The Ugly Facts About Taking Too Much Gear

Let me bro down with you guys here, just have like a real one on one conversation with you guys, because there is something that I do want to talk about with you, ok?

When it comes to, you know, is testosterone dangerous or if there's such thing as too much testosterone.

I really want to dive into it, simply because from my point of view there is no such thing as too much Gear. What's going on brother? So when it comes to my perspective on is there such a thing as too much Gear, no, there isn't, at all.


I'm going to do what I need to do in order for me to accomplish my goals. When it comes to using insulin, when it comes to using DNP, when it comes to using high amounts of test, Deca, NPP, DBol, whatever it is, I'm going to use whatever compound I need in order for me to achieve my goal. But yet, when it comes to this Gear community, for example, it's so funny how I'm not allowed to do that, but yet certain.

IFBB pros, they just pretend like it doesn't exist, even though they hear about it all the time. Like, if I were to do high amounts of testosterone, right, somehow that's totally bad. It's not needed, it's unnecessary, in fact, I'd be labeled as stupid if I were to do it. Because for a certain look that I'm going for, I don't know, I just like to treat my body as a playground. I want to be able to do what I want.


If I want to be a mass monster one year, I want to, if I want to look like a fake nattie, I'm going to, but, you know, when it comes to certain amounts, the way this entire Gear community, I have to stick within those parameters. If I go outside of it, it's wrong. The other mentality part of it is this - if I'm not doing a cycle or a certain amounts that other people are doing and they don't agree with, it's wrong, it's absolutely wrong. 

But yet, if an IFBB pro were to do it, I'm just gonna pretend that I'm not seeing it, I'm just gonna pretend like that doesn't exist. And the main example I want to use is exactly that. I get my blood tested four times a year, depending on the cycle, depending on what I'm doing, or just for the sake of safety, I get my hormonal panel tested just because I want to see how high my testosterone levels are.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

The highest I've ever gotten it was, let's see here, last one, the highest in record, the highest I've ever gotten mine was 3200.

But recently, I've been sitting around 27, 2800 total testosterone. And that's me, I think using a good amount of Gear, right, a good amount of Gear. Now, if I were to go over that good amount of Gear, a lot of people would label it as it's too dangerous, it's bad, why do you do that, it's a waste of oil, stuff like that. It's just funny.


Now, the example that I would love to use is there are a lot of blood tests out there, a lot of blood panels, hormonal panels that show a person's total testosterone, right? And some of these IFBB pros, they either leak it by accident or somebody gets a hold of it, or a certain sad situation where a person dies because they use too much insulin, but yet, they show their autopsy, and they reveal their total testosterone. 


So remember, the highest I've ever gotten was in the 3000 range, and that's me using a good amount, right? And then the rest of the community here saying don't go over the certain amount, it's bad for you, it's useless. So remember, 3000 total testosterone, where I've gotten it that high, and again, I'm not afraid to push it either. 


Certain IFBB pros hormonal panel out there that got leaked out, it revealed some of these guys's told testosterone, check this out, 40,000 total testosterone, 45 total testosterone. One of the more tragic ones, where the guy died from insulin, 55,000 total testosterone. Do you know how insanely high that is? That is like a bottle every single day that I would have to pin, on a day to day basis.


For me to get to that level, 55,000, are you kidding me? That doesn't happen by accident. That doesn't happen by genetics either. So that's the reason why I made that Ronnie Coleman video, and this guy was nowhere near Ronnie Coleman size, like Ronnie is the biggest guy out there. For him to get to 55,000 total testosterone, oh my God, that is absolutely insane. 


And I'm sitting here at 3000 high, high, to me that's high, and that's me really pushing it as well, pinning three to four times a week. I wouldn't even know how much I would need to reach 40,000, or even just 10,000 alone, that would be like a bottle every single day, 7 days, that would be such a ridiculous amount. And, you know, it would just be nice man, it would just be nice for this entire sport.


Just to be open about it, to be truthful about it, for somebody to say this is the reality of bodybuilding. So if anybody who actually wants to get into it, anybody who has a passion for it, this is what I would need to do. I would need to do an entire bottle of testosterone every single day. But yet somehow, if I go a certain amount, oh my God, that's bad, it's a waste, there's a diminishing return. 

So it really just comes down to the way this entire Gear community is all about. It's pretty much this - do as I say, but not as I do. It's just really funny how that's so true about this entire Gear community, like don't do that, you're not allowed. Why? I don't know, because I said so. But if they were to find out a pro was doing a certain amount, like a ridiculous amount, they just choose to ignore it, I'm just gonna pretend like that doesn't exist. 


I am gonna close my eyes about it. Huge amount of testosterone, huge amount of insulin, huge amounts of human growth hormone. That's another good one too to talk about man. Everybody says insulin is super dangerous, right? Oh my God, it's stupid, there's no need for it. But yet, if a pro were to do it, oh, well, you know, they just need to do what they need to do. So why can't I do that? 


Why can I do what I need to do in order for me to achieve a certain look? Why do I need somebody's permission to do so. Now obviously, clearly I don't need anybody's permission. I homebrew my own stuff, but in terms of like validation and approval, I definitely won't be approved at all, nobody's going to say, ok, yeah Kai, you're allowed to do that. They're gonna think it's stupid, they're gonna think it's useless, there's no need for me to do it. Hilarious.


This really goes to show you though, right, for me to be able to get 3000 total testosterone, and say an IFBB pro out there being able to reach the crazy numbers of 57,000, 55,000, 45,000, it really just goes to show you how safe testosterone is. Because I wouldn't get there by accident. There's no way anybody out there that genetically gifted, to anytime I hear guys talk about, you know, I don't use that much. 


Lee Priest is very infamous about that, I don't use that much. And he's able to compete with those guys, Jay Cutler, those guys. Oh, I don't use that much, I don't use that much. But somehow they're able to literally compete with those guys. If that was the case, where there's such thing as taking too much testosterone, guys, we'd be dropping off left and right, you would constantly hear about all these IFBB pros, you know, dropping and keeling over because they took too much testosterone. 


So it does give me a peace of mind though. That's the one positive thing that I am getting out of it, knowing that it is literally impossible for me to take too much testosterone, to take too much Gear. Obviously, I need to stay within the parameter of safety and health protocols, but getting 20,000 total testosterone, 40,000 total testosterone, it really does show me. And it is a nice warm blanket knowing that I can be safe with all this, using testosterone at whatever amounts I need to achieve a certain goal.
