The EASY Fix To Swollen Feet/Ankles On Sustanon

We're gonna dive into right now the easy fix to swollen feet and ankles while being on Sustanon. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email. Now you can easily find that link in the description.

You click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my ProtonMail.

So when it comes to the compound Sustanon, it's probably one of the dryer your compounds out there when it comes to testosterone. Yes, we have testosterone propionate, which is a dry compound as well, but Sustanon could be just as dry as test propionate as well, because it has the short esters into it.

Now some of the guys that I'm training right now at the moment. they're experiencing, they can't, you know, figure out why, why are they getting swollen feet, ankles or even their hands as well, and they are on the dry compound Sustanon, they can't figure out why. They're looking at and I am like, ok.

This felt kind of weird a little bit, but then as  you know, weeks progressed, they're halfway through their cycle, and now they have like Michelin, you know, the Michelin tire guy with like, really big hands and their feet are swollen and they can't figure out why. And I'm thinking they're not on DBol, they're not on a wet compound at all, like Deca, they're just strictly on sustenance, and that is it.

And they're on a TRT cycle as well. They're not even on a blast cycle, and they can't figure out why they're swollen on their feet and ankle. And I'm asking them, are you taking your Anastrozole at the moment, because that's really the protocol at the moment they see some kind of swollenness, that means their estrogen levels are starting to escalate. They're like, no, what is that?

I am like, oh my God. Ok, so that's exactly what's happening there. Anytime that they're getting water retention, it doesn't necessarily have to be on their face either. Just because we get water retention it doesn't mean moon face right away. It could also mean weird bubbly looking hands and feet as well.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Now the good thing about this, this can be easily fixed. One of my guys right now, it was really effective, it was just on his left foot. Weird. I know.

I didn't even know that could happen either. I'll usually think that it's gonna be on both feet, but just his left foot. So simple, easy answer, dandelion root, and of course, starting his AI protocol with Anastrozole, because that's what usually happens anytime we get a lot of water retention. It's because his estrogen levels or his estradiol levels started to climb up.

So I wanted to fix that right away first, because when it comes to Anastrozole, it takes about a day or two for it to kick in. I wanted him to get relief right then and there, so I had him to take dandelion root, so he could start to expel a lot of water. Now, it doesn't have to be specifically dandelion root. There's a lot of water pills out there for a diuretic. So we did a combination of both, dandelion root and of course Anastrozole as well.

So within a couple of days, no more swelling, no more water retention, but hey, from my perspective, that's a pretty good sign of how they react to estrogen levels, at least did not get any nipples or puffy nipples or even worse, having to get the real symptoms of Gyno as well. So that's it, super easy fix, nothing to panic about, no need to hit the panic button, like oh my God, what do I need to do?

It's just a basic of how some guys out there react to elevated estrogen levels. Getting a good amount of water retention to where their hands literally are like three times the size to where when they poke their finger at it, they leave a dent on their hand or even their foot.

So yeah, dandelion root, Anastrozole, boom, done. Nice and easy. This can happen too by the way with any testosterone compound, even as dry as test propionate. So yeah, it just really depends on our testosterone to estrogen conversion.

Anyways brother, the link to my email, you can find that in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
