need that rest, you know that you just cannot function if you don't have the extra hour of sleep. So be decisive on that as well. Apply that right now. You could start doing that today and make your life a whole lot easier if you do.
