So when it comes to working out, going to the gym, hitting the weights, doing this as a lifestyle, a lot of people have such a different perspective than I do. I'm not saying my perspective is the best, but it pretty much keeps me, guarantees me to keep up with this lifestyle, meaning this - anytime I'm going through my schedule, because my team does write up my schedule for me, they prioritize my gym life first.


That's the best way for me to literally hit the gym at least four or five times a week, because that prioritize me working out first and then everything else around it. And I highly suggest you do the same exact thing. Because here's the thing, this is literally the majority of people, this is everybody pretty much when it comes to working out. They leave it as an afterthought. They think that like let me do all this stuff first and they prioritize all these things.

Then, you know, maybe I'll go into gym later, maybe I could go work out later, maybe after this day I could work out or maybe I could fit in somewhere in between lunch. That maybe it's a guaranteed I'm not gonna go to the gym, that maybe is a guaranteed I'm gonna get my dad bod back, that maybe is the reason why our nation literally has a problem with obesity.


That is the main reason why because we leave it as an afterthought, we don't make it as a priority. Now some of you guys are thinking yeah, but I got to prioritize my family, I got to prioritize my kids, I have to prioritize my job. That's cool, that's awesome, how are you going to provide for them when you're losing your health, when you're dealing with obesity, when you are having to deal with every single health complication out there, because you don't have your health and fitness pillar prioritized first. 

It also comes with your finances. I mean, what's good when it comes to your financial stability when you're dead? But when it comes to that, though, how good is your financial stability, when you can't even take advantage of it, when everything that you're working for financially is going through fixing your diabetes.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Fixing something with health related, fixing something to where if you have prioritized your fitness and your health pillar first, then everything else becomes a lot easier, right?

You're gonna have more energy for your kids, more energy for your wife, more energy for your job. So stop thinking like the rest of the world out there that well, you know, working out, that's just, later, let me just do it... Here's the thing, too, it's the type of quality of the workout as well. Don't be like majority of the pheasants out there, oh, let me just go into, you know, the elliptical. I went to the gym, I went to the gym. Is that good?


No, it's not good enough. You might as well stay home, if you're not really pushing yourself. And I get it, I'm gonna hear this too, but, dude, really, if our standard is that low, well, at least they're going to the gym, at least they are walking. That's cool, that's awesome, if there's something wrong with us in terms of a disability, or if we really are obese, and we're slowly working towards that, but I'm sure right now, majority of the people. 


They're not at that extreme case. The majority of the people are just out of shape and they're overweight. They can still hit the gym, they can still hit the weights, they can still do their deadlifts, as well. So the quality of the workout also is very important, because I mean, if we just go there, what's that really gonna do? You know what I mean? It doesn't do anything. It really doesn't.

 And I get the whole thing about motivation, taking action, but Dude, come on man, I don't want to go for that lower type of standards. So in terms of order, importance and priority in terms of my life, what I prioritize other than anything else are two things, they're equivalent to it, financial stability, and also working out. That right there, everything else has to take a backseat.


And I know it doesn't sound very hallmark, like very mainstream media, very Disney, but in order for me to provide for my family, for my lifestyle, for the quality of life that they expect, how am I going to do that if I'm not financially stable? How am I going to be able to be financially stable, if my health is suffering? How am I able to do a good job at my career if I don't have the energy to do so. 


So in terms of both, both of those needs to be prioritized. And then after that, then plan everything else around it. Plan your family time, plan your girl time, plan the vacations, plan the activities, everything else is secondary to your financial stability, and also of course, your fitness lifestyle. 


So don't ever feel guilty about prioritizing your abs, your chest, your back, your looks, your image, your aesthetics, because everything else is going to be secondary towards that. This is literally the foundation of life. Make sure you do this, prioritize it, do it on a week to week basis as well. 

Because we all know your schedule changes, but make sure every time you're planning out your schedule, you're planning out your life, you're planning out your weekly basis, have your financial stuff first, and then also your fitness lifestyle first, and then plan everything else all around it.
