Alright, so you finally decided that it's your year, 2020, you're done messing around, you're ready to finally get on TRT, you're ready to finally stop feeling like your age, you want to look better, you want to look younger, but more importantly, we're just trying to get gains. So this is my top five tips before jumping into any type of HRT, TRT or anything of that sort, specially when it comes to this lifestyle.

So the very first step that I can, if I was starting over again, this would be the first thing that I would honestly do.

Because it's the most important one, especially when it comes to the thing of safety, health and everything like that and just that protocol. The first one is my hormonal panel test, because here's the thing about this, ok, we know for sure that if I were to take TRT, just TRT, not blast cycle, nothing crazy like that, not adding Tren or anything crazy.

Just simple TRT, I want to make sure where I'm starting at, simply because I just want to know how low my testosterone levels are, where my estrogen levels are, my prolactin levels, my human growth hormones as well. I just want to make sure and see where I'm at, where I'm sitting right now as a Natty, as a pheasant, before I get on that sauce.

So I want to make sure where I am currently now. Now, do these numbers actually mean anything? No, it doesn't. But again, I get to see where I am now in terms of my actual level, and how bad or how good I've been feeling this entire time.

So I just want to make sure where my total and my free testosterone levels are, just to guarantee that I know where I'm starting from. Nothing to do with safety protocol, it's just more like having it for my record.

Now the second part is this one. This is ultimately all about the safety protocol. The very first time I'm going to be on even TRT, no PR. This is probably the biggest reason why a lot of guys out there get injured, simply because like, oh shit, I'm looking good, I'm finally feeling good, let me start do some one rep max.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

That's what I mean by PRs by the way. Doing one rep max, this is probably the biggest mistake anybody can do. Now, we're still adapting to this, right? This is part of the hormone adaptation that I'm going to be doing.

Now, even though my muscles are gonna be bigger, it's gonna be stronger, I feel good, I look good, our joints and our ligaments cannot adapt to the amount of growth I'm gonna be doing yet, so the biggest mistake I can do is by going and forcing myself into these one rep maxes, doing PRs like crazy, for no apparent reason.

Now, can I do that later down the line? Of course, of course, and in fact, I'm planning on doing that. But I don't know how my body reacts it, especially when it comes to my joints and ligaments. So the biggest mistake that I can do is blindly go in there, get injured because I was stupid doing PRs, and then now there goes the rest of my entire 2020 being wasted.

Getting fat at home, broken leg, torn off my chest, stuff like that. So that right there it's pretty important as well. Now the next one is learning how really my body will react to it, as in being hyper aware of everything that I do, not just the way I look, right, because of course, we're going to be a little bit of vein, we're going to check out how good we look. I totally get that.

The other thing that we have to do, we have to do is we need to see how we react to the Gear compound when I'm asleep, when I'm awake, when I'm studying, when I'm eating certain types of food, when I'm drinking a lot, when I'm having a glass of wine.

When I'm hanging out with my friends, being hyper aware of how I truly react to this Gear, simply because we just want to know, right? We want to know how good I feel when it comes to being on testosterone. But more importantly, any bad sides that could possibly come as well.

I'm not talking about being paranoid, I'm just talking about being hyper aware, seeing how my metabolism is, am I going to go through a hormonal flu or testosterone flu, am I actually getting the gains that I want, am I sensitive to the testosterone to estrogen conversion.

That's what I mean by being hyper aware. Not be hyper paranoid because that's a different thing. Being hyper paranoid is more like, wait, is that PIP? Or am I getting infection? Oh my God, I need to go to the hospital. No, that's being unreasonable, that's being paranoid. We're not doing that. I am just talking about being hyper aware of how I feel on a week to week basis in terms of me being on TRT.

Now the next one is to actually treat myself like an athlete, because look, yes, even though this is TRT stuff, right, this is the same stuff that Olympic athletes are doing. So the way for me to really propel my life and really take advantage of these compounds is this - taking myself a lot more seriously. Dude, I'm on Gear.

Do you know how amazing that is? Do you know how sought after these compounds are? So for me just to be like oh, well, you know, let me just have my basic lifestyle, let me not eat right, let me just do my basics stuff.

Now I know it's hard to do that in a day to day basis, but for the most part, as long as I have the mindset of treating myself like an actual athlete, everything will just come a lot easier. The diet, the lifting process, being consistent, going to the gym, not making some BS excuse about, well, I'm a little bit tired or I kind of walked around a little bit today, so I think that's enough for me to go to the gym, right?

I can just skip the gym because I walked around a little bit at the mall, pushing the stroller, going shopping a Jamba Juice. No, that is not enough. So treat yourself like an athlete, treat yourself like you are a serious person and you're actually looking to get stuff done.

So when you are on this lifestyle, you are an athlete, don't let anybody else say oh, there's gonna be some jokers down here in the comment section, no, you are nothing. You are an athlete. Don't let anybody else tell you otherwise, because you're going to get better results if you're to actually take yourself seriously.

And the last one, the most important one, number five, this is the reason why I love doing this stuff, because here is the thing, I am doing this for a lifestyle so I am going to enjoy the ride. That is my top five tip right there.

Enjoy the ride the entire time, because here is the thing, I'm not trying to be some mass monster, I'm not trying to compete. I'm not trying to have veins popping out of my eyeballs. Dude, I'm just trying to look good, provide for the girl whom I am with, and if you are a family guy provide for your family, just enjoying the life.

We're not here, trying to put on a thong on stage, taking it way too seriously, going to the gym seven times a week, carry my Tupperware meals wherever I go, I'm not gonna do all that. I'm just gonna have fun. I'm just trying to look good and making my life a lot easier and I'm using this as a tool so I can easily erect my fitness pillar.

That is what I'm using testosterone for. Not to be in there, being obsessed, being a gym slave, talking about, because this reminds me of the days when I was competing, right? This is what I would do. I would keep a cooler in my car with my insulin, my Test, my compounds, my peptides. It would take me a lot longer to actually pin myself than my actual workout.

Does that sound fun to you? That's the reason why I mainly left, because it was just like dude, this isn't worth it, this is ridiculous, I would sit there in my car contemplating, ok, here's the next 30 minutes pinning myself over and over. That just wasn't fun. What I find much more fun and much more rewarding is if I get my fitness pillar erected and I start being successful in the other aspects of my life.

That to me, of my God, I felt complete, I felt full, I felt awesome, and honestly I felt like a better person than just putting on a thong, going on stage, going oil down. Does that have a place in my life? Of course it always will be, but to be honest with you, I have so much more fun now man. Doing this for a lifestyle, having a good time, enjoying my life. And God damn do I absolutely love being on testosterone.

So that right there is my top five tips to guarantee success out of my TRT and your 2020.
