I really can't mess it up, like it's impossible for me to mess up human growth hormone, especially for the goals that I'm looking to do, anti aging, muscular development, body fat being dropped, all that amazing stuff. With that being stated though, it does come with an adaptation period that I personally have to go through.

Before I get into that by the way, if you have any questions for me, or if you are trying to reach out to me, there is gonna be a link right down below this video. Go ahead and click on that, so you and I can start corresponding.

Now, it has to have certain protocols, though, that I personally have to do, specifically the lifestyle adaptation to it. The main one that I want to mention right now, and I want to give a shout out to Alex because he found this out firsthand, jumping a little bit too deep of the deep end of HGH right away. Which is this - my hands, my hands going numb.

Now for some people, they think it's awesome that if my hands go numb, it's a clear indication that the human growth hormone is real. Amazing. Awesome. But the bad thing about that is our hands going numb. I don't care if my hands go numb, like this hand right now is actually numb, I don't care. It doesn't truly affect me as bad.

Now, for Alex, though, he, I don't want to go a little bit too deep about that, but he works with his hands a lot. And it's a lot of sensitive material as well. So for him, it's a little bit more crucial to make sure that his hand actually works while he's actually doing his work. So he can't go through the deep end right away with human growth hormone.

To me, I can, I could take up huge dose just right away, but to him, it would actually mess up his career if he doesn't do the slower adaptation of human growth hormone. So even though when he did that, for his protocols, there was no consequence except for his work, he couldn't really dive in, the next day he is like, Kai, this is awesome and all, but I can't do my job, I can't hold anything because my hands are going numb. What do I do?

How can I fix this? Is there any way for me to keep my HGH protocol, because it is awesome, I'm starting to see the changes, my body fat is being dropped and at the same time I am still putting on muscle on top of that, my skin looks healthier.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

But if I have to sacrifice HGH, I will, for the sake of my career, because I didn't know how he's gonna adapt to it, right?

It's a different adaptation. It's one of those things to where everybody reacts differently. So for him, we had to take it back a little bit. We had to slow everything down, we actually had to cut everything off first, and start back at square one, to where it's a longer adaptation period, to where he could finally start feeling his hands again, able to do his job. That's probably one of the biggest ones in terms of that. So that's why slowly ramping up into human growth hormone is different for everybody.

Now majority people, can they just wrap up right away like myself? Yeah, of course. Honestly, I went from like zero human growth experiences, in my very first HGH cycle, dude, I did like I IFBB pro type of stuff, because I wanted to dive in in the deep end right away. Should I have done that? No, probably not. But then I just wanted to dive in right into it, especially when I was still competing at the time. That was my story.

Did I have any type of weird hand numbness? Yes, I did. But to me again, it wasn't as bad and doesn't matter. For some guys, it gets to the point to where it's so bad, they can't even sleep at night. They're trying to find the most awkward positions.

They're sleeping on their stomach, just on their side, they're putting their arms down the side of their bed, whatever they can do. Now, do we have to go through that? No, we don't. We can take our time ramping up into it.

Now of course, if we're competing bodybuilding, that's a different story. Certain sports comes with certain consequences that comes with certain luxuries as well. If we're competing no, we'd have to actually that my hand is going numb, I'm pretty much going to give myself the stranger every single night if that's the case.

But as a lifestyle, no, we don't have to go through that, as long as I slowly ramp up my HGH protocol. As long as I'm doing it slowly, I don't have to experience all that weird hand numbness, all of that weird high blood pressure that I don't want.

And more importantly, it's the water retention that I don't want as well, because it's like the whole point of HGH is to keep us lean, right? I wouldn't look to lean if I'm retaining all the water because I'm ramping up HGH way too fast, way too rapidly. So for the adaptation period, is there an X amount of time for everybody?

No, there isn't. There isn't and that's what I love about HGH protocols, or Gear in general. I react to it so differently, there is always going to be a unique protocol for myself. There isn't never going to be a cookie cutter routine that everybody can do. It's like, oh, ok, here's the amount of Test I'm taking, this is the X amount of anti estrogen I need to take.

Here's the X amount of results that I want. Here's the X amount of HGH that I want to do as well. So that's why there is none. And I love that. Especially the fact that everybody reacts to it differently, there's some guys out there who reacts to HGH so amazing that they don't experience any of that. Plus the growth is there as well.

So if you have any questions, link right down below. I'm sure Tyler put some kind of link down there. I don't know how it goes, I know it looks blue, it's awesome, click on it, it will take you to a site, fill it out. I'll be speaking to you soon. Kai here, take care.
