We all know a lot of guys out there who suffer from erectile dysfunction, simply because they have low testosterone. That is literally one of the main symptoms of low T, we have erectile dysfunction. Now, there is a secondary reason though, that somebody could have really good test levels, and they still suffer from erectile dysfunction or slight erectile dysfunction.

So when it comes to some of the guys that I'm training right now, they are doing their first blast cycles ever, they're doing good, they're feeling good, they're looking amazing, they're getting gains.

And they've escaped the whole low testosterone syndrome, right? No more low T, they're sitting between, because they're blasting, they're sitting between 1500 to 1900 total testosterone. Freaking amazing, and I love them, that's really good. Especially even for their very first cycle. Amazing. Now a couple of weeks into their cycle, it reveals a lot though.


But again, they're new to it, it's completely understandable, some of my guys that are training right now, they're experiencing erectile dysfunction. They give me their hormonal panel, and everything looks good, total testosterone sky high, estrogen level looks good, prolactin levels nice and steady, no issues at all when it comes to the hormonal panel, and everything's looking good. 

On my end, I'm assuming that they're doing everything they're supposed to do, of what I tell them, you know, working out, dieting, all that stuff, every little detail that I always cover with them, even drinking water. I hound the guys about drinking water. I never catch it right away from the get go, because again, it's my assumption that these guys are doing exactly what they're supposed to do.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

But some guys, they just either forget or they don't prioritize it. The secondary reason why a lot of guys who are doing a blast cycle right now, who are suffering from ED or slight ED...

When I say slight ED by the way, I mean they're able to get it hard with their girl, but somewhere along mid sex right, when they're changing position, it goes limp right away. If they're not constantly being stimulated, it goes limp right away. If they're not constantly being played with their girl, it limps right away. That is a form of erectile dysfunction.


That can be to the point to where she needs to be playing with you the entire time for you to get hard. If you cannot stay erect for a good amount of time without doing anything about it, that is a form of erectile dysfunction. Right there when you easily get soft right away, that is absolutely a form of ED. I'm going through my list, ok, you're doing everything right. 


Your hormonal panel looks good, and one of the most obvious things that I think of, which is the basic one I'm thinking, he's probably not doing cardio. And I know it sounds simple to you, but hear me out. The secondary reason why a lot of guys who are doing blast cycles, the reason why they're getting ED is because they're not doing cardio at all. So think about this logically. I'm doing a blast cycle, I'm getting big, I'm getting stronger. 


My muscles are a lot more full, so there's a lot more room for blood flow to happen. For your body, though, do you think it's going to prioritize your dick? It's not. The main thing that your body prioritizes are your organs, your functions, your arms, your new muscle tissue that you have formed. So that's the reason why a lot of guys out there who are doing a blast cycle, and everything looks phenomenal. Even higher amounts, 2500 total testosterone, free test very high, estrogen, nice and solid,


Prolactin no issues at all whatsoever. And their entire blood, liver looks good, blood pressure looks good, RBC, hematocrit, everything looks awesome. And I'm looking at it and I'm like, dude, are you doing your cardio? Oh, was I supposed to do that? I was like...And look, when it comes to the lack of blood flow to our dick by the way, because that's the main reason why, because we're growing, there's a lot more room for the blood flow that needs to happen. 

The other fix is Cialis, but the main thing that we have to do, that I have to do, anybody who's on a blast cycle, got to do cardio. I'm not talking about intense, fricking mountain hill sprints. I'm not talking about grueling hour and a half of Stairmasters. I'm just talking about simple lists type of workout, low intensity, meaning walking three times a week 15 to 20 minute, it's nothing big, it's nothing big. 


But I guess some guys do get forgetful or they just don't prioritize it, I'll just do tomorrow, you know, four weeks into it, oh, I haven't done a single walk at all. So that's the reason why a lot of guys out there who are on a blast cycle right now, everything looks good, testosterone extremely high, and they still suffer from ED, it's because of the lack of the blood flow that they're getting. So two points of attack in that one.


First one, the main one, cardio. That is the easy one to do. Literally just when I'm done eating, cool, go outside, walk your dog, walk with your girl, have that time to build that relationship, little things like that, but have to do the walk, have to do the cardio. The second one, homebrew Cialis, boom, done, nice and easy, better blood flow because it is a vasodilator, it's not hormonal. Take that all year round. It's awesome as long as you homebrew, it's amazing. 


But yeah, that's the solution to all of this. Any of my guys out there, I just got a double check, hey, dude, are you doing your cardio? Oh, yeah, no I haven’t. It's like come on man, it's not like it's gonna be a permanent symptom that they're gonna have. They can just do cardio, a little bit of Cialis that they home brew. You know, within a couple of days, it gets back to normal. 


But again, if I'm going to do this lifestyle, even lifestyle cycling, not contest prepping, just lifestyle cycling, I have to remember to do cardio, because the bigger I get, the more places that blood flow needs to happen.
