Alright, so we're gonna dive into a pretty fun subject here. I want to talk to you about the best orals to homebrew as a pre workout only. What's going on brother? It's absolutely insane how far these guys are taking it. And some of them, they don't even realize it until I see their progress pictures. It's crazy how good these guys are looking. It's absolutely insane. The type of questions that I'm getting from you, especially from the ProtonMail, you know, where you can find the link in description, that's how I'm able to dictate how far we're progressing, how far we're developing as a community together.
Because the type of questions I'm getting from you now, it's not basic stuff anymore, it's not your basic fundamentals of what should your first cycle be, can I do orals only cycle, stupid SARMS questions, stuff like that, right? And again, there's nothing wrong with the beginner cycles, but for me, as a teacher, it's always more fun, not in terms of the advanced cycles, there is nothing wrong with that at all, it's about the progression.
The development that you and I are partaking, and it's freaking awesome man, I love that, that's my personal reward in terms of somebody going more towards an advanced status of life. I love that. And simply because of this too, because I get rewarded from that, knowing the fact that that person, you for example, when you're progressing so well, I know for sure you're going to be a positive influence towards your social circle too.
So you're happy, everybody's happy, your girls are happy, your lips are happy, it's freaking awesome. Love that. Absolutely love that. In terms of the question I'm getting from my guys that I'm training with, they're always looking for something else to make their workouts more fun, right? What else can I do? What else can I do to push my workout?
And that's the really cool thing about that, because if you think about your workouts, it's literally your reward. You've been eating all throughout the day, you're hitting your macros, you're pushing down the food that you kind of don't want to eat, but you're doing it anyway, and you're getting it done. And after all of that, you get to see how well you perform, because of all the calories, all the nutrients you’ve been eating throughout the day, and you get to perform that at the gym.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

You're preparing, you're mentally getting ready, you're putting all this energy, all these calories in your stomach to make sure that by the time you hit the gym, you're ready to rock. That's what it is to me in terms of progression throughout the day, in small increments, right? What else can I do to make sure my five o'clock workout is going to be amazing?
In terms of workouts though, now that my guys are a little bit more advanced and so are you, you're finding more ways to what else can you add to make that workout more fun? With that being said, just like the title of the video, pre workouts. Now I'm not talking about the bullshit powder pre workouts that you see on freaking GNC or bodybuilding.com. I'm not talking about that overpriced caffeine powder mixed with bullshit.
That's not what I'm talking about. And again, there's nothing wrong with pre workouts at all. There's nothing wrong with that. But from my perspective man, it's just overpriced. Now, if you find a good deal, awesome, right? If you could find a little tub that cost you 10 bucks, sure, amazing, right? But at the same exact time, it literally is just caffeine with bullshit mixed into it.
If that's your thing, nothing wrong with that at all, as long as you are not breaking your bank, because I don't want you to overpay for caffeine tabs, because that's how I view pre workout. In terms of a real pre workout, I'm talking about anabolics, I am talking about the real stuff that actually makes you perform better because they are actually Gear, not some caffeine powder.
And there's only two types of pre workouts that I homebrew all throughout the year, because I literally have a year's worth or three years worth of it in order for me to perform, and on top of that, to make it more fun. Now do I usually take these compounds every single time I workout? No. I usually do it on a Monday, because there's a lot of people to show off to. On a Friday because I want to look good for the weekend.
It's just more fun types of workouts. And the two main ones are DBol and Anadrol. Because when you're thinking of a per workout, you're not thinking of oh, you know, fat loss, you're not thinking of oh, I want to make feel good. You're thinking about a few of these things. Instant rapid growth of your strength, you're thinking about instant energy, you are thinking about aggression as well.
And a good happy aggression, not that negative, pessimistic type of aggression. I'm talking about here I am, I am about to go workout, I'm going to destroy this gym, I'm gonna destroy my back, my chest, my shoulders, whatever it is that I'm going to work out that day. That's how I view a pre workout, not just like, oh, I feel light energy, oh, I got it from this pre workout that I took.
No, I'm talking about actual substantial results, actually seeing the gains at the gym. And in terms of that, DBol, Anadrol for sure, hands down, because anything else outside of that it's either too mild, or way too toxic. Take for example, Anavar is one of my favorite oral compounds I take. I practically take that all year round.I mean, my last cycle I took it, and in the cycle before that one.
So yeah, I take Anavar literally all year round throughout every single one of my cycles, it doesn't matter if it's a maintenance or bulking cycle or cutting cycle, I always take Anavar pretty much. Now, while me taking Anavar, say for example, I'm taking test and and Anavar only, what makes my workout more fun is if I were to throw in a little bit of Anadrol for my chest workout, or throw in a little bit of DBol for my back workout.
