One of the most important muscles that you and I can work out for the sake of aesthetics are our traps. And that's exactly we're going to work out today, trap exercises to make sure your trap is actually going to grow.

So when it comes to our workouts for our trap, if you want to look aesthetic, that is the best way to do it so.


Because a lot of guys have really weak when it comes to trap, it took me a while to develop mine. So these are the sets of exercise that we need to do in order for us to get our traps to actually grow. Our delt exercises are not enough, our back exercises are not enough, you actually have to single out your traps in order for it to grow.

So the very first and main exercise that we can do to grow our traps is called face pulls. Now there's many different various ways to do this. I'm going to do this right here at the bar, at power rack here.


You could do in cable rows as well, you could do dumbbell laying down on your stomach. There's many different ways to do this, but the way I like to do it myself is to do right here on the power rack. 

So that right there is literally the main workout to grow your traps. Everything else is gonna be secondary, but the main movements to grow your traps is actually a pulling rolling motion to make your traps grow.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Oh, you want to cut in line in front of me? I guess because I don't want to rip your fucking face off, so go ahead. I was overly, I didn't have any boundaries at all.

Not the shrugs, even though we're going to do shrugs today, that is more like the secondary. This one is literally like the bench-press for your chest, the pull up for your back. The face pull is literally the main exercise to make sure that your traps are actually going to grow. So when it comes to doing the next exercise, it is going to be single isolated shrugs.


To make sure I use most of my energy towards one single spot of my traps, I'm obviously going to use my straps here because here's the thing about that - my forearms are way smaller than my traps, right, obviously, so to make sure I get most of my traps, I can't rely on my forearms, because these are going to get tired out way faster than my traps. So I'm going to be using my straps right here.  


So as you notice, not only that your traps need a lot of volume to work, I would absolutely do a lot of static holds as well. That's where you're really going to see the traps to work, because here's the thing about that. It needs a lot of volume, a lot of static reps, a lot of holds to make sure that we're really able to target.

The other side. And the last exercise that I'm going to do, even though it's only secondary, at this point my traps have worn out, they're exhausted, so I'm just going to top it off with your regular dumbbell shrugs. We're going to do it right here, the same exact thing.


A lot of volume, a lot of sets, a lot reps, and of course after every set, I'm going to do at least five seconds of the static hold. Here we go. Boom, right there boys. So that's how you get your traps to grow, sets, reps, static holds and get this thing done. Now if you need to prioritize this, if you have weak looking traps and it's hard for it to grow, it's ok to add your trap set on your delt day, your chest day and your back day. 


So you could literally hit your traps three times a week. So remember, when we're doing our workouts, we're absolutely going to have a good amount of pump from say the Cialis, the DBol, the Anavar, the Turinabol, the Anadrol that I'm going to be taking. The one thing that I need to take advantage of is the pump that I get out of it. Once I feel the pump in, I'm just gonna go.

When it comes to all the reps, I'm not gonna stop, especially when it comes to high repetitions, high sets type of workouts, I cannot afford to dial around, talk on my phone a little bit. I get to take advantage of that insane amount of blood rushing into my traps. I just keep going rep after rep, set after set.
