The same principle goes when it comes to any diet, calories in, calories out I still need to stick within those basic fundamentals of physics. What's going on brother? My name is Kai, and if you have any questions for me by the way, my email is right below in the description, you click on that link, it takes you to a site, you put in your name, your email, any question you have for me, it's gonna go directly to my proton mail.

The majority of you people out there absolutely suck at being vegan. I mean, I'm talking about you guys doing it completely wrong now.

Now, this could cover any other diet as well, but the majority of the part, being vegan is probably one of the best examples I can use. You suck at being vegan. Too many people get caught up on the trend of wanting to do a diet, which is awesome, right?

They hear a diet, they see that it's working, they see that's awesome, they see the results, they see the before and after pictures and they want to try it out. But here's the thing. Nobody does any research about it. Oh, I heard that so and so that this diet is awesome, and it works.

Yes, for those people because they have done their homework and their diligence to make it work. But literally like 90% of people out there that hear about certain diet, let me try it out or it didn't work, it must be the diets fault.

They pretty much blame the diet. They suck at following any type of instructions about it. And then they don't have any accountability of that at all, because that's the easy part. Oh, it's not my fault, it's not my fault, it's the diet's fault.

There's something wrong with it, it's not really me, even though they didn't follow it exactly. They will pretty much rather blame others than themselves. A good example is guys going into vegan the very first time. Now again, that diet does it work?

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Yes, I know there's some of you guys are gonna be like oh, I am a meat eater. Here's the thing, all diets work. They do work. There's many documentation, there's many studies fully researched, that these diets absolutely work, like the whole vegan thing again, right?

Most people, they just jump into it, without researching what nutrients they're missing from going from a regular diet or omnivore type of diet and just going straight into vegan, they can't figure out why they're feeling terrible, they're feeling bad or there's something weird going on with them, because they just think, oh, broccoli and quinoa, I am now vegan, I'm good to go.

Super simple. No, it's not that simple at all. We have to find out what main nutrients that we're getting out of, say, a regular diet, and then switching it up to a completely brand new diet. The big one man is guys going to a regular diet and going to vegan and they're not getting enough protein. They don't do that research at all, zero, they're not gonna say ok.

So I'm not eating meat anymore, where am I gonna get my macros from, my protein that I need to have? BCAA's, other vitamins as well. Ok, let me just somehow magically get it out of say, frickin asparagus.

Another really good example that everybody here can absolutely relate is going into a full ketogenic diet, zero carbs. Most of the time people make this mistake, oh, I'm gonna cut out the carbs, so that means I can eat whatever I want, right, in terms of it being, you know, being meat.

So I can have all the bacon, all the cheese that I want. If I were to do that, that is pretty much one fast track way to get obese, to actually get overweight, because yes, I could actually gain weight in a bad way, even though I'm in a full ketogenic diet, because the same principle goes when it comes to any diet, calories in calories out.

I still need to stick within those basic fundamentals of physics. So I can easily go over my core maintenance, boom, done, I am now gaining bad weight that I don't want. And again back to being vegan, we can't just call ourselves vegan just because we're now eating broccoli and quinoa. That's how you become malnourished and the next extra at a freakin zombie movie.

That's how you do it wrong. Look, all diets work, it doesn't matter what your beliefs are, all diets will work and can work as long as I do my research about it. I can't just go in and, you know, oh, trendy stuff, let me follow it, yay, I am now vegan. And here's the biggest one too.

When switching from a terrible, awful, your typical, you know, high ends of fructose, high ends of glycogen, high ends of sugar, the moment we go into a new diet, here's where it becomes a little bit deceptive. Of course, you're gonna feel good, because you've cut out all the crap that you've been eating, like going to veganism or going to full ketogenic diet, of course, you're going to feel good.

But then after, say, three weeks or four weeks into it, and we haven't done our research, then we become malnourished or we start gaining weight in a bad way. We just have to make sure before jumping into anything.

We have to do our research. That's pretty much it, basic simple rules of jumping into anything that we do in life. Email right below this video. Other than that, Kai here, out, boom. Take care.
