Adding a small amounts of Anavar to my TRT, do you know how I'd like to call that? A really terrible blast cycle. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me, the best way to reach me is the link to my email. Now you can easily find the link in the description, you click on that link, it takes you to a website, you put in your name, your email, any questions you have for me, it's going to go directly to my proton mail.

So a good amount of guys right now are on TRT, they've already been initiated, they've already done a cycle of just TRT to what I would like to call it as well.

A cruise, because it's pretty much the same exact thing. They haven't done any type of blasting cycle yet, but a good amount of guys have sense that they have low T, they have the symptoms of low T, so they're actually fixing it right now, which is absolutely awesome. And I love that we're actually doing something about it, because we know we need it, we know that there's something wrong.

And the scary part is there's a good amount of guys out there who do have low T symptoms, and they're not doing anything about it. Which is why if any guy out there right now is on TRT or HRT, and they're actually do something about it, absolutely amazing, and I commend you for actually doing something about it. Now, here's the weird thing that happens, the moment we jump on TRT.

So at the moment we jump on TRT, from being uninitiated, not taking any Gear whatsoever, we're gonna start to see gains, because even though we are on normal amounts of testosterone, because that's what TRT is, we're going to see gains because the difference between a normal person's testosterone levels, it's fluctuating up and down.

So it's pretty much impossible for them to really get a good amount of gains for a good amount of sense of progress. Now, are they going to get a little bit gains here and there? Sure, of course, but nowhere near the amount of a person who is actual on TRT, because their testosterone levels are high, and it's stable the entire time. Now, here's where the weird part comes in. That's the best way I could describe it.

A person who's on testosterone replacement therapy, they get that bite of getting gains and they're feeling good, they're feeling awesome, so now they're thinking, maybe I could add something to my TRT, maybe a little bit of Anavar, maybe a little bit of Turinabol, something like that, just to see a little bit of gains here and there, but they still want to, you know, stay within the TRT range.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

How To Homebrew and Pin Your Own Gear To Get 21" Arms Plus A Six Pack WITHOUT Risking Gyno or Spending $897 A Cycle!

From my perspective, not only that is a huge mistake, it shows how indecisive we are. When it comes to this lifestyle dude, when it comes to this type of lifestyle cycling, I'm going to fully commit.

So if I'm on a cruise or on a TRT, I'm just going to remain on a cruise or a TRT, I'm not looking to add Anavar or DBol or Turinabol or Anadrol or anything like that, because I am gonna have that mindset of I'm just going to be on TRT, and that is it, because I'm trying to make sure that my androgen receptors are not overly saturated, and I'm trying to still stay within the optimal range of testosterone. And that's it.

That is the end story of being on TRT, I'm not trying to do anything bigger than that, I'm not trying to make it higher, or anything like that. Or else if I do want to, if I'm actually trying to elevate to the point where I'm trying to get gains, then I'm going to go on a blast cycle. I'm going to go full on, do a huge compound, huge amount of it, I'm not just going to do a little bit of Anavar, because that's the difference right there.

If I'm looking to actually get gains, then I'm going to do a blast cycle to get gains. This is where it drives me nuts when I see guys who are on TRT right now, and they just want to do a little bit, a little bit just to see if they can get a little bit of gains.  Here's the thing. If I were to do a little bit about of anything when it comes to this lifestyle, I might as well not do anything at all, I would just remain on TRT because it's not gonna do anything.

Adding a small amount of Anavar to say my TRT cycle isn't going to do anything at all, in the sense of gains. Because to be fair, if I were to add Anavar onto my TRT right now, am I going to feel something? Yes, of course, that sense of wellbeing is going to get high and I'm going to feel good a little bit more than normal, I'm going to have a little bit more kick of energy.

But in terms of the actual gains of muscular development and muscle tissue being added to my body, is it going to actually do something if I were just to add a little bit? No, it's practically pointless, because then if I really want to do that, I need to internally tell myself, ok Kai, what are you really trying to do? Are you really trying to make gains?

Or am I really just trying to stay within the optimal range of my testosterone? That's where I need to ask myself, what am I really trying to do? Because again, if I were to do just a little bit of EQ maybe, a little bit of Tren, it's not going to do anything. I need to make that conscious decision right now, what do I really want to accomplish?

And that's what I love about this lifestyle. There is no participation trophy when it comes to doing any of this stuff here, we're actually either getting it done by going on a blast cycle, either bulking cycle or cutting cycle, whatever it is, by actually doing a blast cycle, or I remain on TRT. And again, if I were to do any of those, there's nothing wrong with that at all. But I need to be decisive. I can't go in this middle ground of thinking, let me just add a little bit of something, because again, it's not going to do anything.

It's actually pointless. It's going to complicate my testosterone replacement therapy by thinking about maybe it might raise my estrogen levels, it may not, but ultimately, if I were to do that, nothing is going to change when it comes to my physique. The sense of well being is there, the energy is going to be there, but again, I need to go into that crossroad right there to where I'm sitting there, ok, what do I really want to do this season?

What do I really want to accomplish with this goal? Because if I am on TRT, the only thing, check this out, the only thing I'm trying to accomplish is just to feel good, fix low T symptoms and that's it. Because if I want to gain, if I actually want to progress when it comes to getting bigger, more jacked, more muscular, or cutting down huge amounts of body fat.

Then I need to consciously make that masculine way of thinking of making that decision of going into a full blown blast cycle. That is the difference right there. So for all the guys that I'm training right now who are like I'm on TRT right now, I don't really want to do a blast cycle, but then they get that bite of getting a little bit of gains here and there from their TRT, they want to add a little bit of something. Pointless, it doesn't do anything at all, because again we have to commit. There is no in between ground, there is no maybe ground, there is no maybe I could do something.

That whole maybe thing, that's for pheasants, that's for the Nattys out here. What I'm going to do is I'm going to make sure I fully commit to get it done. Anyways, my email right in the description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
