Lifestyle cycling is all about getting my physique and hitting it on certain parts of the year. So I'm going to tell you about the perfect time to start a cutting cycle. What's going on boys?

My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email. You can easily find that link in the description. You click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my proton mail.

So the way most people view things, even pheasants themselves, the natties, the normies out there.

The normies out there, they usually start their cutting diet or cutting program when summer actually starts, or, you know, they actually started somewhere in the middle as well. From my perspective, it's already too late. Why would I start my cutting cycle at the beginning of the summer, when I'm already going to be out and about, it's already shorts and tank tops season, it's already beach season.

It's already beach body season on top of that. So by the time I start my cutting cycle at the beginning of summer, by the time I am done by getting results, summer is already over. You know what I mean? I'm already taking my boat out of the lake, I'm already done with it, it's already starting to get cold a little bit out there. From my perspective, it's already too late to start my cutting cycle or cutting program at the beginning of my summer.

So from my perspective, the moment I hop on my test, Tren, EQ and Anavar, and of course, human growth hormone all year round anyway, that's all season, it is way before that. Depending on where you are, where I am, it is summer pretty quickly here. So I usually start my cutting cycle around February. That's where I start my cutting cycle. I already start planning that out around December, mid-January.

So by the time I want to homebrew everything, I'm already gonna have everything I need by the time I start my cutting cycle, which is around beginning of February, somewhere in the middle, somewhere around that time. Because here's the thing, I'm trying to hit the height of my physique. And on top of that too, the height of these compounds by the time summer actually starts.

So when it comes to that, I don't really need to hit the end goal by the beginning of the summer, but at least I want to go through about 90% of my cycle already by the time summer actually starts, because by the time I hit the beach, I want to look good, I'm going out, shirts, tank tops season, shorts season, I want to look good by then and not look sloppy at the beginning of the summer.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

When everybody start to take vacation time and going out, I'm still looking sloppy from my bulking cycle.

That's the wrong approach of it. That's the only complicated thing about lifestyle cycling. It's all about timing it on the right manner. It's like starting my bulking season, you know, in the middle of winter, it wouldn't make sense because by the time I'm done with it, I'm already going to eat through my summertime, or starting my cutting cycle in the middle of summer. It just doesn't make sense.

So I have to plan everything out. The best way for me to do this by the way, I just organize everything, so every year in order for me to get ready, every single year, I plan everything out, my cycles, what I need to do, my brewing materials, the raw powders, everything I need to homebrew my Gear that I want on each cycle. So I mapped everything out and I even put it on my Google Calendar.

I even put down alarm sets just to make sure to remind myself start brewing your EQ, start brewing your Tren, up your HGH, lower this one, up this one. I make sure everything is reminding me just to guarantee that I start certain cycles. If I don't have that by the way, I tend to forget, and the last thing I need is oh crap, I don't have enough Proviron for this cycle, let me grab some more. I don't need that.

I want to make sure I time everything, I wan to make sure I'm prepared for it, because again, lifestyle cycling is all about timing the physique that I'm going to get, not starting my cycle at the beginning of the summer, that's pointless because by the time I am done with the cycle, the summer is already over, the end, more summer tank top season except for where I live, because it's pretty awesome.

But anyways, when it comes to that, lifestyle cycling is all about timing everything. And yeah, I'm talking about cutting cycles right now because I mean summer is right around the corner here. But at the same exact time though, this also goes for my cruising and also my bulking as well. So that's what lifestyle cycling is all about, it's just timing my cycle to hit the peak of my cycle at the right time, meaning making sure that I already look good by the time summer starts, not looking good by the time summer is already over.

That to me doesn't make sense.  Anyways boys, the link to my email is right in the description. Other than that, Kai here, out. Take care.
