So there are a lot of good compounds out there, a handful of them out to where if I were to take them the right way, the right amount per week, the sides are absolutely going to come. And I would personally call these contest prep compounds. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you're trying to get a hold of me by the way, the best way to do that is the link to my email, because that's going to take you directly to my proton mail.
Especially the newer initiated guys, and I got to give them the reality about this stuff, because these compounds, I just can't, you know, take it lightly, right? I cannot disrespect the oil of the Gods, the nectar of the immortals, I got to go in there with a certain mindset, certain mindset knowing certain things are coming. Now I don't want to just talk about the bad side either, right, because dude, these things are absolutely amazing.
Of course they're going to give me the results that I want, either for powerlifting, CrossFit, endurance, MMA, and of course bodybuilding or image as well for, you know, image and aesthetics. But the other side of that, it is absolutely a double edged sword. Good things are gonna come and that impending sound of doom of the bad sides. It's not like me back a step off to the side, maybe I could, you know, duck away from it.
No, dude, those bad sides, they're absolutely coming, and I have to fully expect it. When it comes to those bad sides, no matter how much I avoid it, no matter how much AI or anti prolactin or Caber or anything like that, they're coming and there is no way around it.
So the way I approach these contest prep compounds, of course, I'm going to do it right, I'm going to do everything I can to negate the other says that I can control, because either I'm prepping for an event, a photo shoot, an NPC event or anything like that. But when the sides come, I expect it, I welcome it and I work around it in terms of my diet, my sleeping habits, how I manage my energy as well because that has to be there man.
It has to be to the point to where since the sides are coming, I've got to make sure that I am ready for it. Like my very first competition, my mentor was there the entire time, just making sure, I even actually, I think it was the final week and a half, yeah, it was about a week and a half from the show, I stayed over at his studio just to make sure that I am fully prepared for everything.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

I had to change my clothing cover for the bed on a day to day basis, I had to put a towel over my bedsheets and also my pillow, so I don't break out all over my face. And on top of that, the insomnia. There is no amount of melatonin that I took, there is no amount of Agave nectar that I needed in order for me to sleep. The only thing I could do about the insomnia when it comes to the high amounts of Tren was just to try to catch as many naps as I could throughout the day.
Like the moment I feel a little bit sleepy, ok, cool, I'm just gonna lay back on this couch, hopefully I could catch about an hour, an hour and a half of sleep. I'd wake up again and then, you know, three four hours later I'll try to take a nap again. That's the reality when it comes to contest prep compound. Having to purposely crash, well not crash but almost damn close to it, lowering my estrogen levels to the point to where, dude, I had no energy.
When it comes to me being motivated, I couldn't depend on that anymore. There was no amount of Rocky movies or MMA movies or any type of motivational documentaries I could watch to really help me throughout my day. I was going more off of, I guess regimen or just going off my schedule. Alright, I guess I am supposed to workout arms today, let me just go and workout arms.
And my workouts absolutely sucked. Because anytime, you know, I was getting ready for a contest, that was the reality of it, right? There was no energy, there was no drive. I was just going through the motions. I would sometimes forget, so, you know, some of my friends would come with me just to make sure I finish out my, what you call it, my workout for that day. That's how bad it is when it comes to purposely almost crashing my estrogen levels.
The other part of the whole contest prep compound stuff, don't let me mention the brain fog. Having to just think of the basic stuff that I need to do, my memory was gone. basic functions was gone, being able to think, being able to be innovative, company gone. But that's the reality of it right? Because when I take and get ready for certain event, say for example, taking high amounts of test, high amounts of Tren, Winstrol, Halo, Superdrol.
These things, they come with sides no matter what I do, and I have to fully expect it. One of my friends decided, he just wanted to add Superdrol, yeah, just add it in there. When it comes to using Superdrol, it's going to go through my liver, absolutely, and it's going to be harsh as well. About four days, five days into his Superdrol, he couldn't figure out why he's feeling really tired and unmotivated, he couldn't do anything about.
I am like, dude, you're, I guarantee you right now your ALT and AC levels is through the roof, and that's what comes with it. When it comes to using certain compounds, like Superdrol for example, the sides are going to come, you know what I mean? It's not like, because he started asking, because I explained to him what was happening there, and he was thinking, well, what can I do?
