When it comes to making any huge gains, by doing a cycle, the funny thing about it is this man - the way people are, they're very condescending about your growth, right? But then the moment you actually hit your actual goal, like you already lost 80 pounds, you're looking good, you're getting jacked, you're getting shredded, nobody freaking believes you. It is absolutely insane. Even other guys who are somewhat acquainted with Gear, right?

They're not really on Gear, but they use a lot of Google magic and they read about it. Anytime somebody would say I gained 15 pounds within this cycle, most people who are Google warriors, I don't believe you, that's just water weight. Ok, so you're telling me 15 pounds of water weight got this guy to bench-press 315? New gains, looking much more shredded, hitting PRs under squats?

Somehow water weight is able to do that? It is absolutely insane. Now a lot of people downplay how powerful Gear is, it is frickin insane man, Gear is amazing. But yet when regular people like us take it, a lot of people out there who's never even done Gear in the first place, they will attribute that to oh, it is just water weight.

But when a celebrity or a sports athlete guy who is big and famous, when they take Gear, well, of course he's able to do that, because he took Gear. So which one is it? Is it just water weight or is it really because he's able to do all those amazing things because the Gear is giving him the gains? Do you see how hypocritical some people are about this shit? So let me make it frickin clear right now.

When it comes to the actual image of it, the aesthetics of it, even though it's a bulking agent, it doesn't aromatize, but I'll get to that in a minute when it comes to the post cycle therapy stuff, it doesn't aromatize.

Gains from Gear is absolutely crazy, it is absolute that tremendous as well. Gaining anything from 10, 15, 20 pounds is absolutely real.

It's not water weight, don't listen to these guys, because there's a lot of people out there who are just very negative. They're negative, they're pessimistic about life, let them wallow in their own negativity, let them be toxic, leave them in that spot, do not get caught up with that stuff, you want to remain positive, because I am on Gear, we're on Gear, we're gonna get the real gains.

And on top of that as well, yeah, 85% to 90% of it we are able to keep out, I'm able to keep it. Anytime some of these guys, it's like first it's the whole oh, it's only water weight, then after that, well, you will only gonna keep about 20% of it. Do you see right there? Do you see what they just did? At first it's not real, now it's like you won't be able to keep it, but then if a celebrity takes it, oh, because he was taking Gear in the first place.

So my experience, the gains from Gear are absolutely real, you're able to keep majority of it, and on top of that it's just freaking awesome. When it comes to the whole waterway thing, if it's all waterway, the we won't be able to keep any of it. If it's all water weight, if somehow the gains that I'm getting out of here, it's not real, it's just water, just be jiggling, then I won't be able to keep it when I go into my cruise on my post cycle therapy.

But guess what, how do you think I was able to leapfrog from 135 to 215 if it was all water weight? And let me go back to the whole PR thing and getting record breaking strength as well. How am I able to do that if it was water weight? Another thing too, what about endurance? What about the recovery? What about the fact that I'm able to bench-press unreal amount of weights that I couldn't ever before?

So it's not water, this is not Creatine here, it's not water that it's making me gain the new strength that I have, to bench-press a lot more. It's actual new muscle tissues that's forming because of the amount of Gear that I'm on. So it's the muscle that allowing me to lift more weights and not the excuse of oh, it's just water weight. You know, from my experience man, it's always the guys who's never done Gear before, and I see it all the time in the threads - oh man, you're so knowledgeable, how long have you been doing Gear? Well, I've never done a cycle before, but I read all about it.

Yeah, read all about it, really? Really? I pin myself in a day to day basis. I pin myself constantly all the time. I walk the walk, I talk the talk, I inject myself all the time, so I know exactly how Gear feels like with all of those compounds. And let me tell you right now, like I said before man, the gains are real, it's not just water weight. To move on from that, because I just had to get that out of my chest, because I just can't stand negative, pessimistic people.

Like I said before though, let them wallow in their own misery. When it comes to our new transformation though, here's the sucky part about it, though man, even though our loved ones will do this. They're just going to somehow automatically assume that we've been jacked and shredded this entire time. They just believe somehow you already knew what you're doing.

They're not going to attribute any of your hard work, your knowledge, the time where you sat down, you got coached, you're read everything. Well, you know, Billy already knew about, you know, all that stuff, he's already been an athlete all of his life. They're not going to remember the fact that you went from 340 all the way down to 225. But hey, guess what, don't worry about that, your new lifestyle, just take it for what it is man.

We want to remember where we came from, our journey, our lifestyle, but you know what, once we do have our new physique, I would just enjoy it anyways, because that's just how people are. Anytime they can't accomplish anything, they're going to be pessimistic and negative about it. And this is going to downplay all the hard work that you've done. But guess what?

Move on, accept it for what it is, and enjoy the new things that's going to be coming to you, the validation, the love, the energy, the excitement, all those things that you've never had before, enjoy all of it. Anyways, my email is right in the description. Other than that boys, Kai here, out. Take care.
