What's going on boys? Kai here from Formula Secrets, and if you are brand new to my channel, do not forget to subscribe right now, because I'm going to make sure we are going to improve your life in all aspects of it.

So what I want to talk to you guys about today, initially, we were going to talk about all these awesome cycles, these cool compounds that you can apply to your lifestyle, in terms of anabolic Gear.

There's a bigger matter at hand, guys, ok, and I really want to address this, because mainly your mental approach in life overall is a lot more important than all the Gear in the world. So here is an inherent problem when it comes to people at the gym right now, which is this - a lot of people out there right now, especially the majority of us you guys well.

Sometimes I'm guilty of it, we are not moving with a sense of purpose guys. And what this answer will solve in terms of that guys, moving with a purpose, there's a lot of you guys out there, you guys have so much more potential, way more potential then what you're doing now and you're not achieving it.

Mainly because of this guys, here's one of the things that I constantly observed all the time when it comes to people going to the gym, right, even serious lifters like me and you. When you're going to the gym, you guys need to move with a purpose and stay on purpose. One of the main examples is this.

If you are bulking, you need to accept the fact that sometimes you're gonna look fat, sometimes you're not gonna like the way you look. Sometimes you're gonna feel like damn, I am a fat piece of shit, holy fuck. But that is your goal guys. No matter what thing you're doing, if you're bulking, if you're cutting, there's always going to be a bad side of it.

The thing that you really need to understand is you need to stay on track, as in move with a purpose and on top of that stay within your purpose. So I know this may sound a little bit negative to some of you guys, but I promise you this is positive reinforcement.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

And on top of that, guys, I don't care if I have to drag you kicking and screaming, I don't care if it feels like I am pulling your teeth one at a time.

Because at the end of the day, you're going to accomplish your goals and you're going to love me for it. So even though it may be painful right now, guys, here's the thing about that too - when I would speak to my students back then when I was teaching high school, I would treat them differently. If this was more of like a YouTube channel dedicated to women, I would speak to them differently as well.

But you guys are men, you guys can take this type of harsh talk, at the same time this might be a better reality check for you guys. So here's the thing, back to the main point, guys, ok - everything here that I'm saying is literally out of love and to make sure to accomplish your goals. Some of you guys just need this type of reality check.

When you guys are going to the gym, don't fuck around with your friends, guys, don't dick around with your friends. Are you there to jerk each other off? Or are you there to lift some weights? Stop wasting time. I know my tendencies, ok, it's a good thing outside of the gym, but it's a bad thing inside of the gym. I'm a very social person, I cannot shut the fuck up, I cannot stop talking. And of course, I need to keep my social circle going and expanding.

So that's the reason why I do not lift with anybody, because I'm going to end up there talking my ass off the entire time. I know what my weaknesses are, so if you know that you're going to constantly talk with your friends, don't go to gym with your friends. Use that time as meditation time, use that time to move with a purpose guys, move with some kind of sense of urgency.

I see some of you guys out there literally, your genetics are spot on, you're on Gear, you look good now, but you could take your physique way further, but yet you're not because you're just dicking around in the gym. Same thing back to my other purpose guys, if you're bulking, bulk, accept the fat that you're gonna look fat. And then for some of you guys that are cutting, accept the fact that you're going to lose inches on your arms. Guys stay on track.

So yeah, that's the plus side about bulking, which is you're going to get huge, you're going to get jacked. The other side of it is you're gonna look back. Same thing when you're cutting guys, when you're cutting as well, you know that you're going to look anorexic some days, you know that you're like I used to be huge, but now I feel skinny, look, stick with on track, there's always going to be a good end of the goal.

But anyways, when you're done with bulking, you're going to be massive, you're going to be turning heads, you're going to be able to move some weight. When you're shredded, you're going to have your six pack abs or you eight pack abs, whatever it may be, but do not go in between guys, if you're bulking bulk, if you're cutting, cut. If you're going to the gym, stay on track, stay on purpose, quit dicking around with your friends.

Are you there to lift weights? Or are you there to make it into a social thing? Now with that being said, I don't want to sound like a hypocrite, because I do that sometimes as well. But know the fact that majority of the time when you're at the gym, 90% of the week, you guys need to stay on track. I spend my Saturday dicking around. Why? Because that's my accessory days, that's my show off days, that's my arm days, days that I don't really need to be there.

But I want to go there because I want to have a pump from the gym anyways. Plus, it's fun, I get that, the social aspect of it is amazing, it's fun, and that's what it should be all about. But what's even more fun is when you can actually have real, genuine results, which is staying on track, and at the same time reaping the rewards out of it at the end of the day guys, and that's what it should be all about.

And the main reason why I'm giving you this talk, is because I see so many guys make that mistake over and over again. It's like they want to jump from one thing to another, they want to stay social. If you're going to make the gym a socializing thing, accept the fact that you never going to hit your potential, which is fine, there's nothing wrong with that, but just again, know the fact that that's what's going to happen. At the same time guys, if you're bulking, know the side effects of it, same thing with cutting guys.

So stick within track guys, know that you have a better sense of purpose than the other normal people at the gym. So that's the main thing behind all that, stick on purpose, move with a purpose and stay disciplined on top of that as well. And then after that, reap all the rewards, get all the attention, get all the validation, get all the women outside of the gym. Use the gym more as a place for you to work out at, and a place for you to meditate.

And that's pretty much my message there. Before I leave you guys here, Dan, thank you so much for that $50 donation. Thank you so much. For everybody else guys, click that subscribe button, right next to that hit that notification bell as well. For everybody else again, Kai here, Formula Secrets here, out. Take care fellas.
