In terms of our progression as a community together, as I stated before, we're all pretty much advancing pretty quickly, which is absolutely amazing. But with that being stated, there are still a good majority of us or guys who are just getting to the channel to where they're still needing to learn the basic fundamentals, or some of us are just not understanding or comprehending it.

So what we're gonna dive into right now is the purpose of each basic compound, either for bulking, cutting, good for both, or even for event prepping.

In terms of completely understanding the basic fundamentals of each compound, what it's made for, is to make sure that we're progressing in the right pathway.

To be effective towards our goal, right? For example, if we're not understanding what the basic fundamentals of these compounds are, we're just going to be running around in circle. It's like trying to do bulking cycle while being on a ketogenic diet. It doesn't work that way, right? Can one technically bulk up and be on a ketogenic diet? Sure, theoretically, it will work.

But man, that is a lot of calories to do, or doing some kind of fasting diet while trying to bulk up at the same exact time. Can that technically work? Maybe, but is it really absolutely impossible, or nearly impossible? I would say yes. Or trying to shred down while being on a caloric surplus. I'm not even sure if that works or not. But either way, you see my point, we got to follow the structure of what these compounds are made for.

So what we're gonna dive into are the basic compounds, because there's plenty of other compounds out there, but there's too many for me to list, so I'm just gonna go off of what we normally understand and what the common compounds are. So I'm going to start off with the bulking agents. In terms of bulking agents, these are strictly made for bulking. 

So if we're not looking to cut down on body fat, or if we're not looking to shred down, these are not the compounds for it, these are strictly for us to gain as much mass, as much more structure as we can. So these are the basic bulking agent compounds.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

NPP, Deca, Trestolone, and in terms of orals, you have DBol and Anadrol. So if I'm cutting, I will not use any of these compounds at all.

I'm strictly going to be using these as bulking agents, because could you imagine me trying to cut down while being on, say, Deca? It just doesn't work. I'm going to balloon up like crazy. I'm going to add [slabs] as a mass, a little bit of body fat, but it's not meant for cutting, right?

And I've seen these questions so many times, all these cycles, I get to critique, which is absolutely fun, but at the same exact time is like dude, you're cutting down, but yet, you are on Anadrol and NPP. That doesn't work, right? Can someone make it work? Like I said before, maybe, possibly, theoretically, yeah, sure. But again, it's so much harder to where it's nearly damn impossible. 

So that's the reason why in terms of those compounds, like I stated before, these are strictly for bulking, I'm only going to do it for a bulking cycle or if from looking to get as big as possible. Next up would be the cutting agents. So this list of compounds that I'm gonna tell you right now, these are strictly towards me cutting down. I'm looking to cut down my body fat, I'm looking trying to get down to being shredded, showing my abs, getting ready for the summer, getting ready for something to where I'm looking for the best as I can. 

So in terms of cutting compounds, it's pretty short, you have Tren enanthate, or Tren acetate, you also have Anavar and Turinabol. These are the main cutting agents that even I use personally myself, simply because they're tried, they're tested, they're awesome, they bring down my body fat, they cut down my appetite. It's just really good for cutting agents. But there's some guys out there like I've seen before, they tried to use Tren as a bulking agent, which again, could that work?

Yeah, sure, maybe, but at the same exact time Tren is so greedy with the glycogen that's stored in my body. It's really hard for me to bulk up while being on Tren. Because Tren is trying to deplete the glycogen in my body and using less energy, while yet I need that for me to grow.  At the same exact type, if I am on Tren, I'm trying to push my glycogen as hard as I can, that's going to give me even more bad sides. 

So that's why these lists of cutting agents is strictly just for me to shred down body fat. I'm not going to use this for bulking agents at all or get on a bulking cycle. Now in terms of a combination for both, I could use these for either bulking or cutting, because they're pretty mild, and they're good for either one. And these are the list of it. So we have Primobolan, either ester enanthate or acetate, you have EQ, Masteron, and we also have Proviron and Human Growth Hormone. 

