Alright brother, so I want to talk to you about this illusion of you losing your appetite while on a blast cycle. This is my personal method that I use to be able to eat everything I need, to hit my macros. What's going on brother? Anytime I jump on a cruise or a blast cycle, it doesn't matter what it is, it also is dependent on the amount that I'm taking, but for the most part, I'm expecting my appetite to go down a little bit. Now, does it get worse while I'm on a blast cycle? Absolutely.

And a lot of guys that I train right now are experiencing the same exact thing. Now when it comes to going through this, a lot of guys are very quick to go to is there a compound that I can take? It makes sense, anytime we're on the stuff we're thinking, ok, so if this is the solution for my body fat I want to drop down., I got to take, say Anavar and T3, or if this is the solution and I am gonna get bigger, ok, cool.

Let me jump on, say NPP and EQ cycle. So a lot of guys are thinking, so if I'm going through this whole appetite loss while I'm on a blast cycle, what can I do to solve the solution, because the appetite loss for some guys, like myself.

I lose a little bit of appetite but I am able to push through it. For some guys man, they will be able to just down one meal for the day, and the rest of their meals is just super hard to do. Completely understandable. Now, a lot of guys are thinking, well, just push through it.

You don't understand, for some of these guys dude, they feel full all day, and they barely had any meals. That's the reason why it's so hard for them, and at the same exact time, not only that they feel full all day, they don't even have the want anymore to keep on eating. So you can really grasp that.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Don't think like, oh my God, he's just being a whiner, or a complainer, he's just being a pheasant.

No, some of these guys have a legitimate problem when it comes to them losing their appetite, completely understandable. Now, are there certain compounds out there that I can personally take, say EQ, maybe even MK for example to raise my appetite a little bit? Absolutely. Yeah. And it does a good amount, actually, it's pretty damn good. Say EQ, for example, raise my appetite.

So I can hit my macros of say 250 or 200 grams of protein on a day to day basis. Yes. But in the end, though, right, in the end, it only helps out just enough. When I jumped into this lifestyle of either TRT, or fully blast cycling, either bulking or cutting, that's one of the battles. There is no compound for that. Certain things when it comes to this lifestyle, that's the consequence of it. 

I don't really view that as a consequence. I mean, I view that more like a, it's just part of the lifestyle, right? Because if I'm trying to have three or four solid meals a day that has a lot of protein into it, that's just my battle. You know, there is no compound to take, there's no special technique. The only technique I need to do is put that food in my mouth, and that is literally it.

 There's no other solution to that. Now, over time though, over time, does my appetite get a little bit better? Yeah, of course, it's a little more tolerable. But dude, I've told some of you guys about this before, I was so desperate trying to down my protein shake, I got myself a blender, put some water on. You are thinking oh, you made a protein shake? No, I didn't make a protein shake. That would not have been enough.

I put my meal prep in there of rice, broccoli, and tilapia and I tried to blend that up so I could drink my meal. That's how desperate I was. Dude, it was like 10:30 at night, I needed to put more protein in my system, I was tired, so I was like, let me just see if I could blend this tilapia shake. It was, it was gross. In fact, the moment I opened it up, I smelled it and fricking started gagging. And my consequence of that? I had to recook that meal. 

So there goes another 45 minutes trying to grill my tilapia, trying to make more rice, trying to heat up more of my broccoli because I did that. The only solution when it comes to me losing my appetite is by pushing through it.

EQ helps a little bit, MK 677 helps a little bit as well, but ultimately, I still have to go through my daily battle of eating my food on a day to day basis. Anyways boys, a link to my email is right in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
