TOP 3 HACKS To Avoid LOOKING FLAT On TREN [TRENBOLONE]

This sounds to me like I have a slight case of body dysmorphia. And yeah, it's true I do, I honestly do, because look, anytime when I go on Tren diet, meaning that I go on a Tren cycle, and on top of that I add on that ketogenic diet, I truly feel like I am small. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you are trying to get a hold of me by the way, the best way to do that is the link to my email. Now that link, you can find that in the description. You click on that link, you put in your name, your email, any question you have for me, it's gonna go directly to my proton mail.

Now, in order for our muscles to look big, we need carbs. It's what gives it that fullness of a look. If we're fully carb depleted, we're going to look stringy, we're going to look small, and it's not going to give us the justice in terms of how much muscle we've actually accumulated.

If we were to add Tren on top of that, because we all know Tren is so greedy when it comes to glycogen, is going to look as easy smaller. Even though looking flat, you know, looking carb depleted is very temporary, especially when we're going through a diet and through the Tren cycle, I'm not willing to look flat and small for the next 12 weeks of my cycle, I refuse to do that.

So these are the top three hacks that I personally do to avoid looking flat when I'm on Tren. The first one is actually having a cheat meal at least once a week. Now that cheat meal just can't be whatever either, that cheat meal has to be a little bit more carbs than normal, I got to actually replenish my glycogen levels within that one cheat meal a week.

Number two would be low dosing DBol within that entire cycle to make sure that I actually look a little bit full, because I am going to take advantage of, you know how DBol gives me a little bit of water attention a little bit, when I am flat, when I'm on a full ketogenic diet, I'm actually not going to look water bloated when I use DBol on top of my Tren.

Number three would be to not go into full ketogenic diet, more like a carb cycling or just a limited amount of carbs. The whole point of me being on Tren is to do a cutting cycle, right? But the other part of it too is I can't look small either the entire time. One of my hacks that I personally do is either going on a carb cycling, or just on a really low steady carb diet as well, to where I don't go on a full ketogenic diet, but at the same exact time.

I don't load up on all the carbs either. I keep it in a lower state the entire time, even though Tyler tells me I'm not, my friends tell me, all the girls that I am seeing, they're like, dude, you don't look small at all, what are you talking about?

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

From my perspective, I do. I do. And you already know that about me. I feel like anytime where I feel small, I'm gonna do something about it. But to be honest with you, am I honestly small?

No, I'm not, because any time I'm looking flat, what am I really losing the most? Three, four pounds the most? You know what I mean? But again, that's just me standing from my perspective. And that's the other reason why I don't go into full heavy cut, because I have that fear again of looking too small.

And even though I know this, and I know I need to honestly handle it, it's still hard for me to go over man. It's one of those things to where it's always been on me the entire time. I don't want to feel like I'm back to a 135 pounds ever again.

And it's a big difference, I get it. I'm gonna go from what 210 to 205, it's nowhere near back to a 135 pounds, but it's always looming and lingering behind me, that fear of looking small. Now, if I were to actually lose a substantial amount of weight, and I look at myself in the mirror, not just one time, but you know, throughout the entire cycle, and I see that I am truly looking flat, then I would do something about it.

Now everything I've said, I'm taking my own advice as well because I know I have a problem, honestly, with body dysmorphia. Again, it's something I can't go down the line and say like it's bad or anything like this, because it's not bad at all. I feel like it's part of progression. I feel like it's like having standards because I know everybody else has it too. We just have to make sure that we're not going overboard with it.

You know what I mean? Making quick adjustment just because we lost two pounds or we're looking a little bit flat that day. Anyways email in the description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