With the least of these compounds here, I could use it for cutting or bulking or a combination, either one. So for the most part, I could use that for either bulking, cutting, maintenance, TRT even. And here's the cool thing about these two. Take for example human growth hormone, I can take that all year round. That's how versatile some of these compounds are.

Like I've said in the previous videos before, like EQ for example, I pretty much take out all year round to help me with my appetite. That's how versatile these compounds are. With me stating all these bulking cutting ages as well by the way, just know, I cannot do any of these compounds by itself. Testosterone is always going to be base, I'm always going to take testosterone with any of these compounds. 

For example, going back to bulking agents, I am not just going to take NPP by itself. I'm going to take NPP with testosterone, I'm not going to take Tren by itself, I'm going to take testosterone with the Tren, to keep my testosterone as stable as possible to avoid the bad sides of acne, Gyno, all that bad stuff that I do not want. Now, there's gonna be some certain special flower in the comment section, what about Deca only cycles? 

What about NPP only cycles? That may work, I'll state that, that may work for some people. But majority of the guys who have tried that before have gotten ED before, have gotten depression before, so I don't see why we're gonna go back to the old trend of doing Deca only cycles. It doesn't work, it's stupid. At the same time, we're going to risk erectile dysfunction just to be a special snowflake about it.

I do not believe in Deca only cycles or NPP only cycle. That is literally a guaranteed way for me to get erectile dysfunction. And I think I'm good, I want to make sure this is working. So the next basic compounds I want to talk to you about are event prepping. In terms of event prepping or photoshoot, bodybuilding competition, or just to look good for a beach day or on a vacation, I would strictly hold these compounds just for that. 

Simply because there are either hard in the joints, they're hard on my liver, they're very liver toxic. And of course, the bad sides that I am gonna get out of that is compromising my health. That's why I reserved the next compounds I'm going to tell you right now, is very short, two weeks, three weeks, maybe four weeks at best. That's why I would never run these compounds for a full three months cycle. I'm only going to reserve this for event prepping. 

And the list goes with this, Winstrol, Superdrol, Halo, Test No Ester, and of course Mibolerone or check drops, because either hard on my liver... And for some of you guys who don't know the consequences of anything being hard to your liver, right, anything that's gonna skyrocket my ALT or AST levels, dude, the consequences of that is zero energy. Some of you guys have experienced Superdrol before, more than three weeks at a time.

What usually happens towards the end of those three weeks, no energy at all whatsoever, feeling lethargic, because our liver is just so compromised, and it's skyrocketing like crazy, or we are compromising it. So that's why any of these compounds, I'm only going to reserve this for contest prepping, especially things like Mibolerone, that's just gonna punch my liver to death. And the other part of it is this one - TNE. 

Even though it's just testosterone with no Ester, it has really no consequences with it. It's so painful in terms of PIP, I can only drag myself over and over again for a very short period of time. So that's why even T and E is going to be reserved, at least for me, as a contest or event prep. Now, like I said before, there are plenty of other compounds out there that I did not list. But these are the main compounds that a lot of people get wrong completely wrong out there. 

I'm trying to bulk up, how do you think about using Tren or EQ by itself? It's like, dude, what are we doing here? And again, completely understandable, some of us are not comprehending the basic fundamentals or are just completely brand new to this lifestyle. But we have to understand the purpose of each compound. I can't just dabble into the lifestyle of anabolics. I have to know what I'm doing for the purpose of each compound.

So the next cycle I'm trying to prepare, I have to understand these fundamentals. Do I want to bulk up? Do I want to shred down? Am I getting ready for an event, a photoshoot, a beach day, something like that, to make sure that I know for sure what compounds am I going to be taking and how do I get ready for it, and what do I need to homebrew to guarantee the end goal is exactly what I'm looking for.
