What's going on? Kai here from Formula Secrets and if you are completely brand new to my channel hit that subscribe button, because I guarantee I will elevate your life overall. Not just in Gear, not just in lifestyle, but everything that you and I are going to be talking about from here on out.
One of the first things that I always constantly hear from people, from the veterans is that don't do Gear until you hit your natural limit, don’t do anything until you hit your natural limit. And I always hear this from really toxic forms, right? But I didn't really understand, what does that really mean? What is my natural limit?
Should I just keep lifting until I'm like fucking 40 years old. 50 years old, to where by the time then Gear doesn't even really matter? I needed to know what does that really mean. After years of experience, what I found out is that they weren't really looking after for the betterment of myself. They were just pretty much butt hurt by the fact that they didn't start Gear a lot younger when they did.
So that was one of the gatekeepers they wanted to do. Pretty much the whole natural limiting is complete bullshit. Because there is no natural limit, I'm always going to constantly progress even if it's a natural. So from my point of view, when it comes to hitting the natural limit, as in do I need to get down to a certain body fat percentage.
Do I need certain couple of years for me to lift first before I even touch Gear? Do I need to have some kind of reasoning to do Gear in the first place? From my point of view, all that, complete bullshit. The main reason - one, say if I was obese, say if I was fat, say if I was completely overweight, and I'm trying to lose weight. A lot of people especially the toxic veterans are going to tell me don't do Gear, wait, make sure you get down to certain body fat percentage.
From my point of view, why should I do that? Why should I do that naturally, when I can use Gear? Take, for example Anavar and Test and DHB to get down to the specific body fat percentage that I'm trying to get to in the first place. So why delay the entire process by slowing it down? Because if I'm already going to be committed to using Gear in the first place, why do I need to hit a natural limit?
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

How To Homebrew and Pin Your Own Gear To Get 21" Arms Plus A Six Pack WITHOUT Risking Gyno or Spending $897 A Cycle!
I just feel like it's a gatekeeper for the older veterans who are butt hurt that they wish they started back way younger. The best example that I could use - let's take a look at example all the collegiate athletes who are 18, diving into division one NCAA football. Did they hit their natural limit? No, but they're clearly on Gear. So where's their natural limit?
My point is this - I'm glad I didn't listen to those guys when I first started because I was nowhere near my natural limit. When I started, I was a 135 pounds. Is that my natural limit? Should I just started then? No, of course not. Could I have pushed 260 pounds first, 17, maybe even 180 before I started Gear.
But I would have delayed my entire progress when it comes to my physique by at least another five years, maybe even six years, because it's not going to be a constant progression, it's going to be a little bit of progression, a couple of setbacks, a little bit of progression, a couple of setbacks. So why wait if I know I'm going to do the proper protocols.
If I know I am going to do the right thing, if I already have a Gyno, which I did, I didn't have a Kai and Formula Secrets, which was awesome, I had a mentor instead, right? His way wasn't great when it comes to teaching, but at least I was able to digest the information that was given me and because of that I felt confident enough because I didn't know the proper protocols and the safety guidelines, then I did start on it.
And what I found out since - I am so glad I did not wait to hit my natural limit. And this goes both ways too, because I can't see why... Say if I was obese, if I was on the complete other side of the spectrum, why wait? Why wait? I just can't find a good reason, I can't even find a good analogy of why I should wait, because from my point of view, the skill set for, say lifting, that's going to come over time.
Me disciplined with my diet, that's going to come over time. The only hard barrier that needs to be there, iff I were to start Gear for the very first time, which would be do I know the proper safe and health protocols that should come with Test, with Tren, with the side effects, or the little side effects that I could have, how to properly take Anastrozole, how to properly take my post cycle therapy, how to properly take and time my DBol stuff is one.
It's just one of those things that I have to guarantee myself as long as I know the health protocols that comes with each cycle that I'm doing. There is no natural limit that I need to hit. Now, from those toxic veterans. I understand why they want people to wait, and it's not because they care about you, they don't give a shit about me.
They don't care about anybody other then themselves. The only reason why they're putting that gatekeeper there, because they truly wish they themselves started a whole lot younger with the knowledge that they have now. That's pretty much it. Because they don't know you, they don't know me, they don't know anything about me, so why all of a sudden, a huge care about my health, a huge care about.
You know, a certain ways of protocol? So from my end, as long as I really know the proper protocols, the side effects that I could possibly have, what to do when those side effects come, like say an elevated estrogen level, if I know how to fix that, prolactin control, timing, stability, if I know how to do all that, then there is no reason for me to wait.
Just to let you in the know, I started when I was 20 years old, be given I was a month away from being 21. But so I started at the age of 20. There are guys out there who start younger, like say around 18 years old, when they're actually getting into say NCAA football, for example, or guys who are going into the Olympics who are much younger. Those guys are starting at the age of 18. So that's my point right there.
They haven't hit their natural limit. When I started, I had never hit my natural limit. But because of Gear, because I started, I did hit my natural limit a lot faster. And I definitely surpassed that way quicker than me waiting and hoping that I get approved by those veterans who told me to fuck off and read the sticky in the first place anyway. So yeah, do I have a little bit of grasp of that?
Yeah, not so much as much as the fake Natties on YouTube or the supplement industry, but from my point of view, that's a another barrier that those guys are creating for no reason, other than pretty much desperation, other than pretty much greed, other then pretty much making sure that I will not progress as quickly as they have. They really just wish they pretty much started as younger as that.
And every single guy I've ever trained to, I've ever talk to, they all say the same exact thing - why did I not start a lot earlier, I cannot believe that I waited this long. I cannot believe I waited this much, and I'm just glad I have found you now for me to guide you.
And that's my entire point right there. There is no natural limit, I don't need to hit 9% body fat, I don't need to be 190 pounds before I start. As long as I know the proper protocols, the guidelines and the safety protocols. I'm absolutely gonna start Gear from here on out.
Anyways, until next time, hit that subscribe button, right next to it hit that notification bell, for both my channels, right here, and at the same time in my FS Fraternity channel as well. Other then that, Kai here, Formula Secrets here, out. Take care.