Because once that Gear kicks in, once that oral kicks in, man, I know for sure, it doesn't matter if I'm tired, it doesn’t matter if I'm really into it or not, my DBol or my Anadrol does not care what my state of mind is or what my body is, if I'm sore or not. Once it kicks in, oh dude, PRs to the max, feeling good, just being able to see my muscles pop once I'm at the gym.
That's how I view a pre workout, something to where I can actually see the result right then and there, not a week later or two weeks later, I want to see it right there. With me saying all of that and how much fun it is, the reason why I'm pretty much reserving this though for the intermediate or advanced guys or guys who have done a couple of cycles, or guys who have already done TRT for quite a long while.
Simply because of this - even though it has all that fun stuff, it also can have bad sides if we do not know what we're doing, or if we're not truly experienced. For example, if you don't know anything about, say testosterone stability, we don't have that stabilized yet, we don't know how to stabilize our testosterone throughout the week, and we throw a DBol on there, that's going to fluctuate our test levels even more.
And what usually happens is acne, water bloat, sensitivity, and that's the stuff that I don't want. So that's why this is more reserved for guys who have already done TRT for quite a while, or guys who are experienced. Other things that makes it more towards intermediate or advanced guys, is the fact that I got to dial in my organ and liver support. Say, for example, I'm doing test and Anavar only, and I'm throwing in DBol in there or Anadrol.
That's going to spike my ALT AST levels. Now, I don't want that. So that's the main reason why this is more for intermediate and advanced guys, because I'm expecting my guys to be taking both TUDCA and NAC to guarantee the safety of their health. And the biggest reason why this is more reserved for the advanced guys or the intermediate guys at least, is because of this, ok, anytime we get a rapid strength and energy.
What usually tends to happen is if we're not mature enough, if we don't warm up enough, if we're not making sure our form is proper, joints, ligaments, injuries will absolutely come. And I have done that myself with the current MENT cycle that I'm on right now. Because even for me, it happens once in a while because ego, not thinking about it, you know, not being responsible, and the strength really gets to me.
So that's why doing a DBol as a pre workout or Anadrol as a pre workout, I got to be very mature about it, even though I wasn't as much in this cycle, I have to keep in mind, no matter how quickly my body is going to progress, no matter how quickly my strength is going to be instant when it comes to popping in a DBol tab or Anadrol tab, my joints, my soft tissues cannot keep up with the overload of way I'm adding and piling on to each lift that I'm doing.
So I have to be mature, my guys that I trained, they have to be mature enough to know where that limit is. Now with me stating all of that, I'm starting to realize now though too, you know, this is completely off topic here, but how are we really going to know our point of limitation too? We have to really push to the point to where this is injury, and this is the fine line.
So we have to be sticking right here in order for us to really progress, because how do you know your limits, how far can you push if you're not also getting near that injury? Now I'm not stating that we should all get injured here. I'm not stating that at all. But we really do have to push ourselves too. That's how we grow. That's how you get bigger muscles. That's how you progress. You can't just be going to the gym, feeling comfortable.
Like you've seen it before, man. I'm sure you're the only guy at the gym, you're kicking ass, you're sweating like crazy, you're freaking bending down, catching your breath and you are looking around, I'm like, well, that guy is on his phone, that guy's just hanging out. And even if some of those guys that you see out there, that are just working out, they're just going through the motion.
Like I'm over here dying, trying to catch my breath, trying to do my deep breathing so I don't freaking pass out, while I just see random guys, you know, bicep curls, walking around, more triceps. They're not even working at it, while yet, I'm over here, say I am doing bicep curls, I'm freaking squeezing on every single rep, I am like how the fuck is that guy, he's just relaxing over there, he's reading his phone while ...
It’s like, you know what I mean? So anyways, I'm completely going off topic here. So that's what I mean though, that's what to expect out of you too in terms of progression. And adding a pre workout like DBol or Anadrol pushes that progression even more, pushes your development or my guys’ development even more.
But remember, really think though, because as much as we want to progress, the biggest peeps that we're always going to go through is if we do not stretch properly, we do not warm up properly, then the entire cycle is over. One single injury, one nagging little thing could completely stop our entire progress, so we have to be smart about it too.
In terms of the best pre workout that I personally homebrew, because again, I have a crap ton of it, it is DBol and Anadrol. Anything else like Winstrol, Superdrol, stuff like that, to hard on the joints, too toxic to my liver. Anavar, it's fun, by at the same time it's too mild. It's way too mild for me to get that instant kick that I'd want.
So that's why from my perspective, the perfect orals for me to homebrew as a pre workout would be DBol and Anadrol, as long as I have my TUDCA, my NAC, I'm warming up properly, I know what I'm doing, my form is pretty damn awesome, two of the best pre workouts I could take.
