What I want to talk to you about today is the one slight drawback about being on TRT or just a testosterone cycle that not a lot of people talk about.  

And the main reason why I'll talk about it with you, because nobody wants to talk about it. And there is a huge solution to it, but yet, for some odd reason, everybody feels too embarrassed to talk about it. What drawback am I talking about while being on testosterone cycle or TRT?

Anytime, right, that we, you and I, are on testosterone, the natural stuff stops producing. When I say the natural stuff, I mean, my load. And what do I mean by my load? Let me sit down for this, ok? When I say my load, I mean my actual semen load.

Anytime I am on testosterone, my natural semen doesn't produce as much, as in anytime I cum, anytime I have an orgasm, my load isn't as big. Now for some guys, they don't care about that. But to me, it's a fucking huge deal.

This is my protocol that I do to make sure that my load is always consistent, and huge and big and thick and everything else. I want to make sure that it's good. I want to make sure that it's awesome every single time.

 I don't just want to work for it, girls having a good time, and then it's like....  And that’s the whole thing? No, I want to be like, fuck yeah, that's it right there, that is a load. So this is my protocol when it comes to having a huge load every single time that I have sex and every time I have an orgasm.

So the very first one that not a lot of people think, or even wouldn't want to acknowledge is water. Having at least a gallon and a half to two gallons of water a day is huge. It will keep it looked healthy. As I don't want some weird looking color of a seaman I don't want that thing to look awkward or weird or whatever.

I want to make sure it's nice, and it has that milky look. Yeah, I'm going to dive into the description about it as well, it's going to have this nice milky look, if I drink that much water, because again, I want it to look good, I want it to look healthy, I want to make sure that whatever, you know, orgasm, I'm going to have it's going to look sexy.

It's gonna look awesome, it's gonna look amazing, and not just like some weird looking substance that's going to be on the girl's face. So I'm going to have a load in her face, it's going to look amazing. And she's going to want to post that shit on Instagram. It's going to be Instagram quality type of load. 

Honestly, it's a good sign of health as well. That's the reason why I want to make sure it looks healthy, and that's what water is for. The next one, the biggest one is Lecithin. lecithin is what's going to give me the amount of load, it's going to make me the huge amount of load. That's what's important for everybody, even for myself.

So lecithin, it's a natural supplement, right? It's a lecithin that I take on a daily basis to make sure that every single load that I have, is always going to be huge on a consistent basis from here on. Now, that's one of the biggest ones that not a lot of guys know, in terms of volume, that is the biggest supplement that I can take right now.

And it works pretty much right away. So when I started, within about a couple of days to about a week or so, when it comes to building up the load that I want. The other one, some guys have heard of this, which is Zinc. What Zinc will do is it's going to give the consistency because again, if I just do, say I just do water, right, I just do nothing but water and Lecithin.

Yeah, I'm gonna have the clear looking load and nice and milky. But when it comes to the thickness of it, that's where Zinc truly comes in, that's where Zinc shines. Zinc is what's going to give it that nice thickness of it, not the volume. So think of it as three different things, the water is there to make you look healthy. the Lecithin is there to make sure that it looks a whole lot of volume, a whole lot of quantity.

And the Zinc is absolutely there to make sure that it has that thickness that I do want. Because again, it's a big difference when it comes to all of that, because again, if I only take one of them, I'm not gonna have the desired amount that I want, right?

I'm only gonna have a couple things that I want out of it. But again, if I combine all three, the water, the Zinc, the Lecithin, that's where I go back to my old ways of not being on Gear. But then again, I kind of want to take and keep staying on Gear, because again, there's a whole side benefits of it as well. But I do want to avoid the side effects of not having a big load as well.

So that's why my protocol comes in into play, from the water, which is at least a gallon and a half to two gallons a day, the Zinc to make sure that it looks nice and thick. And then the Lecithin is to make sure the mouth is always going to be big every single time. If I do this on a daily basis, the only bad side effects that I heard from guys about one of the compounds that I just told you about is Zinc. 

They might get a slight headache, but from my point of view, I just think they're not drinking enough water. That's pretty much it, because I have experienced that headache before from Zinc. But again, if I drink a lot of water, I didn't experience that ever since again.

So that is my combination of having a huge load every single time. Water at least two gallons or a gallon and a half, one of those two, I would work more towards two gallons, Zinc and Lecithin on a daily basis.
