So I'm going to tell you why I use fish oil as part of my essential supplements when I'm doing anabolic Gear. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email. And you can easily find that in description, you click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email.

Any questions you have for me, and make sure it's descriptive, because it is gonna go directly to my proton mail.

So when it goes to fish oil, for the most part, the only thing we hear about are the soccer mom reasons of why we should take fish oil. Oh, it's good for eye health, it is good for fetal development, it is good for schizophrenia. I mean, that's all nice, don't get me wrong, but as the guy who's into lifting, bodybuilding and doing this type of lifestyle, I don't really care about that. Am I going to care about that in the future?

Sure. But at the moment, I don't really care about that, that doesn't really affect me at all. Why would I care about eye health or fetal development? I mean, I guess in the future, but right now, how does that help me when it comes to my bench-press, when it comes to me doing test and Anavar, when it comes to me doing pinning, when it comes to me trying to do a deadlift, right? I mean come on, how does that help me?

So I'm going to tell you why I actually take fish oil, when it comes to doing this type of lifestyle. And by the way, this is exactly what I take now, because I made my own omega fish oil. Boom, let's get this thing going boys. You can easily grab this by the way on the link below, I'm sure Tyler put some link down there.

I'm not sure, but I'm sure it's right down there. So one of the main reasons why I take fish oil, because hypothetically if I'm on a cutting cycle, say I'm taking test, Tren, a good amount of Turinabol or some kind of cutting cycle, even Superdrol, when it comes to doing a cutting cycle, one of the slight, you know.

Speed bumps that I go through, is when I'm cutting down and pulling down everything, less water retention, my skin tends to dry out. That's where omega 369 comes in boys, that's when fish oil comes in. It keeps my skin looking healthy, I don't look dry, I don't look all that weird stuff that I don't want.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Because not only that I want my body to look healthy, I want my skin to look healthy as well. What's the point of looking good if my skin just looks disgusting and gross and dry or anything like that?

One of the best ways to keep my skin looking healthy is by taking fish oil, because anytime I've done a cutting cycle before and I didn't really do my fish oil regimen with it, it tends to dry out, my hands look dry, it looks cracky, I get to the point to where some parts of my skin and my fingers, especially right here my calluses, it will crack, I will start to bleed like crazy. It's gross, right?

But add fish oil in it, boom, done, nice and easy. Another one is this one, the inflammation. You're thinking ok, how has that help with the whole bodybuilding thing and pinning thing? Cool. So anytime I do fish oil it helps out a lot when it comes to PIP, specifically when I'm taking a huge amount of oil, really advanced compounds, like DHV, fish oil comes in to where it helps with the inflammation, which causes all the PIP.

A big amount of inflammation is going to cause a big amount of PIP, so that way I'm able to pin a good amount of DHV, a high amount of Tren to where I'm not getting any PIP at all, because of the fish oil. It's freakin awesome. And one of the things about cutting cycle too man, anytime I do a cutting cycle.

It does dry up my joints a little bit, not to point to where it's excruciating to where I need Deca or anything like that, but a good amount of fish oil does plenty for me when it comes to keeping my joint lubrication, I don't get tendinitis, I don't get anything like that. And then on top of that too, because I am prone to a little bit of high blood pressure because I'm doing a huge amount of cycle, that's where fish oil comes in as well.

It helps me lower my blood pressure. Now from time to time I do need to donate blood, but doing fish oil on top of it gives me a peace of mind knowing is going to keep my blood pressure down. It's freaking awesome. So that's what it applies to, because look, the soccer mom benefits out of fish oil, that's awesome, I don't care for it. Why? Because that's not my lifestyle, I am not a soccer mom, you know, no offense to soccer moms.

Sure, when I'm like 90 years old I'm going to care about all that stuff. Dude, the skin care about it, the joint lubrication, the blood pressure, the inflammation, that's the main reason why I take fish oil right now when it comes to any cycle that I do.

So brother, you could grab your omega fish oil right now, the link for this fish oil is right in the description. Go ahead and grab that right now.  Any questions for me by the way, my email is in the link down there as well. Kai here, out. Take care.