I am like nothing, even if you were to drink two gallons of water, increase your TUDCA, increase your NAC, take other stuff like [Lift 52], it's like dude, there is nothing that you can do about it, you just got to grip it and rip it, that's the only thing that, you know, my mentors told me. Expect it, live with it and just know that, you know, I'm only going to do this for a certain small period of time, because that's what contest prepping is.
For the guys that you see in those magazines and photoshoot and YouTube videos, they don't look like now all year round. Because some guys who are completely brand new to this lifestyle, they think, oh, if I just do these type of cycles, I can look like that forever. No, water depletion is temporary, using advanced compound is temporary, me wanting to feel lethargic and insomnia and sweating like crazy by using DNP.
I don't want to feel like that forever. I just want to be able to do I need to do to look good for a certain event, a certain weekend. And there's different stages too man, I'm not going to do a full contest prep for, say a vacation, right? Am I gonna do a little contest prep, like say a water depletion, right?
A higher amounts of Tren? Of course, of course, man, because I also want to look good when I'm away, when I'm doing stuff, when I'm hanging with the girls, I want to do that just so that I could at least reap the benefits of all the hard work that I've been doing.
But at the same time when it comes to these things, even the light light contest prep for, say, a vacation day or a weekend getaway, of course, it's going to be there, especially say when I do - some of you guys, for example, I know you've done a water cut before, either for wrestling or MMA. Did you feel good? Was it fun being locked into the steam room or the sauna, and your friends won't let you out because you have about 30 more sets?
I don't know why I looked at the my watch. Because you have about 30 more seconds in there? Dude, I remember a weight cutting for my very first Naga tournament for jujitsu. Man, dude, it sucked, it really did. The first part was, what do you call it, the sauna suit, walking around outside. That wasn't too bad. Where it really kicked my ass was the sauna, having to be in there, three minutes on, two minutes off, three minutes on, two minutes off.
That thing was so exhausting. That's why I couldn't, I was even thinking about water anymore. I was just tolerating the sides. I couldn't wait to get into the Epsom salt bath, just so I could lay there. And maybe sneak in a couple of, a couple of drinks of water from my own bathwater. That's what it takes. That's exactly what it takes. That's why obviously I love lifestyle cycle even more, but those are necessities if that is my hobby.
If I want to get in there, if I needed to get ready for a contract, for a photoshoot and some of my guys who are models right now and you know who you are, they know what it takes, they know that they need to be water depleted and dry and doing all that stuff. And then on top of that, when you're water depleted, you got to [inaudible] the day of and your mouth is dry and all that bad shit. So like, look, is it fun?
Of course, of course, when you look at the picture, when you look at the videos, when you're being rewarded for all the hard work, it's absolutely there. And that's the weird side about it, right, because that's what people see, the reward, the lifestyle, how awesome it is, and you look frickin shredded. What people don't see is, because I'm not going to take my camera or my phone, I'm going to film myself inside the sauna right now being miserable.
I'm going to film myself in a full sauna suit, sitting in the backseat of my car, turning it on a full heat blast. Yeah, that's what it takes. But again, man, to me, it's fun, honestly, it's fun, right? Because I feel like having a little bit of challenge in my life, getting rewarded for it, all those hard times that I went through, it's all absolutely worth it. Every guy needs to go on this, some kind of challenge, some kind of way to where there is no way around it.
The suck is there. I got to create that suck, I gotta be there, I got to really really reap in all that bad shit, and then get rewarded for it. Because all the stories are gonna come, I get to share it, it's awesome, check out the pictures. Dude, it's awesome. But the main thing before I, you know, start rambling on, sorry...
The main thing I have to remember though, is when it comes to these contest prep compounds, Halo, Superdrol, Winstrol, high ends of Tren - I gotta expect the sides. It's going to be like a beating drum. It's like a war drum coming in for the Battle of War, it's like oh shit, that is coming, it's not gonna go away and it's gonna get here very soon.
I just got to put up my shield, get ready for it, ballad out, tolerate it, and then get rewarded for it afterwards. Anyways boys, my email, it's in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Boom. Take care.
