What's going on? Kai here from Formula Secrets, and one of the biggest questions that I get from the guys that I train with, or people in general is this - what is the best way that I take my orals when it comes to anabolic Gear? What is the best way that I take my Anavar, my DBol, my Turinabol, my Halo, my Superdrol, my Cialis and all that stuff in between. Now what I'm going to tell you of how I take my orals, it's probably going to be a pretty good reality check for everybody here.
Now before I tell you the best way when it comes to taking my orals, when it comes to a daily basis, let me go back to the premise of why we are lifting in the first place, of why I am personally lifting in the first place. Look, I started using anabolic Gear mainly because I was tired of being a gym slave. I was tired of going to the gym day in and day out and not seeing any results.
And the only time I finally started seeing results as a Natty, as a normie, as a peasant, is when I completely abandoned my social life, I abandoned my academics, I literally skipped some of my lives in college just so I could have a meal and prep myself and actually go to the gym properly, what I thought was properly. I literally sacrificed a lot of stuff when it comes to me, you know, trying to get the best as a Natty.
Now, the main reason why I started using Gear in the first place was to leave off that lifestyle. I was tired of being a gym slave in the first place and the only time I ever see any type of inkling of result is when I sacrifice everything else. From my point of view, I'm not doing that anymore.
At first I thought I really wanted to do that, but at the same time the only reason I did do that is because that was the only time I ever seen any type of results. So we have to think, right, if I'm leaving that type of gym life, that type of gym slavery, why would I want to complicate the way I live my lifestyle now with the anabolic Gear that I'm taking?
Mainly this, right, I see it constantly all the time, what's the best way to take my Anavar or my DBol, do I put it under my tongue, like sublingually, do I micro dose it throughout the day and take it in my pocket, oh 10 milligrams, 10 milligrams, 10 milligrams, 10 milligrams.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

But from my point of view, is that really worth the effort, do we have to sacrifice other things in life to make sure that we get the little amount of gains that we're going to get? I mean, technically if it does work, micro dosing your thoughts today, putting it sublingually, chewing it like a bubble gum throughout the day, when it comes to my DBol.
Does the end result really warrant all that effort, all the things that we have to sacrifice? From my point of view, absolutely fucking not. Why? Because I have tried the whole sublingual thing, I have tried the whole DBol in my pocket, 10 milligrams, 10 milligrams, hold on, babe, hold on, 10 milligrams. I've tried all that, I did all of that.
And then the results that I got did not warrant the effort that I was putting in so much work behind it. I would literally go to the bathroom in the middle of a sushi dinner, just to take a DBol tab in the middle of dinner, right? Because I need to take it every single hour, small little 10 milligrams throughout the day, because from my point of view, even if, right.
Even if that was that was the case where I get a little bit of advantage, it was not worth the sacrifice I was doing in my social life, in my daily life overall. Let me ask you a question, because I want to bring everybody back here today right now and remind everybody of why we are doing this in the first place, of why I am doing this gym lifestyle in the first place. Why are you working out? I'm genuinely asking you right now. Why are you working out?
What is the very core reason in the bottom of the pit of your soul of why you're lifting? What is the main reason why? That's up because oh, because I want to be healthy, and you know, I just like to get abs. No, no, tell me, really, what's the reason why you're working out? What's the reason why you absolutely need to have those abs? Is that because you want to be healthy? Is that because you know there's other driving motivation?
The main reason why because you want to get validation from girls, from yourself, from your social circle. You want to get love, you want to feel like you're superior to everybody all around you. It's pretty much to be part of our lifestyle. So why overcomplicate it? Why live the gym slave lifestyle to put ourselves in another box right here of over complicating things?
Because even if the gains were there, micro dosing it, sublingual throughout the day, it does not warrant the half of extra pound that we're going to get. It doesn't. Unless we're a thong wearer and we're going to go on stage very soon, no, from my point of view, it's not worth it at all. We're doing this to make our lifestyle easier. I am doing this to make everything easier. I'm doing this to erect my fitness pillar, so I could tackle the other bigger aspects of my life.
And not just to put on the thong and do a couple of poses, couple of poses in front of the stage that people don't really give a shit about, because the main point and fact about that is politically driven by other supplement companies, but I'm not going to get into that. Now, that is my main point. We are doing this, I am doing this to not be a gym slave. I am doing this to not feel like, you know, I'm going to overcomplicate.
I'm doing it to live my life. I am doing it so I could have fun, so I could enjoy. Yeah, I fuckin what my abs and I love my abs and I love having big ass arms and doing all that. Again, the validation and feeling superior and being better than everybody else around me, I fucking love that. But I am not going to make the little efforts to overcomplicate my life, especially when it comes to the micro dosing and oh shit.
Oh fuck, it's 30 minutes ago, let me take my DBol tab, hold on you guys. I'm not fucking doing that, are you kidding me? Nobody should be doing that. We're doing this for a lifestyle, I'm doing this to have fun, I'm enjoying my life right now. Not to fucking become another gym slave of anabolics in the first place. No, that's not for me, I'm sorry, that is definitely not for me.
And from my point of view, as a fitness, as a fraternity, we are just overcomplicated anything. The way I do it, this is how I take my orals. First off, I tell myself to shut the fuck up, take your Anavar, get jacked, get shredded, shut the fuck up, take your DBol, get jacked, get shredded. That's how I do it. I don't overcomplicate it, I inject my Gear, I take my orals and I live my life to the very fullest, because that's exactly how I love to do it.
Because it's fun, it's enjoyable, it's not overcomplicated, it's not OCD or any type of way. It's just enjoyable overall. Anyways, I hope this thing really cleans up for everybody and for anybody who really felt a little bit insulted about it, listen, remind yourself why are we doing this? We're doing this to have fun, to enjoy yourself.
Enjoy everything about what we're talking about. Enjoy your life of what you're doing right now, because again, the bigger aspect of this, we're just looking for a validation, we're just looking for love, we're just looking to feel superior, not to put yourself in another little jail box like how we were as a Natty in the first place.
