What's going on boys? And it's finally down in the 60s down here in South Florida and God damn it does it feel good, because you know how hot is down here, I'm down a bit being humid, being hot, so it does feel good. I know some of you guys are suffering a bit being super cold, but I am absolutely loving this weather.

But anyways, that's not the point for this entire video, what I'm talking about today is how people are using Winstrol just wrong this entire time.

Now I'm specifically talking about more of how I use Winstrol for a lifestyle, right. Lifestyle, I'm not talking about competing in bodybuilding, I am just talking about taking advantages of how I personally use Winstrol in a cycle, but not how most people are actually doing, because for the most part, I truly believe most people are using Winstrol wrong this entire time.

So when it comes to my lifestyle by the way, when it comes to using Gear, I'm specifically using Gear, mainly more to enjoy life overall, right? I want to make sure that each and every single particular cycle that I do, it's for a reason, and not to compete on top of a stage, right, is to make sure that I look good for a particular event.

Take for example, if it's summer, and I want to be out all the time, if I go for a certain event, a wedding, a beach day, that's how I use when it comes to say, any cycle that I do. Now, where does Winstrol come into all this? Now for the most part, most people's understanding of Winstrol is that it's a cutting agent, which is true, Winstrol is absolutely a cutting agent.

But it does come with a plethora of really bad sides that I personally do not like. Take for example, my joints drying out. That's pretty much the big one right there. The main reason why I cannot do Winstrol all the time, specifically because of that. It dries up my joints, I feel like I'm a 90 year old guy who literally can not only walk without a cane. 

That's how bad it is, and it's not just my knees either. I'm talking about my hands as well, it feels like it's cracking all the time. I just cannot do it. I mean, just typing on email is super painful for me, because these are the bad sides of Winstrol. Now, with that being stated, right, that's pretty much the only bad side out of Winstrol. Now, the reason why I'm talking about with you though, because I'm not dismissing Winstrol.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

No, I freaking love this compound. But I have to make sure though, that I'm going to be using it for the right reasons and knowing the proper protocols as well.

This is how I use Winstrol to completely negate the sides the best as I can. But the other part of it as well, just to make sure that I take advantage of this compound, which is absolutely amazing, as long as I follow the right protocols that comes to that. Holy fuck it's loud. Anyway, so the way I use Winstrol it this - I do not use it for an extended period of time.

I don't use it like how most people use it, as a full on cycle. I don't do it for 12, 14, 16 weeks at a time. Unless, of course, I want to feel like I'm a retired old man, sitting at 90 years old, with my knees and my joints cracking, badly hurting the entire time. I don't want that. And I'm sure most people don't want that either, but they can't comprehend. 

There's just more than one pathway to reach a certain success. There's more than one pathway to use a particular cycle as well. So this is how I use Winstrol. Take for example, right, I'm getting ready for a wedding, a beach day, a week into Vegas, a weekend in New York, whatever it is, it's a weekend type of social interaction and fun. 

So the way I use Winstrol is, I don't use it for the full 12 weeks. I calculate how far the event is, and I use it for the last say, two to three weeks and that's it. If I use it that way, I take advantage of the subcutaneous water being pulled out of my system, making sure that I look shredded, I look jacked, I look huge, pretty much being able to show up the hard work I've been doing for the past 12, 14, 16 weeks of full blown cycle.

Without feeling like an old guy, without feeling like I'm 90 years old, without having to sacrifice literally my joints and ligaments the entire time. Because for anybody out there who has ever done Winstrol before, they know how bad that stuff hurts, I literally can be on the stair mattress for more than 10, 15 minutes at a time, or else my knees will literally start cracking and it would hurt really bad. 

Now, there's other, you know, little hacks here and there that people will talk about like using Deca or NPP out there to give myself a little bit of joint lubrication, but I don't want to do that. I don't want to have to compromise my entire cycle, just because I want to use a particular way, just because I want to use a particular kind of compound, like Winstrol. 

So the way I personally do it is by using towards the last two or three weeks out of a certain event. Now if I was competing in bodybuilding, that's a little bit different, right? 

When I used to compete back in the day, I would have to use it, because my coach would make me for the full blown 12, 14, 16 week cycle, but I already know what I was expecting. And Dallas my lifestyle back then, my career back then, I would really have nothing else to do rather than eat a lot, sleep a lot, work out, cut down, pretty much water deplete and then do it all that, right, because it comes with that particular sport. 

But when it comes to a certain lifestyle though, that's a little bit different. I don't want to be uncomfortable the entire time, I want to make sure I look good, but at the same time enjoy myself. So when it comes to using Winstrol, that's exactly... Hold on. So when it comes to Winstrol, that's exactly how I would use it. I don't use it for the 12, 14, 16 week cycle. 

I use it more towards say the icing on the cake to help me with my water depletion towards a certain event, to help me pull that subQ water out, cut down a little bit of the body fat that I do not want, and more specifically just to gain that final little detail that I want out of my physique. That's the beauty about Winstrol. Now, it is absolutely amazing, but it more comes towards the intermediate advanced type of cycles that I would specifically do, mainly because if I have a tremendous amount of body fat to cut.

I have no room using Winstrol whatsoever, because again, it's more of the final touch, the final detail that I would be using Winstrol for. So if I'm specifically looking for a pure cutting agent, Winstrol is not the answer. I would view more Winstrol as something to help me with the water depletion process, something to really pull out that subQ water, make me look good, and literally just to make look good for that one particular event. 

That is exactly how I would use Winstrol, not something like in replacement of Tren, in replacement of say DHV, in replacement of any kind of real cutting agent out there. It's absolutely not worth it to do for a full blast cycle. But it is absolutely worth it if I were to use it more as a finisher, something to really give me the details that I want. And more importantly, just to look good for that one particular day. 

Now that sounds a little bit ridiculous, just to look good for that one particular day, but goddamn, if I'm working something really hard for a certain event, 12 weeks at a time, 14 weeks at a time, hell yeah, I'm going to push that extra mile, even if I would just look good just for that one day, because to me, taking the pictures, taking the videos, looking good, it's absolutely worth it, especially the way I view my lifestyle.
