When it comes to me adding Equipoise into my cycle, brother, I got to take advantage of it, especially when it comes to certain workouts. So yeah, for the future references by the way, anytime I do a Gear cycle, I absolutely have to change up my workout to take advantage of the cycle.

So this is exactly what it looks like for me to do EQ, while I'm trying to get down with my triceps.

When it comes to me doing my very first workout for my triceps, it's going to be dips, because it's also part of my warm up, it's really good to lubricate my joints as well, especially my rotator cuffs. So dips, here we go. When it comes to dips by the way, do as many as possible, it's a body workout.


I'm sure you could do 40 or 50 straight in a row. So do as many as you can as part of your warmup, but also of course, to get your triceps ready to go for the next exercises.

When it comes to the main bread and butter, the main exercise for my triceps that's going to hit everything, would be my close grip, bench press.


I mean, this is literally the one thing that is gonna give me the mass, the striations, the cuts and everything I want out of my triceps. 

This is the main one that I'm literally going to spend at least a good five, six, seven sets total, until of course that fatigue of my triceps. Yup.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

The next exercise now is to really isolate my triceps and to really get that horseshoe type of shape into my triceps. 

This one, dumbbell kickbacks. And the last one brother is going to be isolated dumbbell skull crushers, single hand, one at a time. Here we go. 

And that's how you take advantage of EQ, doing your triceps exercises. A lot more RBC count, way higher hematocrit count, so I get a whole lot more cardio into it, so I could do super sets, a lot of volume, a lot of reps. 

And that's how I do my triceps workout, while being on EQ. Take care boys.
