The best way I could describe it to you, it's like categorizing Formula One racing to say my Sunday brunch driving. It's not the same. Look, am I in the car? Yes. Am I driving? Yes. But I'm not taking turns at a 180 miles per hour.
When you hear them talk about anabolic Gear, it's bad for us, it's dangerous for us, you know, I don't think anybody should do it because it's so dangerous, it's not worth the risk. From my perspective, the reason why they're saying that is because they don't know what the difference between lifestyle compounds compared to say contest prep.
They pretty much don't know the difference between lifestyle protocols and contest prep protocols. On top of that, not just the protocols, but the compound themselves. So they're pretty much comparing me, you know, which I guess would be an honor, but not really, no, because it actually gives them the wrong perspective of it.
They're pretty much comparing me that I'm doing the same exact thing as what IFBB pros are doing. With that being given, did I do that in the past? Yes, I did. But now in terms of what I'm doing now, I'm just doing basic simple lifestyle protocols and compounds, and not even close to doing contest prep protocols and compound.
The best way I could describe it to you it's like categorizing Formula One racing to say my Sunday brunch driving. It's not the same. Look, am I in the car? Yes. Am I driving? Yes. But I'm not taking turns at a 180 miles per hour. I'm just getting my mimosa and omelet, that's the only thing I'm getting on a Sunday morning, not trying to take turns at a fast pace with my helmet on, you know.
With the huge freakin V12 with the, I don't know what these Formula One race cars have, but an insane amount of horsepower in their car, compared to my regular street legal SUV. There's a huge difference. But in the eyes of most normies and pheasants out there, it's the same exact thing, lifestyle cycling and protocols and compounds, because the only thing that they know about is analog Gear.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

That's it. They don't know the difference between Primobolin and say DNP. You know what I mean? When it comes to say, me being on Primobolin, I don't have to worry about anything at all. But when it comes to DNP, oh, I have to watch a lot of stuff. Or for example normies don't know the different between testosterone and say using high amounts of insulin.
They are all just gonna categorize it as it all has the same bad side effects. In their defense, are normies right about Gear compounds being dangerous? Yes, they are. They are absolutely right about that, but not about the categories. They're right about insulin can be dangerous. They're right about DNP being dangerous.
They're right about diuretics being dangerous. But then, you know, they pretty much shoot themselves in the foot by also categorizing EQ being just as bad as insulin, or Anavar being just as bad as DNP. But again, in their minds, they're all categorized as Gear, because again, they don't know the difference at all, zero, none.
They can't distinguish between DBol and Halo compared to say, you know, purposely depleting my glycogen levels using insulin. They don't know that protocol either. I'm sure majority of guys don't know. But that's my point right there.
When it comes to normies and peasants, the reason why they just keep saying Gear is bad, Gear is bad, it's dangerous and all this bad stuff, is because they're categorizing everything all under one category. With me been doing this for such a long time, there is such a clear difference. I don't have to worry about timing, I don't have to worry about my glycogen bottoming out.
I don't have to worry about anything like that at all because I'm not doing insulin right now, I'm not doing DNP. I'm not doing anything like that. I could literally just do this as a lifestyle, pin a couple of times a week, take a couple of things here and there and not have to worry about anything at all. Just to solidify this, are normies right about Gear being dangerous?
Yes, they are. But they're specifically talking more about the higher protocols and compounds of what contest prep cycles are. Take, for example, diuretics. That is extremely dangerous. Absolutely. Absolutely. Same thing with insulin. Same thing with extreme high amounts of human growth hormone. But who's doing that right now?
Not guys who are doing a lifestyle. It's more guys who are prepping for the NPC show, guys who are trying to get their pro card for IFBB, or guys who are trying to place in the top 10 within their division of international, you know, bodybuilding, that's pretty much what they are. So these are two completely different lifestyle.
And again, the best analogy I can give you, Formula One racing. I'm just trying to get my mimosas or sangria, whatever that is for that Sunday or whatever type of girl I am with that day. That's pretty much it. two completely different lifestyles.
Anyways, email right below in the description, you click on that, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any question you have for me, it's gonna go directly to my proton mail. And make sure you're descriptive with your question by the way. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
