How come guys who are on Trend, how come they're able to eat junk food, but then when he was sharing his progress pictures, he didn't look bloated, he didn't look gross or fat or anything like that, he actually looked really good? How come guys who are on Tren are able to eat junk food like that?
So this week, I got a really interesting question from one of my guys, because ot is not your typical how do I workout, what does this Gear do, nothing like that. It was just one of those things he started to notice about guys who are on Tren, because he's looking at some of the guys that I train, you know, they're sharing their pictures and all that stuff, and some of the things that they're saying.
He started to notice and he asked me, hey Kai, ok, Mike, he's in a cutting cycle, right? I am like yeah, he's in a cutting cycle, I was looking at it, it's his very first time using it as well when it comes to Tren. He was just talking about cheat meals the other day. How come guys who are on Tren, how come they're able to eat junk food, but then when he was sharing his progress pictures, he didn't look bloated.
He didn't look gross or fat or anything like that, he actually looked really good. How come guys who are on Tren are able to eat junk food like that? So pretty much he was just really wondering how come guys who are on Tren Ace are able to eat that much junk food and not look terrible at all.
Because he was saying, dude, if I have like one cheat meal, it doesn't even matter if it's just one, I look bloated, I look like I am watery tented, I just look terrible even if I was already dieting down for at least two to three, four weeks. How come he's able to do that?
So I had to break him down the whole reason why I love Tren, and the whole reason why, you know, for the guy who is taking Tren acetate, why he's able to have those abilities. Take me for example, when I'm on Tren, I have the ability to have not just one cheat meal throughout the week, I could have two to three cheat meals throughout the week, and still keep the water, the fat gains and any type of bad weight that I don't want, I try I keep that to a minimal.
When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Where Tren shines is where the functionality of it. Tren literally attacks and uses glycogen in my body as a main source of energy. So it doesn't matter if I were to eat a couple of slices of pizza here or there, my body on Tren will literally attack those glycogen levels and use it as energy.
So that's why I'm able to have a couple of cheat meals here and there and not feel any hard consequences. Now, there is one little drawback to that, right? For our body to use glycogen for energy, of course, I'm going to raise my body temperature. So that's why anytime I'm on Tren, if I were to have a normal regular macro type of diet and not a full ketogenic diet, I'm going to be sweating a little bit more because Tren is literally burning off those carbs out of my body. That's why I also have certain protocols, right?
If I want to have a nice restful sleep at night, I cannot have any carbs at all, about four or five hours before I go to sleep, or else I'm going to turn my bedroom into a full sauna. I'm talking about my body temperature skyrockets, everything's gonna be hot, even if I were to have my central AC on, my side AC, and I have the fan like right next to my face blowing the entire time, I'm still going to sweat, because that's the functionality of Tren.
The other part of it too is this, this is why Tren really shines as well - in order for Tren to really, really work, I can't completely avoid carbs either, I actually have to have at least one cheat meal throughout the week to make sure that I'm taking advantage of that fat burning stages that Tren provides. So when I was explaining that to one of my guys that I train.
He started to understand, he is like, oh, ok, now I get it. So not only that he's able to have a cheat meal or two throughout the week, he pretty much has to in order for Tren to shine. I'm like, yeah, that's what I told him. That's the reason why, you know, I love doing this as a lifestyle, because it really does fit into what we're trying to do here.
So look, when it comes to junk food, we try to stay away from it most of the time, but there's gonna be some days to where you're gonna want that as a cheat meal. And for us to deny that we don't like junk food, that is just a straight up lie. These junk foods are literally made by a team of food chemists to make it addicting.
It's a combination of different fats, sodium, sugar to literally make me want to eat it more and more. So for anybody out there to deny that they don't like McDonald's or Burger King or pizza, they're just lying straight out of their face, because it's literally designed to be addicting. There's a reason why majority, like the majority of the population in the US is literally obese, because we're designing food to keep those guys addicting. It's terrible.
But at the same time though, for guys like me, I think it's awesome, because I'm on top of my Gear game, I am in this lifestyle cycle, I'm able to appreciate these addicting type of junk food. And then, you know, honestly, sometimes that's the main reason why I think I'm on Gear, just so I can have all the French fries and McDonald's in the world. When it comes to the understanding of that, that's the best way I can describe it to him.
Now can I really turn Tren though into a much more progressing type of cycle? Of course, of course, if I were to really hammer out and detail my diet the right way and really stay away from junk food, oh my God, the type of results that I would get out of Tren, it's just amazing.
But that wasn't his question. His question was just how come guys are able to eat junk food and have zero consequence, not get a beer belly, not look terrible, able to have a full thing of pizza and they'll be fine about it the very next day and they still look vascular and phenomenal. Because that's just how Tren acetate works.
